This night, more than ever, Mt. Murg had a voice, as it finally screamed with the wrath of hell itself, spattering white-hot magma from its ancient basaltic maw.\n\nThe dark supplicant stood alone in the magic circle, contemplating in silence what was happening. Beyond the unnatural eruption, he felt something else. Its presence... It worked.\n\nHe grew ecstatic as the thing approached, the effects of its rippling, oppressive aura growing ever stronger- the air grew hotter, hotter, drier and drier, the, even the earth shook more and more as it stepped down its birthplace directly towards the circle.\n\nFinally, the summoned demon emerged amidst a towering inferno. The centenary pine trees surrounding the cromlech bursted in flame. From amidst their ashes, it stepped in the summoning circle - the demon beast that came from the underworld. Under its feet the ground cracked open in hellish, burning fissures, and around him the forest screamed in burning agony.\n\nThis was a monster yanked from the nether through dark desire, a hulking behemoth of dark and evil now made flesh, in the glorious form of... a teenage dog boy.\n\nThe sorcerer didn't know what to do. The blasphemous verses and unspeakable instructions of their grimoires painted different idea of a high-ranked demon - the glowing eyes, ebony fur, hellish, fiery radiance that scorched everything in his path? Fitting. The cargo shorts, gel-sole sports sandals and oversized tank top? Not quite.\n\n\"'Sup dude?!\" asked the summoned beast, in a quite juvenile (albeit still frighteningly booming) voice. \"I'm Cass! Nice to meet ya!\"\n\nWell, Cass was probably short for Caasimolar, so this WAS certainly the one. Who'd guess Lord Caasimolar, the Prince of Slaughter, would choose such a form to appear as?\n\n\"You're a lot smaller than I imagined...\" The smiling dog mocked. \" Then again, never expected much from mortals... So, wanna play?\"\n\nThe warlock gulped.[/i]\n\n~\n\nA very experimental piece, with a silly theme. Tried to keep working with clouds and sky, tried a forest, and most importantly, played a little with lava and fire effects, some different light sources, glowing, etc.\n\nI like how most of these effects went, and I liked how I managed to draw a darker environment, although the macro pup himself was not drawn very well. I like the shadows for the stone circle.
