“Wonderful!” the narrator responds, causing the music to return to its upbeat tune. “Though, I think you need a diaper change first!” they say with a giggle.


Penny starts slowly walking to her parents, forced into a silly looking waddle while her full diaper continues dragging along the ground.


“Mommy! Daddy! I wanna diapee change!” says the Pichu as she points at the loaded diaper between her legs.


The Ampharos and the Raichu can’t help but smile in response, thinking they’d never hear such a phrase from their playful daughter.


“You see, as your child gets older and their messes get bigger, they’ll eventually realize there’s not much fun to filling their pants, typically by the age two.” the narrator clarifies. “Once they start disliking their dirty diapers, that tells you they're ready to start the potty training process!”


The lightning bolts fill the screen shortly afterwards, indicating a shift to another scene. After the bolts scatter away, the music mellows out and the scene opens to the three family members in the living room, with Penny now wearing a clean diaper while she stands in front of a yellow gift box.


“Oooh! What is it, Mommy? What is it, Daddy?” asks the Electric-type as she eagerly hops in place.


“Well, there’s only one way to find out, sweetheart!” says her father with a chuckle.


The toddler ravenously rips open the box in response, revealing a black training potty with a bright yellow lightning bolt in the center.


“Tada! That’s your very own training potty!” says her father with a smile. “Now you won’t have to deal with dirty diapers any longer!”


“That’s right! Plus, by using the potty, you’ll get to become a big girl!” says her mother.


“Wow!” Penny says as she runs circles around her potty, clearly grateful for such a gift.


“Due to their distaste towards their dirty diapers, you won’t need to do much to get your child interested in the potty training process!” says the narrator. “Although, that doesn’t mean you’re totally off the hook!”


Without further instruction, the toddler tears off her diaper and takes a seat on the potty, very excited to give it a try. However, Penny quickly loses her patience while she waits for nature to answer its call, as shown by her squirming and fidgeting.


“As you already know, Electric-type tots aren’t too fond of sitting still, and that comes with its own challenges.” says the narrator with a giggle.


Penny suddenly stands back up and starts running circles around the potty again, showcasing her aversion to idleness and inactivity.


“Lucky for you, I’ve got some trusty tips to help you out!” they say in a cheerful tone.


The program then cuts to the family being in the backyard once again while Penny and her mother pass a bouncy ball back and forth, prompting the narrator to provide the first of their tips.


“First things first, getting your child in a good mood is crucial to the potty training process, and that typically means playing with them.” they say to the audience.


Penny gleefully giggles and passes the ball back, though it’s not long before a tense expression forms on the toddler’s face, now feeling a particular pressure building up in her bowels.


“Do you need to go potty, dear?” asks the Raichu, quickly noticing her daughter’s expression. “Then I’ll race you to the bathroom!”


With the bouncy ball still in her hands, the Raichu rushes back inside the house, prompting the Pichu to break into a run and bolt her way to the bathroom.


“Keeping your Electric-type engaged is crucial to the process, and that also means keeping the playtime going when they gotta go potty!” says the narrator as they provide the second tip.


Penny is the first to arrive at the bathroom as she zips past her mother, quickly taking off her diaper and taking a seat on the potty.


“Hehehe, I won, Mommy! I won!” says the Pichu as she happily claps her hands, glad to have won their silly little race.


“You sure did, sweetie!” says the Raichu as she steps into the bathroom. “Now let’s continue our game of catch!”


While Penny sits on the potty, the two Electric-types toss the ball back and forth, prompting the narrator to provide another tip.


“And of course, keeping your child engaged once they’re on the potty is just as important!” they say to the audience. “Your little ball of energy needs to be occupied one way or another, and playing games while they’re on the potty is the perfect solution to this!”


After tossing the ball around for a little longer, Penny feels the pressure further developing from down below, prompting her to push.


“Mmmmph….mmmmmph!


PFFFFT! PLOP! PLOP! PLOP!


Several solids plop into the potty while Penny empties her bowels, sighing in relief once the deed is done. The music shifts to an upbeat flourish while a wide smile forms on the toddler’s face, glad to be able to continue her playtime without a full diaper weighing her down.


“There you go! As long as you can keep your child occupied, they’ll be out of diapers in no time!” says the narrator while Penny cheerfully claps her hands once again.


The little lightning bolts then fill up the screen and that gray background soon takes their place, with another peppy piano medley starting up while the narrator makes their closing remarks.




“Now that you’re well equipped with all sorts of tips and tricks, you’re more than ready to start potty training your Electric-type!” they say in a cheerful tone of voice. “Thank you to all the parents who watch this program, and best of luck to you and your child!”


The narrator finishes talking and the music starts to approach its final sequence, though right before the show comes to a close, Penny is seen swiftly running from side to side before skidding to a stop, now sporting a black pair of pull-ups to showcase her potty training progress.


“Hehehe, bye bye!” the toddler playfully shakes her bottom at the camera as the screen fades to black, marking the end of this potty training program.
