You out there?\" Mike's voice echoed off the walls of his icy prison as he stretched his neck in a vein attempt to peer round the corner. \"Tch, how much longer does he want me to wait here encased in this strange ice cube. Whelp at least it somehow works. I guess this never-melt ice is the real deal after all.\" He takes a moment to breathe some fire to warm his surroundings and just like before the ice creaked under the intense heat but showed no signs of budging. Closing his eyes he recalled the process of the ice being formed around him as he stood like a statue. Nothing seemed out of the ordinary as a powder like snow was blown over him by several Delibird of the tribe. As it hardened and crystallized it seemed to emit energy and seal perfectly around him. What was even stranger was the the complete lack of water in the structure as it seemingly was made up of entirely dry material. Before he could think more on this however the patter of feet could be heard just outside the cave. Before long a Delibird appeared in the entrance. It was Daniel and he carried with him an evil grin.\n\n[b]Mike:[/b] \nIt's a bout time I was beginning to think you guys had forgotten about me.\n\n[b]Daniel:[/b] \nPatience my friend. It's not as if your going anywhere now is it?\n\n[b]Mike:[/b] \nI guess not but still it has been nearly an hour. Why make me wait?\n\n[b]Daniel:[/b] \nMost that hear of never-melt ice simply don't believe that such a thing can exist and much like you did when you first came here especially don't believe it can be an effective prison. We've come to expect this over time so we give each new subject a chance to become accustomed before we move in on them. To give you a chance to escape or to at least prepare yourself for what's to come.\n\n[b]Mike:[/b] \n(laughing) Why would I want to escape silly! After all I came to you.\n\n[b]Daniel:[/b] \n(with a sigh) Yes but now you've had time to test your bindings so there'll be no excuses like (putting on a fake deep voice)\"Had no time to escape\" or \"I was too distracted to find weakspots.\" You wouldn't believe how often we get that afterwards.\n\n[b]Mike:[/b] \nOh ok now I see. Don't worry I'm not gonna do that. I'm just here for the fun. I mean I'll try for the prize but I'm not expecting much to be honest haha.\n\n[b]Daniel:[/b] \nYou wouldn't believe how relieved I am to hear that! Thrill seekers like you tend to make the best captives. Honestly the whole \"Escape for prize money\" idea is kinda crap to begin with. We wanted to bring some attention to our little secluded village but I think we're attracting the wrong type of people honestly. Present company excluded of coarse! Perhaps building ice structures is the way to go.\n\n[b]Mike:[/b] \nYou seem uncomfortable with that idea to me.
