I always shred art after I scan it but this pic slipped between some papers so I’m glad to have found it so I can share it as I have zero way of getting a hold of the commissioner, I tried and his e-mail address doesn’t exist anymore :/\n\nI wish I had the story in detail, but it went along the lines of the cat being a ruthless killer, robbing and terrorizing a gold mining town. He was captured and scheduled to be hung as soon as possible. Taunting the sheriff and everyone around his cell, he succeeded in getting in everyone’s nerves but not in the way he thought. The sheriff left briefly, coming back with a smile and opened the cat’s cell where his men rushed in and ‘softened him up’. His bottoms were removed and replaced with a pair of stockings and panties, finishing up with binding his hands behind his back, laughing at him as he was picked up to his feet to lead him to the gallows. Fighting his binds and escorts the entire way, the townsfolk cheered and laughed at the “tough” killer as he screamed at them that the sheriff dressed him like that.
