The Guardian By: Lenumanuma Dusk had begun to fall over the Granger Forest. As the sun finally disappeared out of sight, the creatures of the night began to rise from their slumber. All across the forest area, millions of fireflies flew in the air, lighting it with small, yellow specks. Just outside of the forest was an old dirt road that lead to the nearest town. It had not been used for years due to the locals being afraid of even coming close to the forest, so several weeds and flowers littered the path. On this road, a lone traveler slowly made his way toward this mysterious forest. Kasper, a young college student, was finally ready to start his research on the Granger forest. He was a botany major that was coming close to finishing his final semester at college. Although he was a bit smaller than most of his family, Kasper had always wanted to be an adventurer. Ever since he was a kid, he had heard the stories about the forest, and had always dreamed of going there and exploring. He tried many times to convince his parents to travel around the forest, but they always said no, saying that the forest was too dangerous for anyone to go near. As Kasper grew up, he began to find an interest in plants and wildlife, and quickly picked botany to be his major. When he found out his final was to study the flora of a certain area, the grey kangaroo quickly chose the Granger Forest, much to his parent’s despair. With so many legends and mysteries surrounding this area, Kasper couldn’t help to be curious of what lies within the forest’s boundaries. So, with the help of grant money given to him by his school, he traveled to the countryside to fulfill his childhood dream and find out more about what lurked in this area. The forest itself was very peculiar. The Granger Forest has been in thousands of legends over the years due to its eerie presence in the middle of the country. However, the oldest legend that has been told of the Granger Forest is that of the treasure that rests inside of it. It has been said that a long time ago, A very wealthy king had owned the entire countryside, which included the forest. He was a greedy man, and it has been said that he put all his valuables in his vacation house within the forest, along with a special creature that was supposed to defend him and his wealth. The king was also as cruel as he was greedy. He did not take kindly to having animals near his estate, so he would force his creature to wreak havoc upon the defenseless forest dwellers. After the creature would finish with his owner’s bidding, the king would force it into the basement of his estate, giving it nothing but table scraps and dirty water to keep itself alive. Over the years, the creature learned to despise its owner and captor, and finally rebelled against the king and his staff after years of mistreatment of itself and the forest as a whole. No one knows exactly what happened after that to the king, but it has been said that the creature still lurks inside, protecting the inhabitants of the forest from anyone who dares enter it. Thousands of explorers and treasure hunters had come to this forsaken area in search of this guardian and the riches that the forest is said to hold, but many of them were never to be seen again, seemingly engulfed by the forest itself. The ones who had made it out were in no better condition; anyone who had made it out of the forest boundaries were usually found in a state of madness. The communities that surrounded this dreaded forest avoided the area like the plague and warned others of its danger. However, this never stopped eager and confident souls to enter the wooded area. “Alright, I think I’m finally ready for the forest.” Kasper said to himself in a quiet tone. “I have plenty of food, water, and bags for samples. I’m ready to take on this forest and find out what it really has to offer.” Kasper trudged on, nervous and excited at the same time to be almost inside of the forest. He had been waiting for this moment for a long time, his journey finally coming close to being done. When he entered the forest, he would collect some samples, look around for a bit, then leave. He knew it wasn’t safe to be in the forest for a long time, especially at night, but he couldn’t just leave quickly from this botanical and mythical goldmine. He had finally made it. The edge of the forest was right in front of him. The legendary Granger forest was no more than a foot from the kangaroo. However, it was hard to see within the wooded area due to hundreds pine trees surrounding the outer rim of the forest. With a deep breath of the cool night air, the kangaroo pushed through the pine tree’s branches and into what lied within. It was beautiful. Just like in the field that he was in moments ago, thousands of fireflies lit the forest in a bright yellow light. Large oak trees grew up to the sky, giving the forest a large canopy that blocked