It is the homeworld of the MOBIANS as they’re mainly of anthropomorphic animals in variety of species. The whole planet functions under only one united government known as the UNIFIED NATIONS in which many cities around the world are under leadership of its current ruler president GAZEBO BOOBOWSKI. It may seems as he’d got everything under control all over Mobius, but it’s not as Gazebo’s former friend PROFESSOR GENKI. Despite being a scientist in his life, Genki is very sadistic and cruel at times, as he gains pleasure from harming mobians, especially its FEMALES by harassing them. This is what lead to Genki as he causes nothing but havoc across the world by releasing his army of MUTANTS unto the inhabitants. As things where getting out of hand for law enforcements, President Boobowski had initiated OPERATION MIPS as armed forces are sent to all mobian territories. The military was able to clear 67% of its cities, which means that 33% of it is still being overrun by mutants. All but suddenly, one LOCATION has just gone silent, to which worries Gazebo, but also his wife first lady MADONNA BOOBOWSKI as it turns out that their only child and daughter TIARA BOOBOWSKI has just went to that location on a trip with her friends and hasn’t called in since her arrival. The place that Tiara had gone to was called MONUMENT CITY, in which was one of the locations in Mobius under the control of Genki’s mutants. Gazebo called in have troops deployed to Monument City, but wasn’t successful in the end as most of Mobius fends off the mutants. One of his security guards called in to have him check out the city’s highway CAMERAS and sees footage of a sports car driving offramp into the city, and now, it all starts here...\nA mobian is driving a modded NISSAN SKYLINE GT-R into Monument City and cruises down the streets and pulls up to a GAS STATION unto its gas pumps to refuel. Getting out of the car was none other than SHEI CARSON himself as he uses the dispenser into his car gas tank. After refueling, Shei then drives off further into the city streets when he then stumbles upon a road block of about several DODGE CHARGER SRT8 police cars as well as seeing some dead mobian officers lying around. Then, out of nowhere, Shei then spots some big rats coming out of hiding as two of them jumps in the air and landed on his ride’s hood. Shei then puts his car in reverse and backs up at a fast speed to shake them off his ride. At some point, Shei ends up at a PARKING LOT in which he crashes his upper left front bumper from spinning his ride to shake off those freaks of nature into a civilian CHEVROLET EXPRESS van. Shei then gets out of his car, takes on the two mutants by beating the living hell out of them with one of them having its neck snapped and the other one’s tail ripped right off, shoves it down its throat, thus choking itself to death. With Shei’s upper front left wheel damaged, seems that he’s got himself into a vital situation that it’s gonna be difficult roaming the city to find out what is happening and hopes of making it out in one piece. Keep in mind that Shei’s a cautious fellow with the ability to SENSE DANGER from his surroundings, close or far away, to be accurate. Take not that Shei’s considered a STRANGER in the mobian world, and that he wasn’t aware of what’s been going on with the LATEST NEWS regarding the mutant outbreaks caused by Gazebo’s former friend Genki.
