SHANTAE THE HALF-GEINE PATROLLER

1 - PROLOGUE
(The scene opens to the beaches of a town called Adventure Bay where the scene pans to the ocean waves moving in and out. A pair of feet are seen standing in front of the waves the scene then pans up to show a girl wearing a bikini outfit taking a deep breath)

????: Finally after so long I'm finally on vacation. I have just about everything I need to get some fun in the sun. Let's see my sunblock, my beach ball, and all of my transformations. Yes Shantae your ready to get that suntan you always dreamed about.

(Shantae grabs a beach towel and places it on the sand then lays down and takes out a tanning plate and puts it over her body. Just as she's doing that a boat starts blocking her way)

Shantae: Okay who put out the sun? (Sits up and sees the boat blocking the view then sighs) Great even Risky Boots is here. I'll just get rid of her later, but right now I'll just move back into the sunshine.

(Shantae moves her beach towel back into the sunlight and resumes tanning until the boat moves again blocking her view again.)

Shantae: Oh for the love of. (Sits up again and sees the boat is in front oh her) That's it Risky your In for it now.

(The scene transitions to the dock area where the boat is at as Shantae is seen walking towards it.)

Shantae: Okay Risky Boots interrupting my vacation was a big no. Now you'll be wanting a vacation after I'm done with you.

(The boat starts roaring as it boat jets out of the scene splashing Shantae in the process.)

Shantae: Come back here you coward! (Transforms into a mermaid then jumps into the water swimming after them as the scene fades out)

[Segment II]

(The scene opens to inside the vast ocean where the scene pans over to to a dot moving fast as it zooms past with another dot comes in.)

Shantae: Alright Risky where are you? (Sees a glimmer of light in the distance) Ah-ha found you. 

(The ground starts shaking as the dim light starts fading.)

Shantae: Uh-oh that's not good...

(Two merpups swim past her spinning her for a brief second.)

Shantae: Did anyone catch the license plate on those fishes? (Snaps out of it) What the heck was that? Never mind that Risky Boots might be in trouble... I hate to say this but I have to help her.

(The scene transitions to the sunken submarine where it zooms in on a figure pacing back and forth)

????: Well cousin you put us in another one of those predicament your so famous for.

????: Will you can it Francois those two Merpups saw us in trouble so they should be getting help as we speak.... (Looks out the window and sees a dim light) Speaking of help here it comes.

(The figure gets larger as it reviles Shantae looking inside the submarine staring at Francois and the figure staring at her.)

Francois: Some help you have Turbot.

Captain Turbot: Oh will you hush up I can't get a moment peace around here.

(The scene pans to outside the submarine where Shantae is looking away from the window.)

Mermaid Shantae: That's not Risky Boots, but whatever I'll help them out. 

(Shantae begins to transforms into a Crab)

Shantae: Now then let's get to work.

(The scene changes back to inside the submarine where Captain Turbot and Francois Turbot and still arguing)

Captain Turbot: And furthermore you never really appreciate the opportunity I give you to come join me on these expeditions.

Francois Turbot: Oh please cousin I appreciate your invitations.

Captain Turbot: Oh yeah name one time....

Francois Turbot: You know I have bad memory you simpleton.

Captain Turbot: Why you ungrateful-

Shantaes Voice: Will you both be quite already I'm trying to help you here!!!

Both Turbots: Whatever..

(The scene changes back to where Shantae is on top of the submarine)

Shantae: Thank you (Looks back at the entangled rope) Now then let's see.... 

(Another Merpup zooms by and spins Shantae causing her to also get entangled by the rope right by the window where she sees Captain Turbot staring at her.)

Captain Turbot: My hero.

Shantae: Shut up!

(The lone Merpup looks back and sees Shantae entangled by the rope then sets her free by pulling the rope over her head.)

Shantae: Thanks Merpup that really helped unlike some people.

(Shantae looks up and notices a bright dim light starting to draw closer.)

???: Wyder I found Captain Turbot's Submarine.

Ryder: Great job Zuma see if you can get them free.

Zuma: You got it!

(Zuma proceeds to remove the rope from the submarine only to get annoyed by Shantae trying to help as well.)

Ryder: Everything Ok Zuma.

Zuma: I'm stawting to get a wittle annoyed by this this pwresistent Cwab.

