Veronica roughly held onto the two scalies as they try to protest, but given the circumstances of what they did, none of us were having it. The scalies in question was a Salazzle that I am all too familiar with, one who basically put Shade in a hypnotic state because of her pheromones. The other scalie, was new to me. Tall, pink, long hair, and weirdly enough, a heart shaped fluff mound on her chest. But, given how Shade came home completely broken and afraid, I am not listening to any excuses these two had. The pink lizard tries to overpower Veronica, but she was getting mad because of seeing how Shade was. "Come on, we said we were sorry!" Veronica ignored her as she swung them against the wall so she can open the front door. Once it was opened, she grabbed both of them by their wrists and pulled them out the door. The Salazzle trips a bit before managing to get her feet steady, her friend, or rival, whatever. She faceplanted on the sidewalk. The Salazzle looks at Veronica as she walks back into the house. "We'll make it up to you guys, please?" I myself had walked to the door as I place a hand on Veronica's shoulder. "Say what you will, I don't care. As far as right now, you two are banned from being anywhere near Shade until she can properly think. And that means no going near The Heavenly Nine!" Before either one of them could say anything else, Veronica slams the door shut. Sighing, I walk away from the front door as she locks it and I return to the living room where Melissa was with Shade. Shade was wrapped around a light blanket and Mel was giving her small sips of water. Normally when it comes to some sexual antics she gets into, she usually bounces back fine. This is a rare thing to see her traumatized like this, especially when in a way, sex is our job. Her fur was still matted from what those two did with her and she had lipstick all over her neck. She almost looked like she was on the verge of crying and or wanting to dry heave. Melissa found Shade like this earlier this morning. She had actually gone missing for a couple days and we all were worried. Turns out those two had invited her over to settle a little argument they had on who would get laid more. Once Melissa found out after tracking them down, she attacked those two and somehow managed to drag Shade all the way back here and then explained it to us. My ears twitch a bit as I heard those two outside arguing and moving around the house. They may be persistent in apologizing, but they should know that now is not the time at all. "Veronica, better hurry and check the other doors and windows. I'll get upstairs." I make my way towards the stairs and start climbing them. Veronica immediately went to the kitchen where the back door was and already went to locking it and to whatever else we needed taken cared of. Upstairs, I went to each of our rooms and went directly to the windows and flipped the latch on each one to seal it. Then proceeded to close the curtains so they can't see inside. Whether or not they try getting in this way, they should know that one, they are making a scene, and two, potentially getting blacklisted by our mistress. They should be lucky we haven't called the cops yet, let alone Aria. Once I was done with upstairs, I went back down to see Veronica shutting the curtains as those two were trying to talk to them. "Come on, we'll do anything you want us to as an apology!" Melissa lets go of Shade before angrily walking towards the window and opens the curtain, "You two are lucky I didn't have my knives on me. Now beat it before we either call the cops or worse. Call our mistress." Salazzle's face went cold before she backed away from the window. The pink lizard hesitated a bit before she got the curtain closed on her again. Melissa walked back over to Shade and sat back down next to her as she wraps an arm over her shoulders to pull her in. I myself walked into the kitchen to grab some more water for Shade. Veronica followed me into the kitchen and she huffed a bit before her face softens up from the anger. "Will Shade be alright?" I opened up a cabinet to dig around some dishware and pulled out a picture to bring it to the sink to rise it off. "In some time she should be. Rehydrating her is what needs to happen, and getting some food in her." Veronica looks over into the living room at Shade. "What kind of food? Something soft, right?" Given her status, I had to think over on what she would want to eat. I'd say fish, but we haven't been to the market for that yet. "What do we have left?" I poured the sink water out of the picture to get any dust and debris out of it and took a towel to wipe the inside clean before sitting it in the sink again to let cold water fill up in it. Veronica had moved to the cupboard and was looking through some of the stuff we have stockpiled in it. As I let the water fill