Not only is the content more exciting, but all the big round things cover a bunch of stuff up and save me time drawing. You wouldn't notice I only took two hours, though, of course, since the time between submissions was doubled by me not being able to work on it for two days.\n\nI might try to interpret this as something indicating progress anyways, though, even if it's not entirely honest to do so. It's nice to feel good about something I'm doing, and provides more motivation to keep doing things. Yet, since said \"progress\" is fueled by practice sketches rather than this sequence itself, part of that motivation is just to draw more random stuff that isn't this sequence.