Shantae: Persistent!?!? I'll have you known I saved a my hometown many times.

Zuma: So your point is?

(Shantae groans in frustration)

Shantae: Forget this I'm out of here. (Walks away from the scene)

Ryder: What's that crabs problem?

(The scene transitions to near the ocean surface where Shantae is seen kicking the ocean sand floor.)

Shantae: Stupid save stealing freak. Maybe a vacation was a bad idea. I should probably head back to sequin town.

(A pelican swoops down and catches Shantae off guard as the scene transitions to high above Adventure Bay where Shantae is heard inside the pelican's mouth)

Shantae: Let me go you water paling freak! (Opens the pelican's mouth and looks down) Yipe! (Covers her eyes) Maybe not. (Looks down again and sees a bright pink jet below her.) Well it's now or never! transform! (Jumps off and transforms into a Monkey as she lands right on top of the jets back.)

????: Huh what was that? (lands down puts her pack away then looks up and sees Shantae) Oh hello there little monkey. What are you doing on my pup pack? 

Shantae: I don't know why am I doing on your pup pack?

????: A talking monkey? It must be another one of Rubble 's dream sequence. What's your name Monkey?

Shantae: Uh..... Shantae?

Skye: Ohh what a cute name even if it's a dream but anyways my name's Skye.

Shantae: Skye? like as in a bird handler?

Skye: Not that I'm one of members of the Paw Patrol.

Shantae: The what Patrol?

Skye: Paw Patrol. The big thing in the distance is the Lookout Tower (Gasps) You should come with me I'll introduce you to everyone there.

Shantae: Well I still have time to kill so why not.

(The scene transitions again to the The Lookout Tower where the scene pans to Skye and Shantae walking into the scene.)

Skye: Well we're here.

Shantae: It looked a lot smaller on the brochure.

Skye: Come on I'll introduce you to everyone.

(The scene changes to inside the Lookout Tower where four others are watching the television when Skye enters the scene.)

????: Hey Skye your back really early.

Skye: I had a little technical problem with my pup pack again Rocky.

????: That's the third time it happen this week.

Skye: Don't worry Chase it'll be fine speaking of I wanna introduce you to someone.

Chase: Who's that Skye?

(Shantae peeks over behind Skye)

Shantae: He- Hello.

Skye: This is Shantae I found her on top of my pup pack two hours ago.

Chase: It's nice to meet you I'm Chase and this is Marshall, Rubble, and Rocky.

(Shantae sighs)

Shantae: I thought you would be some kind of psychopaths or something.

Marshall: We're no psychopaths we're helpers.

Rocky: We always help whenever there's trouble.

Rubble: But right now Ryder and Zuma are helping Captain Turbot again.

(Right before Shantae could say something the TV starts talking)

TV Reporter: We interrupt this program for a special news bulletin.

(Everyone turns to see the TV)

TV Reporter: We now go live to Mayor Goodway at the town hall.

Marshall: This could be something interesting let's watch.

(The scene changes to the town hall where Mayor Goodway is talking to the people of Adventure Bay)

Mayor Goodway: People of Adventure Bay, I called you all here because there's a shady character been going around asking for a certain someone so if you see anyone who fits the description please notify me.

(A hand is shown rising up for a question.)

Mayor Goodway: Yes you there what's your question.

(The figure laughs)

????: I don't have a question, but I know I'm gonna enjoy this.... Men surround her. 

(The audience start jumping onto the podium surrounding Mayor Goodway.)

Mayor Goodway: What is the meaning of this, are you one of the other towns workers.

????: Sorry miss I work alone.. Move out men!

(The minions take Mayor Goodway in the mayor's office as it changes back to inside the Lookout where the TV Reporter is in shock.)

TV Reporter: Oh dear the mayor's been held hostage who is this person and why is she here? 

(The TV shuts down as the pups were starting to panic.)

Rocky: This is really bad!

Skye: We need to inform Ryder about this.

Chase: I'm on it! (Rushes out of the scene as it pans to Marshall looking around.)

Marshall: Hey has anyone seen Shantae?

(The others look around)

Rocky: She's gone....

Rubble: Where could she be at a time like this?

(Dramatic music plays as the scene fades out)

[Segment III]

(The scene opens up to outside the town hall where two of the figures henchmen are guarding the entrance the scene then pans over to a nearby lamppost where Shantae (Back in her normal self) looking at the two.)