up, I started thinking a bit to see what we could feed Shade as she is more than likely starving with how much energy she was forced to burn. Then I started thinking back to our younger days. "Hey Veronica. Do we still have tortillas?" She pauses rummaging through the cupboard and looks up over at the netting we have having around. "Yeah, I think so. Flour or corn I think?" Once the picture was filled, I turn the sink off and lift it up onto the counter before walking over to the netting and dug the tortillas out. A smile grows on my face as it was flour and I walk over to the fridge to open it and dug around for a block of sharp cheddar. "Veronica, can you please get the cast iron ready? I think I got an idea." Veronica goes to the shelf unit that held a lot of cast iron cookware, "Which one Kitsuno? The flat one or one of the deeper ones?" I pull out of the fridge with the cheese and a container of sour cream. "Just the flat one. This won't take that long to make." Veronica takes a flat round cast iron skillet and walks over to the stove to place it on one of the large heated panels on it and she twists the knob on the edge to the one it was on to start heating it up. I walk over to it myself and place the three items down on counter. Taking a tortilla out of the bag it was in, I inspected it to make sure it was still good and sat it aside on the counter for now as the pan was still heating up. I reach for the cutting board and a large knife to slice the cheese block up to thin slices. Veronica was watching me as I had placed the block of cheese and started to open it up out of the packaging with the knife and placed it on the board. Carefully I dragged the knife through the block to carve out a nice slice of cheese away from it and it fell neatly on its side. Once I had cut enough slices of the cheddar block off, I waved a hand over the skillet and I can feel the heat growing on it. With that, I take the tortilla slice and slap it onto the pan and took the cheese slices and placed it on top of it. After that, I dug out another tortilla slice and placed it on top. "Kitsuno, what about the sour cream? What's that for?" I look over at Veronica, "Shade likes to dip it in the cream. For me personally, if there was meat involved with this, I can agree. But she likes it this way and I figured it would be something she would eat right now." I moved over slightly to open a drawer that held utensils in it and dug out a bamboo square spatula. Closing the drawer and returning to the pan, I slid the spatula underneath the tortilla to lift it up and check the bottom. The bottom was slowly crisping up, but not quit done yet. I lowered it back down and patted the cheesy dish a bit as I waited. Veronica moved over towards the sink and grabbed the picture of water. "Hey Kitsuno, should we put some ice in this?" Giving it some thought, ice water does sound more refreshing, but on an empty stomach? Probably not. "Let's just leave it room temperature for now. Once she has had something to eat and feels better we can put ice in it then." Veronica nods before walking out to the living room with the picture. I checked underneath the quesadilla and saw that golden brown spots were forming and I flipped the whole thing to start toasting the other side and melting the cheese more. A little bit of time passes as I finish the quesadilla and I dug out a plate to put it on. I have used the knife I cut the cheese with to cut the quesadilla up like a pizza to make things better for her. As I walk out inti the living room, Shade was still shaking and Melissa was still trying to comfort her. Veronica had taken a seat in a nearby chair as she looked over Shade's body. She was still shocked with how much lipstick was all over her. I moved closer and sat down on the couch next to Shade. I nudged her a bit on her side and she slowly turns her head towards me. Her eyes were still opaque, more than likely a combination of all that has happened to her. Lifting up the plate, I showed her the meal I had prepared for her and I lowered it down onto the coffee table in front of the couch. She stared at it for a few minutes before reaching forward with one hand. She wasn't shaking as much as she was earlier when she regained consciousness, so that's a good sign. Once she grabbed a slice and pulled it back, she slowly began to nibble on it. I wrap an arm around her shoulders and overlapped Melissa's arm. "Melissa, go ahead and get yourself something to eat or drink. I've got her." Melissa looks at me for a moment, but relaxes a bit as she knows that I am there for Shade. "Alright Kitsuno, I know you do." She then let go of Shade and got up from her spot to stretch her arms and walked off into the kitchen. Veronica was still watching as Shade nibbled slowly on her food and I rubbed her shoulders gently. "Is there anything else to