While the Hunters had their own medical divisions, sometimes Hunters found themselves in places where it was not available but they still required life saving treatment, this is where underground clinics would come into play, whether you were a mercenary, assassin or Hunter, come to them and they would operate on you to save your life, for a hefty fee. The places were clean and the medical care was overly excellent, as they need live patients to collect their dues, they did help their patients with some cost cutting measures, like during surgery, most underground clinics would forgo the costly anesthetic to put the patient out, the surgery would more of a vivisection, the patient would have to grin and bare the pain as they would feel each cut of the scalpel, every pinch of the clamps and every stitch of the sutures but still every care was taken to ensure their well being, they wee investments for the clinics after all, living patients have a worth far more then ones that are dead, even if the compensation turns out not to be monetary \n~ ",
