Stephanie had a fetch made of herself, a magical copy that mimicked her in every way, and then found a business specializing in full body makeovers that could change anything about the person getting one. She went in as Stephanie and came out as 'Simoni', an Indian girl who could've passed for Arja's sister. Not just appearance, she was changed straight down to her DNA. Even if she had a paternity test she wouldn't match her parents anymore.
