I trace the sketch I laid down when I ink. The sketch is  not a trace. I ref images, but I don't trace when I sketch. Scratch that. If I find a hand in the pose and angle I need, I might copy/paste and draw over it, then redraw over that to get the look I want with a hand that looks correct. And to say that much cheating... People have been using lightboxes to do the same thing in comic, art and animation since lightboxes have been around. Disney animators have used such tactics to draw a hell of a lot more than a hand or a foot and all they tend to get told is how nice it looks.\n/rant\n\nWith that out of the way... I got into a series of deep thoughts on the transition from child to adult. What it could mean. If a singular event could be the threshold or if there is a process to it with a final step. In the eyes of a parent, I'm sure walking in on your child discovering '[i]pleasure[/i]' must be a point of sudden realization. Drew this pic with that moment in mind, and I decided to go for broke with her using one of Momma's toys from the underwear drawer.\n\nI might shade this up later, but I'm happy with it as is for now.\n\nEDIT: Decided to name this girl. She is Mandy Maniakalny. Manman, as her father sometimes calls her. She is normally shy and childlike in her naivete, but is by no means slow or stupid, being at the high end of the grade curve. She also has a strong fascination with masturbation after finding she likes the way climax makes her ears and toes tingle.",
