He waited for Noah to run up to him before saying, “Yeah?”\n\n“Hi!” the Husky grinned, all dimples and smile and just like that, the unfriendly expression turned into a faint little smile. Huskies just had an effect like that! “Sorry, we are a little lost right now. Do you happen to know where the nearby park is?”\n\nThat’s when the bears eyes noticed the big Doberman trailing after Noah. His smile turned into a scowl, just as the Doberman scowled back at him. There was a brief silence before he focused back on the lesser threat. His scowl softened again. “Got lost, huh? A lot of people get lost around these parts.”\n\n“Tell me about it,” Noah sighed theatrically. “We just wanted to grab some ice cream and ended up walking a few miles until we finally gave up. Miles!”\n\n“That so?” the bear snorted; his eyes quickly flickered towards the looming shadow behind the husky. “If you want, I can show you where to find some ice cream to knock your socks off, all creamy and sticky and—”\n\nAn arm draped around Noah’s shoulders, tightly squeezing him against a wide chest smelling full of Sam. Woodsy with a faint bit of grain, all masculine and nice. He couldn’t help but wiggle a little into the warm body, more out of habit than anything else. Really.\n\n“He’s good,” Sam said with a faint hint of growl in his words. “Now fuck—\"\n\n“Don’t be rude!” Noah exclaimed while pushing away and slapping his chest. “He’s just trying to help us!”\n\nSam’s jaw clenched, just as the grip tightened around the Husky’s body, like he was ready to lift him up over his shoulders and do God knows what.\n\n“Anyway,” Noah sighed out loud, an apologetic expression on his face. “Sorry, but we already grabbed some food in another location, so I’m quite full! Maybe next time?”\n\nThe growl suddenly coming from Sam was quickly quenched by a sharp kick from the Husky, making him yelp out loud, that stupid oaf! What’s gotten into him, dammit? Noah was about to give Sam an earful for being so rude to a stranger when the bear chuckled.\n\n“Sure kid, I can help you with that ice later.” Then he rattled off the directions towards the park and left with a wink towards Noah and a smirk at Sam. Also, an offer of exchanging numbers, which Sam interrupted by grabbing Noah’s paw and yanking him towards the park. So rude. Now we’ll never find that ice cream parlor he was talking about!\n\nAfter a short walk where we finally reached the entrance of the park, Sam finally let my paws go and slowed his walk, muttering something about needing a rope to keep a tight leash on something. Nearly decked him… son of a…”\n\nNoah grinned widely. “So jealous.”\n\n“Fuck off,” he growled but Noah has always been a sucker for a little danger in life, so instead of taking the hint of a growling dog to keep distance, he took Sam’s paw and urged him to get closer. Wordlessly he went forward until his belly was right at Noah’s muzzle, allowing for a soft nuzzling and a little bit of scenting.\n\n“You are the only one I’m the friendliest with,” Noah muttered.\n\n“You better,” Sam growled, the vibration going straight under Noah’s skin.
