Fantina: Now, I shall honor your strength by presenting you the Relic Badge, as well as this technical machine! Shinxy held out his hands, and the gym leader happily handed him his well earned badge and TM Shinxy: Wow... This is great! Wait, what does this TM do? Fantina: Oho! This TM65 contains Shadow Claw. It's a very startling move indeed, as it's hits turn critical often! I'm sure you'll make good use of it. Shinxy: That's so cool! I think Rhydon has earned the right to learn this, he really helped me out in the end! Fantina: An excellent idea! Now then, I do believe I promised to buy your Mewtwo a new outfit, should you have bested me in battle, and you most certainly have! Shinxy: Yeah, you did. We should get going then, I'm excited to see what kind of outfit a contest star like you will pick! Shinxy jogged along back near the exit as Fantina slowly followed. Shinxy then waved at his friends sitting on the bench. Shinxy: Come on, you guys! Fantina is taking us shopping! Crystal: Wow, this should be interesting! Mewtwo: I will be fine with whatever outfit I wear, so long as it is not revealing. Altan: I can't imagine them picking out a wardrobe much different than the one you already have on, Mewtwo. I suspect it won't draw as much attention though. Anyways, let's get going. The group headed out of the gym. After the battle had finished, the sun had just set. They spent about ten minutes in the clothes store, Shinxy and Fantina debating on what would be the most suitable wardrobe for Mewtwo. Finally, they found one that worked, and Fantina purchased the clothes as promised. The group then headed outside, where they would part ways. Fantina: This afternoon was quite fun, Shinxy. Farewell for now, and good luck on collecting those gym badges from the other leaders! Shinxy: Thanks, Fantina! I'll be sure to win every match! The two waved at eachother as they walked away. Fantina headed back to her gym to close up for the night. Altan: So, think you guys want to head back to the hotel and watch some TV or something? Mewtwo: Shinxy told me he would take me to this "Amity Square" place once he was done with his battle. I would still like to go. Crystal: Like, right now? This late? I believe it's still open, but... Shinxy: Sure, I'm up for that! The moon is out and lighting up the sky enough, and there should be lamp posts everywhere like in the city. Altan: You spent all day aura training with Mewtwo, and you just battled a gym leader. You seriously aren't tired? Shinxy: It's not that late, come on! I haven't been to Amity Square before either, should be fun! Shinxy lead the way to the entrance to Amity Square that was close by to the gym. The area was still open to visitors, as the clerk running the desk granted the group access to the grounds. Once they entered, they found that nobody else was walking around at the time. Crystal: It's not that late, but I guess too late for others to come by. Shinxy: Cool, we have the whole place to ourselves! Shinxy paced over to the nearest bridge which connected to the strip of land in the small lake. Mewtwo simply followed it's trainer while gazing at the flowers which littered the grass, as well as trees and the sparkles lighting up the lake. Altan: Welp, I'm gonna go check out those rock huts that can somehow warp people around. Come on, Umbreon. Altan and his companion headed in a different direction. Not knowing what else to do, Crystal and her Zangoose followed Shinxy. Each of them spent some time walking around the grounds, enjoying the sights before Shinxy, Mewtwo and Crystal took a seat on a bench nearby the lake. Crystal's Zangoose started drinking out of the lake. Mewtwo: Thank you, my trainer, for bringing me here. This is a very beautiful place, a nice change of scenery after having spent five years in a cave. Shinxy: It's no problem at all! There are so many neat places to see in the world, and I'm happy to take you along and get you some fresh air too! Shinxy looked over at Zangoose quenching it's thirst from the lake, then over at Crystal. Shinxy: Say, you seem to have Zangoose out of it's pokeball a lot. Is that your first pokemon?
