Is doesn't seem that he's too bothered by it considering he can still muster a grin or pleasure and a blush as he holds his belly, probably not finished. Not to mention Shela, probably attracted to the commotion, couldn't help but take the opportunity to sneak a squishy huggle of Andy's padding; it also seem's whatever's affected Andy has also managed to Affect Shela as she's well on her way to having a massively bloated diaper. Maybe sniffing his stink long enough triggered her own need to hypermess.
