The alarm blared. The tower escape was in full swing. But elsewhere in the tower, some were just getting into the spirit of fleeing for freedom.
"Luff-hi?!"
(Loupy?!)
"Mffh?!"
(Snow?!)
"Nff-mffph! Wikk! Mpuh fu fa mumh loph!"
(Nevermind! Quick! Move to the next lock!)
"Grmph fyimg-!"
(I'm trying!)
Loupy did not like having to work fast. If you were to question just how a mass scale prison break had started, all you'd have to do is find out who had the lockpick. It was inevitable that if you ended up kidnapping some few hundred people all across a diverse metropolis like the volcano city, you'd get someone who knew how to pick locks. That person, in this case, was Loupy. The one instrumental to many people getting their chance at escape. He could have escaped himself many times over now, but had remained to help others since he was fortunate to start all this terror off with a lockpick stowed with him. Snow (the bear) was just the latest on Loupy's large list of cells he could sneak to in his ward block in the tower. Though he hadn't expected to have to break almost 7 locks down the back of the most elaborate and complex straitjacket he'd seen yet.
BWEEEEE BWEEE BWEEEEEE
The security alarms weren't helping though. If one of the now many guards running through the facility stopped to look in Snow's cramped cell, they'd see Loupy didn't belong and everything would fall apart. The chaos was helpful though, most of the guards and drones were distracted chasing down the dozens of escaping prisoners.
"Mmuhph foff hu err ha hefful-fiff!"
(I thought you were a specialist!)
"Gmph nm! Nph hnnf hmping-!"
(I am! Now stop squirming!)
*Clink.*
That wasn't entirely true, being a specialist. But you work with what you have. The hardest part so far was getting the mitten off his hand. Every time, no less, but the first time was the hardest. These people weren't playing around, their restraints were high quality and it seemed had been growing more customized and unique to each slave owning monster in the cult as the remaining unaffected and uncontrolled prisoners were being sold off as 'prizes'. Once Loupy had his lockpick, it became the challenge of unlocking each person one at a time, and giving them instructions on how to escape and when.

Loupy hadn't been the one to st off the alarms though, nor did he understand anything about a 'VIP' prisoner escaping. Was this the plan? He hoped he was playing into the plan. A steady hand and a lack of fidgeting was what he needed now, not uncertainty and worry he was throwing things off by unlocking every last tower cell he could get to.
*Clink.*
"Wuff mmht ha-muffer nnk?"
(Was that another lock?)
"Ymph. Nnh sm phhhking. Mm mrr-king."
(Yes. Now stop fidgeting. I'm working.)
Snow hadn't even expected to see Loupy here. Of course, there were a lot of unexpecteds for Snow. When the whole city was falling, Snow had been captured by the same flying vac-bats as everyone else. He would have kicked himself for it if he hadn't been leg-cuffed with a spreader bar, failing to leave the city. Then there was those living rubber catsuits that had tormented and teased and played with them. Then there was the tests, being zapped with magic and hearing voices in his head. And now he was wrapped in the tightest orange straitjacket and trapped behind so many locks he didn't think he'd ever get out of it. But now there was hope, Loupy. But even still, when had Loupy gotten to the city? When had they gotten captured?
*Clink.*
Nevermind. There would be time for comparing notes of who was captured when and where. For now, they had to escape while the escaping was good.
*Clink.*
"Hrrph-mi!"