out any sort of moonlight. On the ground, dozens of different species of plants and wildflowers grew. The sounds of animals were everywhere as well. Kasper could hear feral raccoons chattering, owls hooting, frogs croaking, and crickets chirping, just to name a few. “W-wow, I knew it would be interesting, but I never expected anything like this.” The kangaroo said quietly, in awe over the beauty of the forest. After a few moments, he quickly went to work. He took quite a few samples of the wildflowers that were scattered around him, some of which he had never seen before in his life. “These flowers are not in any textbook or encyclopedia that I have ever read! they could be a brand-new species.” Kasper said quietly. The nerdy Kangaroo slightly hopped in excitement. He also scraped off some small samples of bark from the oak trees to make sure they were healthy. Once he was done with his sampling and had taking notes about the area, he was ready to start exploring. There were no trails in the Granger Forest, so walking around was a little difficult. Kasper slowly moved deeper into the forest, hoping that he would find the king’s old estate. It was definitely a long shot; the legend of the king dated back hundreds of years old, anything that was built in the forest was surely either decomposed or crumbled by now. Still, Kasper moved forward, hoping he could even catch a glimpse of what used to be the old estate. As he moved on, he was so carried away with the beauty and excitement that he didn’t happen to notice a small log right in front of him, which caused him to fall face first into the ground. “Owwww, what the…” Kasper’s shout in pain quickly died down when he looked in front of him. On the ground, inches from his face, was a very large skull. This caused Kasper to quickly jump to his feet, backing up away from the skull. “Nope Nope Nope Nope Nope, that is not okay!” Kasper said loudly, covering his eyes while trying to calm himself down. When he came to his senses, he peered at the skull again through his hands. There were a few bones scattered around the skull, mostly in a large pile, but the skull was what had Kasper shocked. That skull was not from a feral animal. It looked like it was from an anthro wolf. “so... So, I’m standing right where… this wolf...” He immediately from that spot. “Alright, calm down Kasper, you knew this was going to happen.” The kangaroo said to himself, taking in deep breaths. “There are a dozen cases of missing explorers, and you just so happen to find one. Let’s keep moving.” And with that, Kasper started to walk deeper into the woods, still turning around from time to time to look at the remains of the wolf. As the kangaroo walked, he felt a bit of uneasiness. It was probably from being spooked by the remains of the wolf, but it was still there as he trudged on. After a few minutes of walking, he spotted a faded path. “No way! could that be for the estate?” Kasper said quietly, excitement filling his body. He quickly jumped onto the trail and ran down it, hoping to reach the end of it soon. When he finally came to a stop, his eyes went wide. Standing in front of him was an old stone structure that seemed to have been built long ago. Kasper couldn’t believe it; he had found the king’s old estate! He smiled wider than he had ever smiled before and quickly ran toward the door of the stone house, excited to see what was inside. When he stepped inside of the structure, Kasper’s smile immediately vanished. something was very wrong. He had just entered what looked to be what was left of a living room. There were claw marks everywhere and scorches on the stone walls. Remnants of old paintings were left tattered and burned all over the estate’s floor. The walls on the far side of the room were covered by multiple bookshelves, the books seemingly rotten and infested with bugs. The old wooden furniture had decomposed, seeming like if anyone sat on it, it would break immediately. It was almost unbelievable that this building had once been a king’s estate. “Well… It isn’t as lavish as I thought it would be.” Kasper said softly. “I guess it really has been a long time since anything royal has lived here.” He started to walk around the old room, fascinated but cautious at the same time. The thing that seemed to bother him the most was the scorch marks. This estate was said to have been abandoned hundreds of years ago, why did some of the scorch marks seem recent? As the Kangaroo explored the room, he noticed that one of the bookshelves was pushed a bit outward from the wall. When he went to inspect it, he saw that the old bookshelf was on a hinge. Kasper tried to pull the bookshelf away from the wall, but even with all his might, the shelf would not budge. “Ughhh, I knew I should’ve taken gym last semester instead of advanced pottery.” Kasper muttered to himself. “maybe there’s a switch or something. Now, if I was an evil king