"With the theater in good hands, I took some time to relax and unwind with a cup of tea (Served by Candice) and a back rub from Bubblegum. I had noted those two seemed to be close lately... But I don't mind. If Senna and Cherie are a cute little romantic couple, who am I to get between others? I needed this time anyway. Thanks to Vixy, I knew I should deal with the physically strongest of my intruders next, but she was also something of a paradox; Sailor Jupiter was the raw might and brawn of the Scouts, and that was a testament to her size... And yet, it was something of embarrassment to her, like she felt it made her less than a woman. For someone who tried to electrocute me or worse, I had to admit, I felt a bit sorry for her.
For such a 'amazon', she was in fact just a girl worried she'd never have an ideal marriage and be a stay at home wife because she would scare off any man she fancied. And she was a good cook as well... Perhaps, now that my head was clear, I should try a different approach. After all, what chess master didn't plan out their moves before placing their pawn? When I finished my tea and felt my most relaxed, I stopped by the kitchen to ask Evina to make some green tea and sweets. Once she was done, I had her follow me to the basement, where I had isolated each of my intruders in separate pockets. With a wave of my finger, I summoned a door to Jupiter's prison, and allowed Evina to enter first; and believe me, if she had attacked my maid, there wouldn't BE a conversation...
However, it seemed Jupiter was put at easy by Evina as she set up the kit her cart doubled as; two chairs, the top folding into a table, and everything else, namely the baked sweets, tea kettle and cups stored below on the shelves. I entered as I heard Evina pouring the tea, and Jupiter of course put herself on guard. "Please, not in front of Evina. I only wish to talk and keep things civil. No threats, insults, attacks or violence, just speaking over tea." I made the first move and sat after Evina pulled out my seat for me, letting her decide the next move. Thankfully for me, she seemed reluctantly willing to comply, and joined me at the table once Evina offered her a seat. For a moment, the only thing breaking the silence was the sound of tea filling our cups.
"Where are my friends?" I waited for Evina to finish pouring before I replied. "They are unharmed, and I have no intention of harming them, either. This entire fiasco happened because in response to mistaking me for an enemy, due to me reacting harshly to my privacy being invaded, you and your friends saw it fit to attack me and even chase me into my home, even though I ran rather than retaliate. If I might be fair, miss, I'm being quite generous by holding back, as I only wished to enjoy the Spring." I took a sip of my tea. "This is excellent as ever, Evina. Now then, I want to cut to brass tacks, if we may. It's not a conversation if it is one sided."
We made small talk at first, but eventually, Jupiter started to relax as she came to understand me on a more person to person level. It eventually came to talking of goals, and dreams, Evina always ever ready with refills or snacks. Finally, with her relaxed and feeling safe, I made her a bargain. If she would serve a term as my maid, I would grant her and her friends freedom; I promised room, board and comfort with minimal stress, as well. She rolled the idea around a bit in her mind, before agreeing and shaking my hand. As she did, I smiled as my power reached out as it had before, brown fluff washing over her as her hair turned a vibrant pink..."
