Jenkins, is this a good time to conduct the formal post combat survey?” \nJenkins groaned as he looked down at the tiny, lab coat wearing researcher with a megaphone in one hand, clipboard in the other. “Really? Do we have to? I’m not really feeling up to talking about… all of that right now.” \n“We’ll make it quick, but we DO still need to discuss the… ‘outcome of the battle’.” The researcher nodded, taking a few steps back as the massive scaly beast shifted, attempting to make himself more comfortable as the building he was leaning against groaned and cracked. “Command is worried that, considering how you ‘pacified’ the enemy kaiju, you may have begun to identify more with the enemy.”\n“Hey! I beat that big son of a bitch fair and square!” Jenkins growled. “And he fought dirty too! Like when he did that thing with his tongue when I had him grappled between my... uh... well... I still won that fight!” The enormous kaiju shifted, leaning back and resting his padded 3-toed feet on his tail as it coiled in front of him.\n“After the two of you-” The researcher began, but was cut off as Jenkins growled warningly. “Uh… finished.” The man said, choosing his words carefully. “But if you say that your apparent enjoyment of-”\n“I didn’t enjoy it!” Jenkins hissed. “I was… waiting for an opening! Just cus you eggheads screwed up when you didn't secure your vial of 'top-secret super-soldier juice,' and ballooned me into a giant radioactive female lizard doesn’t mean I’m suddenly all horny for big monsters!” \n“If you say so…” The researcher made a note on his clipboard. “Speaking of ‘eggheads’ though, the lab team has been preparing a nest for you to-”\n“Nest!?” Jenkins’s eyes widened. “What would I need a NEST for!?”\nThe researcher sighed and looked pointedly at the kaiju’s massively swollen belly. “Well, I’d assume… the eggs growing inside of you?”\n“They aren't eggs!” Jenkins growled. “I’m just… getting chubby is all!” He scratched his firm scaly gut. “Really chubby… it's probably because of all the junk food you’ve been feeding me!”\n“You're the one who requested a literal dump truck full of ice cream and a palate of pickles be delivered to you daily.” The researcher reminded the massive beast. “If you’d rather we stop and set you up on the dietician's-approved diet for a reptile of your size, we can do that anytime you’d like.”\n“I didn’t say that…” Jenkins grumbled, sulking as he folded his arms over his chest. “I’m just saying, it's your fault I’m getting fat.”\n“Alright, well I think that’s everything I need for now.” The researcher sighed, writing something on his clipboard before putting it away. “Seeing as how you’re NOT pregnant, it wouldn’t matter to you that a nest has been under construction back at base and you WON’T be needing it anytime soon… *IF* you decide it might be something you'd like, you know where it is.”\n“Great! Thanks for nothing!” Jenkins snorted through his bulbous saurian muzzle. “... bring more ice cream and pickles by the way. If I starve I can’t save the city anymore.