who wanted to hide a secret switch, where would I put it…” As Kasper examined the bookshelf, he noticed that one of the books wasn’t as nearly bad shape as the others. When he touched it, he realized that the book was made of wood, and quickly pulled it out. When he did this, he heard a small click, and the bookshelf slid open with ease. “Jackpot.” Kasper said, feeling his earlier excitement return to him. However, that also faded away immediately when he saw what was hidden behind the bookshelf. the bookshelf had opened to the top of an old cobblestone stairwell, which went down seemingly forever. “This…. this is the entrance to the basement, w-where the king’s creature was ke..” Before Kasper could finish his quiet stammering, he heard a loud crash behind him. Without a second thought or looking behind him, he quickly entered the secret stairwell, shutting the bookshelf behind him. When he heard another loud crash, he started to run down the stairwell, more concerned about what was behind him than what lied at the bottom. When Kasper made it to the bottom of the stairwell, all he could see was darkness. he quickly grabbed his flashlight from his supplies and turned it on, eager to see what was around him. The basement was relatively large, with multiple hallways leading in different directions. The floor was littered with dead leaves and multiple types of mushrooms. Directly to Kasper’s right was a tunnel that seemed to have caved in many years ago, with moss covering the broken stone walls. Two other tunnels, however, seemed to be intact. One was directly to his left, while the other was right in front of him. Kasper tried to see farther into the two tunnels, but his flashlight was not strong enough to see very far down the dark tombs. “Damn it, I knew I should have gotten the extra powerful flashlight for a dollar more.” Kasper said, looking behind him at the stairwell. “Well, it doesn’t look like anything followed me down here, so that’s a bit of a relief. Now…. Two tunnels in front of me. One might have a ridiculous amount of treasure that can probably help me get through college without any student loans, the other might have a creature that can annihilate me. Decisions, decisions.” He pulled out a coin from his pocket. “Alright… Heads for the left tunnel, tails for center. Well... Here we go.” Kasper flipped the coin into the air, aiming his flashlight at the coin. As the coin was airborne, an eerie purple glow engulfed it, which stopped the coin in midair. It flipped to one side, and slowly floated down until it hit Kasper’s hand. The coin had landed tails side up. “Well... that weird glow on the coin was not very reassuring.” Kasper said, his palms starting to tremble. “It’s also a probably a bad idea to trust a coin toss that was tampered with, so I’ll go through the left tunnel first.” He quickly started to walk through the left tunnel. The tunnel was almost too narrow for the Kangaroo. The walls were crumbling stone, and many pieces had fallen on the ground, causing Kasper to struggle getting over them. As Kasper made his way down the tunnel, he began to feel uneasy again. The kangaroo just couldn’t shake that feeling that something was following him. He looked over his shoulder occasionally, expecting to see something right behind him. Nothing was there, but the feeling of uneasiness was still present. He trudged on through the darkness, becoming increasingly weary of the force that was working against him. he was looking behind him once again when he tripped and fell once again. “god… I need to work on my balance before I go exploring again.” He muttered. Kasper began to get back up when he looked back at what he had tripped over, which caused him to nearly to throw up on himself. next to his feet was a small pile of skulls. The pile was slightly buried in the dirt, but there were half a dozen skulls smiling back at the kangaroo. Once again, these skulls weren’t from feral animals; they were from anthros. At the top of the pile was a skull that seemed to be different from the rest. It was from a raccoon, but that wasn’t the main difference. While the others seemed old and crumbling, that one seemed in very good condition. It was bleach white with no cracks to be seen. that could only mean one thing. “That… that skull was put there recently.” Kasper was in shock. this entire situation was beginning to become too much for the Kangaroo. “You know what, at this point I don’t even think I want to find this mythical treasure.” He cupped his paws around his muzzle. “If anyone can hear me, you can keep your goddamn treasure. I’m outta here.” Kasper shouted down the tunnel. As he began to turn back, he felt a rumble around him. The part of the tunnel that he had just travelled down began to collapse. A large cloud of dust pushed down towards Kasper, causing the kangaroo to shield his eyes and cough. The avalanche kept moving down towards