  "description": "It was brought to my attention, that some folks may want to know what the process is that I use to go from rough pencils to finished page. Here it is!\n\n1. I either start with a pencil drawing on paper, (The first image)\n\n2. Or I'll sketch it out in SAI using a layer I'll title \"rough\". (Second image) I sometimes also put in text to give me an idea of what is being said. (I tend to work comic pages a few days in advance so i tend to forget whats being said.)\n\n3. Next I make a new layer called \"inks\" and I \"trace\" over my sketch lines in the earlier layer. (Third image.) I may add/subtract stuff from the image or make other adjustments to the line art.\n\n4. Then it's time for color and lettering. (last image.) Here I'll put in colors, add special effects like sparkels, gradients, and anything else I can do to make the comic look nice. I use photoshop 6 and the classic \"comic sans\" font cause its easy to read and is very flexable in how it can be arranged.\n\nAnd that's about it.
