I had been wanting to draw this pose for what might literally be years, because I think this was actually the first item on my mythical list of ideas to draw, just to give you guys an idea of how long it can take for me to get to this stuff (not that there was any urgency in it anyways). The rabbit part that I ended up focusing on, amusingly enough, was actually an afterthought when I had to decide on which species to make the character, which tends to come along pretty late in the process once I've actually already drawn most of the body, given that I usually only change the tail and head to match different species.\n\nDespite the simplicity of this one, I think it's a decent mark of my progress in anatomy over time. As much as I probably should have been doing this, I haven't put much actual study into proportion or anything of that nature, so the posing and other details tend to be played by ear and come out with widely varying quality. I can still see a few issues in this one, but I feel like the pose turned out decently for the most part. Doesn't mean it couldn't be more expressive, though, with more of a sense of urgency of being near-bursting and the like. Guess I'll just keep working on that, with or without the lazy backgrounds I'm so prone to now (since I'm so much more concerned about what's going on in the foreground instead).\n\nI really need to draw pregnant girls lactating more, by the way. It didn't even occur to me to include it in this one until I had written this entire description, at which point I went back and added it in as an afterthought.",
