Most ponies had only good things to say about her, but there were some odd rumors, and the forest itself was certainly not a pleasant place to be… Hound had chosen to come at night purely because his concern was so high he couldn’t help himself. It was stressing him out; the last thing he wanted to do was wait too long and make it so his balls needed to be removed from his body or something of that sort… it was best to nip this problem in the bud.\n\nHe searched through the forest in the dark; he was part wolf, so thankfully, he had night vision, but that didn’t stop this walk from feeling dreary and gloomy. Soon enough, though, he finally stumbled upon Zecora’s hut. It was built into a large tree, with its branches and roots going far above and below the ground; it was decorated with a number of elixirs and potions hanging from said branches, likely hung for alchemical purposes, as well as tribal decorations, including masks and other symbols. It was honestly less creepy than what Hound had come to expect - if anything, it was befitting of an extremely skilled doctor who preferred to live in the forest and cut herself off from most of pony society.\n\nNow, though, he was a bit nervous for a different reason. It was late at night… there was no way she’d be awake. But unfortunately, he couldn’t wait till the next day for this - he absolutely could not risk the possibility of his balls being permanently damaged. Summoning his courage, he gently knocked on her door…\n\n…and soon, it opened. \n\n“Welcome, stranger,” she said, her voice smooth, with an accent he didn’t recognize. She smiled kindly - it seemed like she’d already been awake. “Oh, a human - I have not seen your kind in a very long time. I was not aware your species had come to Equestria once again - is it only you, or are there more?”\n\n\n“Um… i-it’s just me, as far as I know,” he said, blushing a bit as she examined his body curiously. “I’m Hound.”\n\n“It is good to meet you, Hound. I am Zecora.” She was a zebra, white and black, with a mohawk of the same colors and golden bangles around one of her legs, as well as golden rings around her neck. “I can only assume you have come to seek a solution to a medical issue; tell me, Hound, what is it that ails you?”\n\n“Um…” Zecora stepped inside, and beckoned for her visitor to follow; he did so. “Well… ever since a few days ago, one of my body parts has been looking a bit odd. It’s swollen, has some weird bumps on it, and I’ve been feeling this tingling and aching sensation from it.”\n\n“Hmm… one of your body parts, you say?” She looked him up and down, unable to identify what body part he could mean. Unlike most four-legged species of Equestria, the humanoid Hound wore clothes - today, it was a shirt and jeans, the same outfit he’d been transported to Equestria in. “Do not be shy, my friend - please, I require you to be a bit more specific. I guarantee I’ve seen far worse things than anything you could possibly show me now. Even if it is a private part, you shouldn’t hesitate.” \n\n“A-alright… w-well, it’s my, uh, testicles, actually. They’ve been acting really weird… I have no idea what’s wrong with them. The last thing I want is for them to become dysfunctional, and for me to be entirely infertile, or to need to have them removed or something - I’d really hate that… do you have any idea what it could be?” \n\n“I’m afraid I’ll have to get a closer look. Remove your clothing, human, and allow me to see.” \n\nHound blushed a bit, but Zecora was a doctor… he’d have to listen to what she said. He grabbed his jeans, undid his belt, and let them fall to the ground, then pulled down his underwear. He stepped out of the clothes, held his shirt up, and showed his balls.\n\nIndeed, they were swollen, and visibly throbbing a bit, as though they’d recently taken a few strong kicks from a pony’s hooves, although no such thing had occurred. Go outside, behind my hut, and wait for me - there are no other ponies around, so about that, you don’t need to worry. I will prepare a healing solution, but it will be messy, so I do not wish to do it inside.”\n\nHound gulped. “A-alright, I understand,” he said, quickly going outside; he didn’t like the feeling of being naked in the middle of the forest, but if this is what Zecora said was best, he’d follow her command. He stood behind her hut, feeling the cold air blowing through the trees, right onto his sensitive sack; he really hoped her solution wouldn’t be a painful one…\n\nSoon, Zecora came out, holding a scalpel in her teeth. Hound nervously walked through the Everfree Forest, the dark atmosphere and the moon shining overhead creeping him out. He was a rare humanoid in the land of Equestria; he’d been there for years now, easily adjusting to their lifestyle. He’d been teleported there from his own world, taken right off of Earth, due to a spell that had gone wrong - he didn’t really mind, though, honestly. It was a pretty nice place to live.

