Billy still wasn’t replying to texts or picking up her calls. He is such a jerk, he was the one that got her into this mess and told her he would be there for her. And that if she was going to keep acting like a drama queen,she could just stay home while they went to the lake over the long weekend. \n\nMandy would be 15 in a few months and didn’t want to go to the stupid lake anyhow, fish pooped in that water and it is a shared park anyhow. Predators swimming in the same water as her,  umm no gross, plus they smell like old garbage and body odor, double gross. Her ancient parents just didn’t get it, what are they now like 35, things have changed since the Stone Age. They just rolled their eyes and loaded their bags into the dorky minivan and reminded Mandy to keep the doors locked, alarm set and to text them. \n\nMandy had just given  them the dirtiest, nastiest, teenage snarl and eye roll she could muster as her parents both got in the minivan and abandoned her as they went off to have fun at some smelly lake and go out on the dumb boat. That was fine, just fine, she didn’t need them. they would probably be happier if she was just dead. That way they wouldn’t have to deal with an overly emotional little foal. No one cared about her, life is just one let down after another people always abandoning you at the first inconvenience. \nMandy sent Billy another text, probably at least 30-40 at this point and at least half as many voicemails.\n\n He obviously didn’t care either if she lived or died much less the foal he put in her belly. He isn’t even a Unicorn, he claims to be a full Mustang but as much as he lies probably just a damn Mule. Her parents were going to kill her when they found out,  it’s already been months. Mandy switched to wearing more baggy clothing to cover her swollen belly and growing breasts. Those did look nice but her parents would find out sooner or later. In one corner along with a few other bottles that looked different from the rest. The one bottle that caught her eye looked old and kind of dirty, the liquid inside was green. So now was the time, Mandy carried the bottle into the kitchen and using a pair of kitchen shears, a butter knife, a steak knife, a pair of pliers and a lot of swearing got the cap off. Mandy looked at the bottle again and scratched at the base of her horn, what is wormwood ? \n\nMandy shrugged and took a cautious sip off the bottle, after the first sip, she smacked her lips. It tasted kind of like black licorice, not bad, figures her stick in the mud parents wouldn’t want to share this. Mandy turned the tag still hanging from the neck of the bottle over, written in fine print 5,650.00. She rolled her eyes, all that for one bottle as the world continued to be total and utter shit and get worse every day, the only release from this rat race the release of death. \n\nMandy texted Billy again, angrily, tapping her message out telling him what a worthless sack of fur he is and he need not worry about dealing with her or their foal again! Her teachers trying to pretend to help her, just wanting to get her to conform and live in the little box they made for her. No she was going to show them all, she stripped down and looked at herself in the mirror, imagining what she would look like dead and cold. They are so tall and lean and broody plus when their antlers grow out they are pretty hot.  Mandy started to lift the noose off and turn, better to sleep this green stuff off than maybe her parents would come back tomorrow and pick her up. As Mandy turned she stepped on her own tall, the pain shocking her causing her to fall on her butt. Unfortunately, her rump never hit the hardwood floor. The rope went taught as piano wire as the noose slid up her neck digging deep into the skin directly under her chin and behind her ears. \n\nMandy’s eyes went wide with panic as she tried to stand up or get a grip on the rope digging into the skin under her chin, cutting off air and blood flow to her brain. Mandy’s hooves clicked and banged on the smooth hardwood floors, her tail whipped around, both hands dug at her neck and she tried to gasp for even a sip of air, her tongue sticking out as if to reach for one last breath. \n\nMandy‘s vision tunneled down to just a pin prick of light after what seemed like a long struggle, but was far less than a minute. Lack of oxygen getting to Mandys brain quickly caused  her to pass out and muscle groups to misfire. Which caused uncoordinated kicks from her legs,  her hooves scraped across the floor, Mandy’s arms straightened then went limp then  straightened again. The unborn, unacknowledged foal in her womb kicked, causing Mandy’s lower stomach skin to stretch, then contract as it too was starved of oxygen. \n\nMandy’s  posturing slowed, slowed then stopped, her eyes rolled back into her head,  her brain far far too damaged from oxygen starvation, for any recovery long before her heart gave it last few sporadic beats. Mandy had just given  them the dirtiest, nastiest, teenage snarl and eye roll she could muster as her parents both got in the minivan and abandoned her as they went off to have fun at some smelly lake and go out on the dumb boat. That was fine, just fine, she didn’t need them. they would probably be happier if she was just dead. That way they wouldn’t have to deal with an overly emotional little foal. No one cared about her, life is just one let down after another people always abandoning you at the first inconvenience. 
Mandy sent Billy another text, probably at least 30-40 at this point and at least half as many voicemails.

 He obviously didn’t care either if she lived or died much less the foal he put in her belly. He isn’t even a Unicorn, he claims to be a full Mustang but as much as he lies probably just a damn Mule.
