They're supposedly quite stretchy, but I couldn't help but wonder what'd happen if something went wrong. Filling one so tight that some eggs flow into their tail and block everything off, for example.
About time someone found out just what it's like for one of them to get pushed to their limit.

After screwing around in a stream held by
\n\t\t\t\t\tFirolina (the owner of the species) for a few hours one night, I found myself doodling something spontaneously. Tightness/bursting isn't exactly of interest to them, but they said they wouldn't mind me posting this (or actual popping, for that matter, though I haven't made any plans for a sequel as of yet), so here it is.This turned out to be something different for a number of reasons. New species with clearly new anatomy, new shapes for inflation (which honestly aren't very appealing to me, but it was fitting for something I didn't spend much time on anyways), and some new stylistic choices in a very vague imitation if Firo's art mixed with my own style. It had mixed results, I think, with trying to imitate their writing turning out quite badly and using the bright highlights turning out kind of questionably as well. I shouldn't really have expected anything better for the background with how little time I put into it, but less dissimilar shades of green might've helped a bit.
I do admittedly feel that this is something of a sexually-motivated corruption of the scent dragon species, given the inaccuracies here, but I figured it'd be alright for a one-off. Although scent dragons are supposed to be so stretchy as to it being basically impossible for one to burst, there's really nothing saying that they're "not supposed to" pop, and Firo has actually explicitly stated that the whole "eggs overflowing into tail and milk overflowing into belly" thing wouldn't happen. The background's also vague enough that you can't really tell how big the dragon is (aside from comparing the size of the belly/tail to the uninflated bits, I guess), but a scent dragon should get several orders of magnitude larger than this before having any concern about pain, let alone being splattered across the plains.
Here it is for others that share in the joy of doing stuff that isn't really supposed to be done with things, though.
