By the way, how can you go outside? And in a jacket?”\nShadow rubbed his head; he looked a little out of it.\n“I-I’ve got…bigger…problems.”\n“Really? Like what?”\nShadow rubbed his head and grumbled incoherently. \n“Look, what I’m about to say…you can’t tell anyone, ok? No one! You can’t ever bring this up again! Understand? What I say goes with you to your grave!”\n“Ok, ok! I promise! Not a word out of me alright?”\nShadow grunted in response. He turned around, his back to Sonic. He straightened up so he was his normal height again, and slowly unbuttoned the jacket. The blue hedgehog sat on his couch sipping an ice tea. It was so hot, not even the world’s hero could go outside, and it was driving him insane.
He sat up and groaned.

He rubbed his head and looked outside. You could practically see the heat rising from the street outside. He flipped through the channels one last time and gave up.
