Among the muttering of the crowd, people were mentioning how the strange man emerged from the sea from his submarine and caught Lugia in a purple pokeball. Altan: Damn it, we all thought he was gonna come through Route 222, but we were fooled. Crystal: And then do what?! Fight him and Lugia?! You heard what Tom said, Lugia can summon mighty storms just by flapping it's wings! Shinxy: And I wanted to catch Lugia! But, Lugia falling into Professor C.'s hands presents a new problem altogether. As Shinxy and the gang discussed their situation, Commander Saturn, Venus and Pluto arrived at the gate to Sunnyshore City with several dozen grunts, only to be confronted by Felix, Adam and Volkner. We will show you no mercy. Meanwhile, the man who captured Lugia tossed the Master Ball and released it, then he climbed upon it's back and commanded it to rise. Lugia followed his orders and hovered into the sky, and the man took out a megaphone from his coat to speak to the citizens of Sunnyshore City. Charon: Greetings, people of Sinnoh! I hope you're all filming this moment. I am Commander Charon, the leader of Team Galactic! As of this moment, we have the power to rule over this entire region, and yes even the world itself! Altan: "Commander Charon"? Is that Professor C.? Crystal: I can't believe this is happening... What do we do? Charon: You all best be surrendering your pokemon, if you don't want your homes blown away by Lugia's mighty power! The crowd began muttering more in fear, scared of losing their beloved pokemon and their homes. Shinxy: Mewtwo... you can take on Lugia, right?