Kasper, stopping right before his feet. A large rock fell from the ceiling right on to the pile of skulls, instantly crushing them into pieces. Kasper was completely trapped. Kasper lied on the ground. Something was hunting him, and his only escape was now completely impassable. He was being cornered like a wild animal. “Why was I so stupid. Why did I go farther into the forest, I had the samples I needed! Why did I have to get so greedy and go for a treasure that might not even exist?” Tears dripped onto the dusty floor. The entire situation was beginning to leave its mark on the Kangaroo. His dream of finding the fabled treasure were crushed by a harsh reality. after a moment, he began to stand up. Shaken and terrified, Kasper knew he had to move deeper into the tunnel and began to trudge forward. The dust in the air clouded his flashlight’s beam, but Kasper was still able to make out what was in front of him. More piles of skulls littered a way, many of them seeming very new. He trudged ahead, paying no mind to the signs of death all around him, only wanting to find a way to the surface. While it seemed like the only way to the outside world was blocked off, Kasper still felt a slight breeze coming from farther down the tunnel. This filled him with weariness. He was hopeful that there was a way out of this situation, but he was worried that it was just a trick. Still, he moved forward, praying to anything that would listen that he could get out of this death trap. His eyes shimmered with hope when he saw the tunnel end, widening into a much larger area. Kasper couldn’t believe the room he had just stepped into. It was a wide area made of stone, crumbling just like the tunnel he had just travelled through. There were bookshelves lining the wall, the books in a much better condition compared to the ones upstairs. What really caught Kasper’s attention was what was in the middle of the large area. Lit up by the Kangaroo’s flashlight was a pile of jewels and gold coins, small colorful dots of light speckling the walls and ceiling from the colorful stones. Kasper’s eyes began to water again, not because of sadness or fear, but because of joy and happiness. He had found the legendary treasure of the Granger Forest. He was going to be rich. He was going to be famous. He was going to be able to pay off his student loans! A large thump could be heard as the kangaroo fell to his knees, overcome with emotions. this moment of euphoria only lasted a moment, however, as Kasper began to take a closer look around the room. He wasn’t the only one who had discovered this room. Bones were littered around the room. Skulls were perched at the top of every bookshelf, each of them pointed to stare at the treasure. A large pile of backpacks sat in the corner, each of them ripped to shreds and seemingly scorched. This wasn’t a treasure room; this was a trap. As soon as Kasper realized this, A large burst of flames came rushing toward him from one of the corners of the room. He was barely able to hop out of the way of the blast, the wall of fire zooming right past him and hitting the wall. “Damn, usually that attack works. Looks like you’re going to be more of a pest than I thought.” A voice echoed through the room. From the corner of the room, a large figure seemingly appeared. Kasper heard a small snap, and the room began to light up. Small torches were perched on each of the walls, illuminating the room entirely. Kasper’s heart began to pound as he finally got a good look at his stalker. In front of the Kangaroo was a large creature that resembled a fox. Its yellow-furred face had large orange eyes that seemingly glowed and a muzzle that ended with an orange nose. The ears on the beast were large, with blood-red hair sprouting from them. Its arms and legs were covered with the same colored fur, nearly encompassing the fox’s entire feminine body besides its white colored stomach. In its paws was a large stick, its tip glowing with some sort of aura. It was like no other creature Kasper had ever seen, which caused him to shake in fear and curiosity. “What… What are you?” Kasper said, dumbfounded by the creature before him. it snickered. “Isn’t it obvious? I’m the guardian of the forest. That fool of a king brought me here from another world to defend his fortune. It didn’t end up too well for him.” the creature spoke back. Kasper couldn’t believe it. “W-What? That isn’t possible! Those legends are hundreds of years old! no animal on this planet could live for that long!” The creature chuckled. “You must have not heard me. The king brought me from another world. I don’t age like the beings of this world.” It smiled. “Besides, it’s not polite to think about a lady’s age like that. That’s very rude, especially coming from someone who’s already in a very bad situation.” Kasper gulped. “What do you mean? I’m just a botanist. I came here to study the plants of the area. I just