help her with Kitsuno?" Shaking my head, "Nothing you two can do currently. Only other thing is to make sure those two lizards aren't around our house." Melissa comes out of the kitchen with an apple and a cup of her own to pour some water into. "What about mistress? Should we tell her what happened, or...." The air was silent a bit at the mentioning of that. Aria is scary when she gets mad. It is a wonder how some question how she is the boss and has such a sultry and lovely appearance of a showdance girl. Though, whether or not she already knows of this little incident, she'll find out one way or another. Especially when we have to call her and say we have to take a few days off from work for Shade to recover. She'll understand cause we are her best team so far, but she will definitely have some questions. "Let's figure a way out somehow that doesn't get those two killed. No doubt that they will get punished for sure for this little incident." Time passes as the rest of the day goes on. It was quiet outside so those two must have left, possibly out of fear should we have actually contacted Aria. Shade managed to eat half of the plate before needing to close her eyes for a bit. I held onto her as she slept for a while, but she eventually woke up to get up and walk herself to the bathroom. With how much water we gave her to recover, she may have had a bit much. Regardless, at least she is on her feet again. Not fully, but able to walk without falling over. Melissa had walked to the bathroom herself and held a towel for Shade as she figured she may as well help her get showered as she does smell heavy of sexual fluids still. Shade was a bit reluctant at first because she was still in a slight panic, but once she realized it was Melissa, she calmed down a bit and settled down for a nice relaxing hot shower. I told Melissa that if something happened, that she needed to call for me immediately before it got way out of hand. Veronica was asleep currently due to us not leaving the house a majority of the day since Melissa brought Shade back, but also that we have all natural sunlight blocked from the house as we had all curtains and notable windows blocked so nobody can peer inside. I looked over to her as she slept peacefully on the chair she was sitting in with a weekly gardening magazine drooping over her lap. I got up from my spot on the couch to give her a pat on the head before walking over to the bathroom to check up on the others. The door was cracked open and I peered inside to see Melissa wrapped up in a towel as Shade was carefully drying herself off. "And those two did a lot to you?" Shade mumbles a bit as a response and I can see Melissa's tail whip around in annoyance. No doubt she will plan some revenge. Once Shade had herself wrapped up on a towel, the two walked their way towards the door. I stepped aside and watched as the door opened up and the two walked out to see me standing there. "I know you want to hurt them, but let's save that for when we burn that bridge, okay?" Melissa stares at me for a bit before sighing. "Fine. But only because Shade wouldn't want me to do so in the first place." Shade looks at Melissa for a moment before she walks her way slowly towards the stairs. I walked back to the living room to look at the clock and saw the time was the middle of the afternoon. "Damn, not much to do about dinner." Melissa pops up behind me before noticing the time too. She shrugs a bit before walking away. "Eh, given what happened, I say a light dinner is fine with me. I'd rather have Shade back over a meal worth filling." While the way she said that is concerning, but I understood what she meant. I soon made my way upstairs and walked towards Shade's room to see her sitting on her bed. She had the towel flung onto her desk and she just sat there naked on the bed. I can tell by the way she was emptily starring at the floor that she was still out of it. Moving closer, I sat down next to her on the bed and I grabbed her hand. She flinches a bit before looking at me. "Don't worry sis, I'm still here for you." Her body ease up a bit as she nods and slowly she lowers herself down on her bed. I held onto her hand for a few moments before letting go and gently rubbing her side a bit before I slowly got up. I waited a few moments before I confirmed that she was fully asleep and made my way out of her room. I walked back downstairs to find Melissa about to head up the stairs and I reminded her that if she needs me to help calm her down to come get me. She nods before heading into Shade's room to get some sleep herself. I will admit, while Shade can be a pain with her antics at times, she's still my sister and I love her. Though I think this might be the last time we leave her by herself. Her big heart, and in some cases, big dick, is gonna get her in more trouble than she wants.
