They have strange structures like horns and vents along their skulls, which extend back into sweeping tendrils rather than hair or supporting structures. They typically have snouts, four eyes, two tendrils and vents, a central horn (typically smooth crests on females and pointed horns on males), two tails (one large and one short) and four breasts. Males will generally have two penises, either equal in length or one shorter than the other. They also have what appear to be hermaphrodites among the nurterer class, but they are rather males who have breasts due to their role in reering young. Females are generally taller than or of equal height to males, and have brighter, more vibrant colors, while males will have darker or more natural tones.\n\n[b]Personality[/b]\nAs a species, their culture largely revolves around spreading their species in any way possible. To best integrate to other environments, they tend to ingratiate and aim to please dominant species of any planet they find with life on it. The probrids are technically all part of one species, similar to dogs, but their DNA is so different that they cannot all properly breed among themselves despite being directly related, leading to their classification distinctions. They're made up of several different subspecies due to the nature of their reproduction. Outside of the breeding class, probrids cannot create offspring alone. Instead, they require other species to mate with, and during this process they will intake and implant DNA from themselves and the species of choice. Their DNA is highly morphogenic, several viral proteins within their cells carefully snipping and editing DNA of species they interact with to suit their needs. Most of these edits take place on the offspring, but in the case of impregnating another species, these viruses will also edit and trick their immune system into taking care of the alien's young rather than destroying it, and will alter their body to be able to handle the gestation and birthing process. Usually these effects will revert within a year after birth as the viruses die off without the young introducing more to the mother.\n\nProbrids naturally seek out other species to breed with, and are known to be extremely persuasive. They will often attempt to do this to other species, intentionally or not, and can get quite frustrated when disobeyed or not getting their way. Combined with this, their submission-inducing pheromones, and their incredible size, they are often considered intimidating.