happen to come across this house.” “It doesn’t seem like there are many plants all the way down here. I think there might be some ulterior motives to you coming to this place.” The creature said teasingly. “As you can see around the room, I have had many different types of adventurers accidentally stumble down here, a few of them botanists as well.” The creature began to wave her wand, conjuring up a small flame. “And none of them were ever allowed to leave this room alive.” With a large wave of the wand, the ball of flame went flying toward Kasper. “And you will be no exception!” The creature shouted. Kasper dove onto the ground just in time to avoid being hit by the flames. He felt the extreme heat fly by as it once again hit the wall behind him. “Hmmm, I see that my normal attacks aren’t going to be enough for you.” The creature growled. “I guess it’s time to play a little bit dirtier.” With another wave of her wand, an aura engulfed the Kangaroo. “What? What’s Happening to me?” Kasper squealed as the glowing aura lifted him off the ground. He felt weightless as he struggled against the magic. The aura began to move, causing Kasper to start floating towards the fox creature. “No! This can’t be happening! Let me go!” He flailed in the air in a hopeless attempt to break free of the surrounding aura. The creature smiled as the helpless kangaroo floated directly toward her. “I wanted to make it quick for you with a blast of fire or two, but you leave me no choice.” She said, smiling. Kasper’s eyes widened. “What is that supposed to mean? Let me go! I promise I’ll never come back her again!” He begged the fox. She rolled her eyes. “Do you honestly think I’ve never heard that before? Nearly everyone I catch down here says the exact same thing. For once I want to find someone with at least a little bit of self-respect that just accepts their fate instead of resorting to begging.” The aura lifted the kangaroo face to face with the fox. “Now, what am I going to do with you….” The fox said quietly. Suddenly, a low growl filled the room. The Fox looked down at its slim gut, then smiled. “Well, that’s an idea.” She said quietly. The creature stuck out her tongue and licked the kangaroo’s face. Kasper shivered when he felt the tongue move up and down his muzzle, the heat emanating from it causing him to sweat. “What… what are you doing?” Kasper asked, frightened from the fox’s sudden advances. She chuckled. “Man, it’s like I have to spell out everything for you. My stomach growls. I lick you. What do you think is going to happen?” Before the Kangaroo could respond, the fox grabbed his shoulders and stuffed his face into her maw. Kasper was in disbelief. less than an hour ago he was adventuring in the forest of his dreams, and now his head is inside of a fox creature’s mouth. Its tongue began to lick all over the kangaroo’s face, causing him to close his eyes. The fox hummed in pleasure as he tasted the Kangaroo’s unique flavor. “Mmmmm. yah tate rully gud.” The fox mumbled. At this point, Kasper’s body sprung to life, furiously kicking and squirming against the fox’s arms and magic. Of course, it didn’t stop the fox’s advances. She effortlessly took off Kasper’s backpack, throwing it onto the pile that had formed in the corner. With a large swallow, the fox gulped down Kasper’s head, causing his shoulders to move into her mouth. Kasper coughed and struggled to breathe in the creature’s tight throat. While the kangaroo wasn’t fit in any way, his shoulders were still relatively large. As they moved into her mouth, the fox gagged a little bit from the sheer amount of mass that was in her mouth. However, she wasn’t going to give up that fast, and quickly gulped once again, sending Kasper’s shoulders down her gullet, his small stomach quickly sliding in with his arms pinned against it. Kasper tried to dislodge his arms so he could fight back, but it was such a tight fit that it made it impossible for him to move them at all. All he could do was kick his legs in the air and hope that somehow it would save him. the fox was in pure bliss. She crept her tongue under the kangaroo’s shirt and licked all over his stomach and chest, causing him to struggle harder. she moaned loudly as he felt his head move down her throat. with another big gulp, the fox brought the kangaroo’s crotch into her maw. Inside, Kasper finally got a breath of air as his head moved into the fox’s stomach, causing her tight stomach to show a visible bulge. With Kasper’s crotch inside of her mouth, the fox though of a way to have a little bit of fun. She slowly slipped her tongue inside of the Kangaroo’s pants, swirling it around his crotch through his underwear. This caused Kasper to tense up, his large tail sticking straight in the air. She could hear a muffled moan from her stomach as she moved up and down his underwear. She had him right where she wanted. She started to slowly creep into the