This was concerning for obvious reasons, but no local Ponyville doctors knew what to do about it, and even magic seemed to be no help in alleviating the issue. So now, he turned to his last hope: Zecora, a doctor who lived in the Everfree Forest. Most ponies had only good things to say about her, but there were some odd rumors, and the forest itself was certainly not a pleasant place to be… Hound had chosen to come at night purely because his concern was so high he couldn’t help himself. It was stressing him out; the last thing he wanted to do was wait too long and make it so his balls needed to be removed from his body or something of that sort… it was best to nip this problem in the bud.
He searched through the forest in the dark; he was part wolf, so thankfully, he had night vision, but that didn’t stop this walk from feeling dreary and gloomy. Soon enough, though, he finally stumbled upon Zecora’s hut. It was built into a large tree, with its branches and roots going far above and below the ground; it was decorated with a number of elixirs and potions hanging from said branches, likely hung for alchemical purposes, as well as tribal decorations, including masks and other symbols. It was honestly less creepy than what Hound had come to expect - if anything, it was befitting of an extremely skilled doctor who preferred to live in the forest and cut herself off from most of pony society.
Now, though, he was a bit nervous for a different reason. It was late at night… there was no way she’d be awake. But unfortunately, he couldn’t wait till the next day for this - he absolutely could not risk the possibility of his balls being permanently damaged. Summoning his courage, he gently knocked on her door…
…and soon, it opened.
“Welcome, stranger,” she said, her voice smooth, with an accent he didn’t recognize. She smiled kindly - it seemed like she’d already been awake. “Oh, a human - I have not seen your kind in a very long time. I was not aware your species had come to Equestria once again - is it only you, or are there more?”
“Um… i-it’s just me, as far as I know,” he said, blushing a bit as she examined his body curiously. “I’m Hound.”
“It is good to meet you, Hound. I am Zecora.” She was a zebra, white and black, with a mohawk of the same colors and golden bangles around one of her legs, as well as golden rings around her neck. “I can only assume you have come to seek a solution to a medical issue; tell me, Hound, what is it that ails you?”
“Um…” Zecora stepped inside, and beckoned for her visitor to follow; he did so. “Well… ever since a few days ago, one of my body parts has been looking a bit odd. It’s swollen, has some weird bumps on it, and I’ve been feeling this tingling and aching sensation from it.”
“Hmm… one of your body parts, you say?” She looked him up and down, unable to identify what body part he could mean. Unlike most four-legged species of Equestria, the humanoid Hound wore clothes - today, it was a shirt and jeans, the same outfit he’d been transported to Equestria in. “Do not be shy, my friend - please, I require you to be a bit more specific. I guarantee I’ve seen far worse things than anything you could possibly show me now. Even if it is a private part, you shouldn’t hesitate.”
“A-alright… w-well, it’s my, uh, testicles, actually. They’ve been acting really weird… I have no idea what’s wrong with them. The last thing I want is for them to become dysfunctional, and for me to be entirely infertile, or to need to have them removed or something - I’d really hate that… do you have any idea what it could be?”

Hound blushed a bit, but Zecora was a doctor… he’d have to listen to what she said. He grabbed his jeans, undid his belt, and let them fall to the ground, then pulled down his underwear. He stepped out of the clothes, held his shirt up, and showed his balls.

Hound gulped. “A-alright, I understand,” he said, quickly going outside; he didn’t like the feeling of being naked in the middle of the forest, but if this is what Zecora said was best, he’d follow her command. He stood behind her hut, feeling the cold air blowing through the trees, right onto his sensitive sack; he really hoped her solution wouldn’t be a painful one…
Soon, Zecora came out, holding a scalpel in her teeth. There were no potions or elixirs or anything of that sort… what exactly was she going to do to fix the issue?
