Sara was on a run through her favorite wooded park on the edge of town , She was a young lithe canine of various parentage, a nicer way of saying mutt than the kids at school . She had some golden retriever in her that shown through in the golden tinge to her fur . Sara enjoyed running in this park, it was very peaceful, and seldom did she run into others . She felt so much more alive in the woods connected to the distant urges of her species past. Sara became aware of a scent in the air , how long she had smelled it before she realized she did not know . It was from a male , that she was sure of , but she could not identify the species. It was coying and new and thrilled her in a way. She ran on and it grew stronger , there was a little rest area ahead , it must becoming from there. Sara ran down the trail and into the little area and passed a Hyena sitting on the bench reading a book . He did not see her run into a tree in shock as she continued on down the path . Sara stopped down the trail out of sight , her heart pounding and leaned against a tree. An actual Hyena, she thought to herself , she had only ever seen one in a book . Her rural town had no one that exotic in it except for the matronly roo at the library . She had to get a longer look at him she thought to herself . She spent several minutes shuffling around, internally debating with herself but the pull was too strong and she slipped into the woods. Sara tired to be very quiet as she slunk through the woods until she could get into a position to gaze upon him again . She crouched down behind some bushes , her eyes roving over ever inch of his body , taking in his powerful frame his tan fur and spots . Her heart was racing , the thrill of him and fearing to be discovered keeping all her senses heightened . He looked up a few times and she froze as his gaze swept over the clearing before returning to his book . He shifted around in his seat and Sara found herself staring at a big bulge in his shorts.