kangaroo’s underwear, using her tongue to wrap and lick all over his member. More audible moans could be heard inside of her stomach, and the kangaroo began to grind his hips against the fox’s tongue instinctively. The fox gulped a little bit, letting her tongue be able to move down to the kangaroo’s balls. She startled to fondle them with her tongue, moaning from the taste of his musk. She switched back to his throbbing member, wrapping around it and moving up and down it slowly. She could hear Kasper moan out louder, his grinding becoming more and more intense. She kept using her expert tongue, going faster and faster, up and down on the kangaroo’s member. Inside, Kasper was in the middle of bliss and agony. As the fox teased him with her tongue, he started to pant harder, using more and more of what little air that was inside of the creature’s stomach. It was also extremely hot in the fox’s gut, which caused him to pant even harder to try to cool off. As the fox went faster on his member, Kasper began to see stars from the lack of oxygen. This only increased his primal efforts, his sane minds now blocked by the pure instinct to mate. It was only a matter of time. The fox was almost shocked when Kasper finally came. It was an explosion of pure white seed washing all over her tongue, the salty taste causing her to moan in delight. The sheer amount of cum was almost too much for the fox, and it began to pour out of her mouth and drip down her muzzle and onto her bloated stomach. she decided to swallow once again, causing the kangaroo’s rump to move into her throat along with a large amount of cum that was still in her mouth. At this point, the kangaroo’s body was completely relaxed, and it did not take too much effort for the fox to quickly gulp up the rest of his legs. With only his feet left in her mouth, the fox licked them a small amount. However, there was no response from Kasper, who was still recovering from the orgasm he had just experienced and still suffering from the lack of oxygen. The fox knew that it was time to finish, and finally sent the last of the kangaroo into her throat with a gulp. the kangaroo’s lower body slowly moved down the fox’s long body into her stomach. Her gut began to swell from the large meal she had just enjoyed. the fox fell to her knees, her legs becoming weak from the weight she had just taken on and from the pleasure she had just experienced. after about a moment or two, the kangaroo’s feet finally entered her stomach, trapping Kasper completely inside of the creature. The fox rubbed her belly in delight, loving the way she felt so full. Suddenly, she felt a large rush of air move up her throat, causing her to let out a large belch that echoed through the room. “Well, that’s another trespasser taken care of.” she said, panting from the pleasure. soon, she began to feel tired, causing her to lie down and quickly fall asleep. Kasper was still recovering from what had just transpired. With most of the air that was in the stomach now gone, he was having trouble staying conscious. He knew he should fight and struggle to get out of the fox’s gut, but he had no energy left to do so. Eventually, the kangaroo fell asleep, letting the fox take complete control over him. _______________________ The next morning _____________________ It was late in the morning when the fox finally woke up. She slowly sat up and looked at her stomach. it was still busily churning the meal it had gotten the night before, but at this point her gut was soft and squishy. She poked at her gut for a little bit and giggled, remembering how fearful and naive the kangaroo had been. “It was definitely work caving in that tunnel for that meal” she quietly said to herself. as she rose to her feet, the fox grabbed her magic wand and waved it, causing a small opening to open in the back wall. Moving through the opening was a little bit difficult with her expanded gut, but she finally squeezed through the opening after a bit of struggle. the opening lead outside, where it still seemed very dark due to the trees blocking a large amount of the sunlight. the fox looked back down at her gut. “Hmmmm… that one was really fun to take care of. I wonder if I should start using that technique more.” the fox said, once again rubbing her gut. Suddenly, she felt something move up her throat. With a loud belch the kangaroo’s skull flew out of the fox’s mouth, landing on the forest floor below. She looked at the skull for a moment and started to giggle. “Well, at least a little bit of you got out of that basement.” she crouched in front of the skull. “You know what? I’ll let you stay right where you are. it seemed like you liked the forest, you might as well have the chance to become a part of it.” with one more glance at the skull, she turned around and walked away, disappearing farther into the forest and leaving Kasper to become part of the Granger Forest’s history.