Shantae: Tinkerbats yep no doubt about it this is Risky Boots alright. But how am I gonna get in there?

(Shantae looks up and notices a window that is slightly open.)

Shantae: Bingo!

(The scene transitions to inside the town hall where Risky Boots and her Tinkerbats have tied Mayor Goodway to her chair.)

Mayor Goodway: Whoever you are release me this instant!

Risky Boots: Oh quit your whining and tell me where she is.

Mayor Goodway: For the last time I don't know who this Shantae is.

Risky Boots: Well if that's the case maybe your friend may know.

Mayor Goodway: You leave Chickaletta out of this!

Risky Boots: Sorry but he has to know something. Men bring that chicken over to me!

(Two Tinkerbats are seen carrying Chickaletta who doesn't seemed fazed over to her.)

Tinkerbat: .....

Risky Boots: Thank you... (To Chickaletta) Alright you tell me where Shantae is!

Chickaletta: (Clucks)

Risky Boots: I said where is Shantae?!?

Chickaletta: (Clucks again)

(A anger vein is shown on Risky Boots head.)

Shantae voice: Hold it right there Risky!

(Risky looks up and sees Shantae on top of the beam jumping down and landing on one of her Tinkerbats.)

Risky Boots: Well well well, took you long enough.

Shantae: You've gone too far this time.

Risky Boots: So what if I held this dumb Mayor hostage, it's not like anything that caused you to get thrown out of your hometown.

Shantae: You keep your mind to yourself it was an accident I was framed.

Mayor Goodway: Framed?

Risky Boots: You keep out of this. Now then behold my newest creation!

(Risky Boots holds up a portable handgun contraption)

Shantae: Oooh what is it?

Risky Boots: It's a portable hand laser you dolt! God your more annoying than that chicken over there.

(The scene pans to Chickaletta pecking at one of the knocked out Tinkerbats)

Shantae: You'll never get away with this!

Risky Boots: Oh I'm going to this time once I get rid of you permanently! (Aims the laser at Shantae) Goodbye forever!

(The scene pans to the town hall doors being burst open as Ryder and the Paw Patrol run into the scene)

Ryder: Hold it right there!

Chase: We have you surrounded.

(Risky Boots looks back and notices that she has been surrounded.)

Risky Boots: Tsk, how annoying... (To Shantae) I'll deal with you later but for now I have better plans for this laser gun.... Until then let's move out!

(Risky Boots throws a smoke grenade and vanishes out of the scene)

(The scene then changes to a few minutes after the incident)

Ryder: Mayor Goodway are you alright?

Mayor Goodway: I'm perfectly fine thanks to you. (To Shantae) As for you....

Shantae: Go right ahead I can handle it.

Mayor Goodway: I don't know who you are but that was very heroic of you to try stopping that person, why if it weren't for you I still might've been tied up.

Shantae: Yeah, but are you gonna kick me out or something?

Mayor Goodway: Good heavens no! In fact after what I saw I can't do such a thing like that.

Ryder: Who are you anyways?

Shantae: Oh sorry about that. My name's Shantae and I'm a half-geine.

Skye: That's the same name that a little monkey told me a while back.

(Everyone looks at Skye)

Shantae: Uh actually I was the monkey.

Skye: Oh..... I knew that. (Chuckles)

Marshall: Why are even here in the first place.

Shantae: Well I was on vacation from where I used to live, but as you can see I actually got banned from my town for no reason.

Mayor Goodway: Oh my that's terrible. Well if you need a job I'm sure Ryder wouldn't mind some extra help around the Lookout.

Shantae: Really? I mean if that's okay with him.

Ryder: Hmm...... I got an idea why not help us out if there's any trouble I mean we could use an extra set of hands to help with some of the harder stuff. What do you say?

(Shantae starts smiling)

Shantae: You got a deal.

(Ryder and Shantae shake hands.)

Ryder: Welcome to the Paw Patrol Shantae.

Shantae: It's an honor Ryder.

(The scene zooms out to a nearby tree where Risky Boots is watching them with binoculars)

Risky Boots: So the little brat has a new job.... Well she won't be staying for long you can count on that.

(Risky Boots starts laughing evilly as the scene fades out)
