RE: Proper Conduct Toward Superior Officers
The purpose of this memo is to remind all officers of rules and regulations regarding behavior toward superior and senior officers: specifically in matters of sexual submission. When instructed by a superior officer to perform any sex act, or to submit to a sex act being performed upon you, the proper response is “yes sir,” or “sir yes sir.”
I am disappointed to once again have to remind everyone that horseplay and coquettishness including but not limited to “make me,” “you think you’re man enough to take me down?” “oh yes big boy I’ve been dreaming of your nightstick all shift” “ooh woo what is this?” are a waste of time. The quicker the act is completed, the quicker everyone can return to their duties with a clear head!
Similarly, calling the superior officer ludicrous names such as “daddy,” “big boy,” “master,” “big chonker,” “blast hardcheese,” or “sweet poppa string bean” is still insubordination, even during sexual acts. If the superior officer wishes to use nicknames for the lower-ranking during sex acts, this is a priavte matter between said officers.
Reminder, as well, that while lower-ranking officers are required to obey any and all orders from superior officers to engage in sexual acts, and during your shift this remains department policy to promote unit cohesion, relieve tension, and prevent the development of insubordination, this does not apply to such orders off the clock! On your own time that is fraternization and is a potential discussion with Internal Affairs. [Note: at this point an anonymous writer has added, in pencil, “Unless it’s the Chief telling you to do it, right?”]

Things had changed... and not just because Exile was in charge, or because two of the original team were once so close and now so distant... there was something missing.
Maybe they both felt that way.
All Exile knew was that while Inspector Fox rambled nonsensically, Blitz did an unusually sub-par job of nursing his aching bone, almost as if he were reluctant to be doing something he normally loved.
For his part, Blitz‘s head wasn’t in the game, because he was late for another engagement. Calm-yet-commanding words played in his head, reminding him "Discipline must be maintained. To disobey meant disrespect and dishonor, and the punishment for that could be... severe.”
(Blitz didn’t know who, but the words were obviously said in a tone that was meant to be mocking someone who normally said those kinds of things.)
Besides, there were other issues… and a feeling of inadequacy that churned in the depths of his gut like the blintzes he had on Tuesday. The vibrator in his tailhole didn't help matters, either. He was torn between two extremes… and the clock had run out on one, while ticking on the other.

As far as I can tell, no one’s ever made 3D models of any of the Road Rovers characters, so I made some vaguely appropriate for the blender models. So...there’s that?
Ugh, I’m sick right now and it’s frankly hard to think, I dunno what else to say that anyone’s going to give half a fat shit about. ...But then honestly when has that ever stopped me before?
