Whatever the case, I finally got to make it happen.\n\nDesigning a demon was kind of fun, surprisingly enough. Trying to design a one-use character tends to end rather poorly for me, taking a lot more effort than I feel it should for a character that I don't feel is especially appealing, but I think the idea of a bat anthro with some small additions (namely the horns and spade tail) makes it work. The colour scheme seems reasonably demonic, too.\n\nThis is something of an odd situation of me being very happy with how the character turned out (no real issues with anatomy, and pretty much everything has the depth it ought to, along with some shine where appropriate) but not really being happy with the background at all. I really wanted to get this thing done, because I'm still incredibly bothered by taking about a month to finish each piece (despite this only taking 9.5 hours total), so I didn't bother adding any detail to the floor, not that I'm sure it would've helped much. Weird monochrome blue place, basically, so feel free to imagine what that is - some random location in some demon realm (they seem to like brick), your own little dungeon you brought a demon down into to have fun with, or whatever. At least the shading turned out alright, I guess, but I should probably have some actual idea of what background I'm drawing before I make it.",
