--The flower girl will become your follower/stalker if you talk to her before she is taken.(doesn't affect stealth)
? The dreamora piper will have a pipe that makes a gate to oblivion as long as it's played.
? In oblivion, the children will be playing tag, wearing prisoner's rags.
? Join in the game and play the pipe while Not It.  The child you started the game with will follow you out.
? If the dreamora is not killed, he may come back at any time with a child in tow.  He will randomly stop the game to feed everyone.
