I fixed the problem myself by designing an ergonomic desk setup (as well as teaching myself physical therapy stretches and exercises during the recovery period).  The pinched nerve was very painful and in my drawing arm, and it put in me the fear that I would hurt myself by “sitting improperly” during the thousands of hours I spend drawing at the computer.  If I did not address this issue, it would eventually prevent me from making artwork long term.  Therefore, I made ergonomics my top priority.  If I can sit at my desk for lengths of time which are impossible for the average user, and without any physical pain or strain, then I can maximize my artistic creation potential both short and long term~! :D\nI learned all about the “NIOSH ergonomic assessment tools” (and other such tools.)  What will probably help you the most is to search-engine the phrase, “computer desk ergonomic dimensions.”  You will of course adjust the dimensions to fit your specific workstation and body dimensions.  The key is you want to be “at rest” and not leaning or straining and have the ability to adjust the dimensions throughout the day~ <3\n\nAnywayz, the screen/monitor is on a speaker stand (as seen in this art) so that I can adjust the height of my screen, it sits behind my desk to give me additional desk surface area for my tablet so that I can lay it flat (it does not have a screen to further enhance the ergonomics).  It also keeps it at a proper height so that I can use the screen with my head upright and looking directly forward.  I also play CSGO/CS2 and TF2 and both games require a low mouse sensitivity and a large mousepad, so keeping my desk space clear is a must (for the massive mouse pad) regardless of whether I am gaming or making artz to share with you all~ <3\n\nHi, how’re you doing today?~ <:3c",
