She always told herself she didnt die that it, it was impossible, she was still walking, talking, breathing even. There would be days though when the doubt would begin to trigger something within her mind, a small slip, the facade would crumble, showing that she wasnt of Unovan Breed anymore, but Hisuian. The “living dead” zoroarks born of untold malice prior to death. Given that these dark emotions empower their illusions to an astronomical amount, they become Real Being one of these Zoroarks for a long while, the illusion was thought to have been, the real April. Though to her Father he could feel that Something was off about her… in School she was angry at times, to classmates, friends even her teachers. Yet when she was around him, she was her old self, cheery and full of life.\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t | \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
| " | \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tBasically, when she woke up as an undead hisuian zoroark, she suffered a mental breakdown, which caused her to go into a denial so deep, the fact she had died and all memories associated with her death locked away deep in her psyche. her illusion power worked in tandem with this, to support the deep subconscious denial, and kept a powerful, 24/7 illusion to reflect that. Her appearance, and even to the physical touch, were all products of her powerful illusion. Even when unconscious, the illusion would stay active, to protect her mental well being. The only time her illusion would waver, is when she'd had nightmares reliving her death, but would wake up never remembering what they were really about. because her illusion being so powerful and always active, she has practically no combat ability. Sure she can punch, kick, etc. but actual pokemon abilities/moves, can not be used, since her illusion takes a constant, massive toll on her aura. So on the surface, April doesn't actually know she's dead. Also, there is nothing to avenge. her murders had already met their fate after she went in a frenzy becoming a hisuan zozo.
