Since furries can be as naked as they want on IB, I got a Khajiit to model it without the bottom.\n\nRight now, the model only supports the [url=http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/6709/?]basic UNP body[/url] and Skykids. They're craftable through a blacksmithing station. You may have to delve into a burial mound for some linen though.\n\nBut, if you can use mods, you can also use the all-mighty console. Other known issues are:
• Crouching in the outfit looks a little odd at the waist.  Nothing can be done about this though.  Problems associated with extreme deformation were smoothed over as much as possible.
• The lower corners of the coat appear to hang unnaturally out in the front; it's most noticeable in the Skykids version.  This was done to prevent clipping when in the sneak animation.

Recommend installation through ModOrganizer, the most amazing mod management tool for Skyrim that ever will exist.  Otherwise, unzip into your Skyrim/Data folder and activate the ESP files through whatever method you prefer to use.

To obtain the items, you can craft them.  They're craftable through a blacksmithing station.  You may have to delve into a burial mound for some linen though.

But, if you can use mods, you can also use the all-mighty console.  Hit your tilde (~) key and type in `help deynian` to find the item IDs, then type in `player.additem <ITEM_ID> 1` to give yourself the item.
