Some piss-ant could mouth the most vile, hurtful things imaginable to me, and I would feel nothing, because I am strong, because I am level headed, and his words mean nothing to me.\n\nThe words of a friend, someone I trust, whom I love with all of my heart and soul, who I have confided in, told my darkest secrets to, let my thick emotional barriers down to embrace within my arms, someone I believed to be a true friend, someone who cared about me, whom I would do anything for, because I know, deep in my heart would do the same for me... or so I believed... those are the words that matter to me.\n\nAll of these people I confided in, trusted, believed they would never hurt me. I was wrong. The greatest bond I can give to somebody, severed and thrown to the wind, as if it never meant anything to them to begin with.
