But the one side of your mind that always cherished the old classic science fantasy stories about old magical knights with laser swords, evil cyborgs and massive planet eating stations, sentient robot girlfriends or talking pet sidekicks. "What if?" it asks. What if, indeed. While maybe the unique energy might be magic in origin, it just adds more to the mystery of the previous civilizations on planet Raun.
Either way, that is something that you should investigate on your own later, not that you have no faith in the council or the Galactic Alliance but mostly because you realize that Thuja has removed her wedding garb and is laying on her back presenting herself to you.
You are quick to scan the area, only to see that everyone that participated in the wedding party has already left. When did that happen? Did it happen while you were playing with fire?
Thuja's soft giggle at your dorky overthinking expressions snaps you right out of it, and you don't need any further hints as you are quite fast removing your own wedding garbs before you lay next to her.
The air is soft and warm from the blue fire, you and Thuja are laying on your sides staring into each other. You wanna ask her if there is magic, but that would ruin the moment you are quicker to realize. Magic or not, there is just something divine in the air.
You admit to Thuja softly that while the wedding at the Oasis of the Star was beautiful, her ways were a lot more fun. She also admits with a soft smile that she just thought that the human wedding were just dreamlike, she would love to see how a Las Vegas wedding would be like. It was something she heard in passing. Your laughter affects her as well.
Thuja asks you to sit up on your knees, and to hold your hands together. You do so, and you see the ember like glow from the blue fires she touched connects to yours. The glow shimmers under your skin, this soft warmth caresses your bodies, making you shimmer. You wanna ask what is happening, but you just... Know. You are not really connected by spirit or the like, but rather the magic of the flame just reacts to each other, stimulating your bodies in a way for a while.. Will make you feel like being close to sprits, mind and soul. As cheesy as it may sound.
But all that doesn't matter, as you both lay back down to get more intimate with each other. Thuja just purrs with a soft chirps as you stroke and caress her body, her fur is just as soft like a normal house cat.
The temptation to, as the saying goes "Boop da snoot" is strong indeed.
Eventually, you both sigh loudly with delight as you enter inside her. Her soft arches and shiver across her body is just as wonderful and thrilling as the first time you were together.
You barely notices the blue glow emitting from your bodies, providing you with the warmth and energy you need to keep going as long you want.
You both expresses your love for each other, giggling soft as you take short breaks and you just can't help but to grab the end of Thuja's tail, or massage her neck just to hear her happily purr with chirpy tones.
Eventually, its all over. You both lay there, huffing softly completely exhausted and satisfied and yet wanting more. You just stare up the sky, admiring the star clouds and moons. You admit unintentionally louder than just a mumble that despite you traveling around and exploring the galaxy, discovering strange civilizations and amazing stellar events, yet you never stopped for a moment to actually enjoy the view.
Thuja softly admits as well that while she had always wanted to see the galaxy, she had never really realized how large it could be. She chuckles as she admits that she almost developed some kind of vertigo in space when she first arrived the colonial space station.
You two just start to casually talk about everything and nothing, just before you see the sun rise and figure maybe now you can spend your second month long honeymoon but this time on Raun. After a day of just sleep of course.
...It would take you two days before you realized that the whole event had been aired via the military spy drone.
You almost wanted to get to a large rock table so that you could perform a massive rapid head desk bashing. As if you needed more drama.
