Abilities
The brains of Team Surge Catori serves the role of providing intel, visual data, and devices to assist her team in any situation, but that doesn't mean she's without any means of defending herself.
Technological mind -
Saying that Catori is smart is like saying Knuckles is kinda strong. Those close to her have to sometimes wonder if she has a cybernetic mind...but her personal projects are a quick reminder of just how abnormal she is.
Nonetheless Catori is someone who can hack systems with ease, from badnicks to entire bases; G.U.N. usually commissions her to regularly test and beef their security.
Hard Light Projectors -
In the highly unlikely chance that someone can bypass her teammates or she's forced to the front lines Catori can rely on these experimental projectors on her wrists to dispatch anyone in her way. Studying Chaos energy and the research notes she...obtained from Miles Tails Prowler on crafting a false Chaos Emerald she's developed these devices powered by raw chaos energy to project weapons and shields when needed. Though when drained she'll be completely unarmed until the devices reach a suitable charge.
G.U.N. holds great interest in Catori finishing the development of the Hard Light Projector; however a lot of research is needed before they can enter mass production the most important of which being the studied effects of constant chaos energy exposure.

Kinetic Shielding
Not only does Catori's wrist mounts provide her offensive capability they also protect her any threats. She's no fool when it comes to combat Catroi is well aware that on her best day she's an amateur so she's re-routed a portion the chaos energy powering the projectors to create a barrier to protect her in combat; at best it can only handle a portion of the force inflicted upon her while the rest powers through; but hey some damage reduction is better than none.

Catori completely technology reliant, if someone manages to inhibit or damage her wrist mounts then you'd simply have to take down an echidna with slightly above average stamina.

While not holding her in the highest regard - she really isn't a fan of those who force her way form her development lab - Catori does cherish and care for the leader of her team since and the hell she puts her through on physical training days is with her best interest in at heart; if only she'd learn to leave her be when she on an inventing binge, she'd like her more.

He's an enigma to her, she absolutely adores his cheerful nature, willingness to test her toys from time to time, and cooking - not to mention he feeds her as she works - but it drives her insane that he's able to bypass her room's security 70% of the time; but she's like a brother to him...that she likes to sleep with on occasion.

He's not too bad to be around, a little to serious for her tastes, but he's someone you can always go to id you want the hard truth about anything.
...not to mention he's easy to manipulate when you bring his pride into question.

A valued beta tester for almost anything Catori comes up with all for the location of a rare gem or three the pair are like sisters who seem to enjoy each other's company but taking advantage of each other even more.
