Having waited for my partner for as long as I have, I've come to terms with the idea that its very unlikely that she'll be coming back, even though I have no idea what had happened for sure. It wounds me considering how happy we were in the short time that we spent with each other as a couple, only to have it come to an abrupt end. I struggle greatly to let it go even though she'd want me to.\n\nSeeing as our characters bear a resemblance to us in one way or another there were alot of thoughts about how I wanted to have my own characters affected by this, like having the characters representing Dirtypawz (Like Chloe) going missing, moving out of the neighbourhood and never being seen again, etc and leaving my own respective characters distraught by this. \n\nBut in the end, I decided to choose happiness, and fondly remember those times we were together. And by putting those happy moments in the art I commission (or maybe draw), I can take some comfort in reliving that happy memory. Its a bittersweet piece but one that is important to me... Having waited for my partner for as long as I have, I've come to terms with the idea that its very unlikely that she'll be coming back, even though I have no idea what had happened for sure. It wounds me considering how happy we were in the short time that we spent with each other as a couple, only to have it come to an abrupt end. I struggle greatly to let it go even though she'd want me to.

Seeing as our characters bear a resemblance to us in one way or another there were alot of thoughts about how I wanted to have my own characters affected by this, like having the characters representing Dirtypawz (Like Chloe) going missing, moving out of the neighbourhood and never being seen again, etc and leaving my own respective characters distraught by this.

But in the end, I decided to choose happiness, and fondly remember those times we were together. And by putting those happy moments in the art I commission (or maybe draw), I can take some comfort in reliving that happy memory.
