"description": "Deep in the forest east of Camp Pines, a set of massive standing stones have lain undisturbed and forgotten for hundreds of years. Abandoned to time and memory when direwolf tribes emigrated out of the area, the site was originally a safehouse for travellers braving the deep woods, who had no choice but to spend a night perilously close to the fae land of Underhill. The physical protection of the circle of stones was matched - if not exceeded - by the ancient and powerful magical wards that were wrought when magic was still strong in the world, letting those who stayed there sleep easy while terrifying things prowled around them.\n\nRediscovered by Seff and Luna, they did not immediately grasp its true importance. To the two direpups, it was simply an excellent location for a secret club house, and they set to work clearing brush and dragging supplies across the miles of rough ground between the Camp and the stones. When Makwa catches them stealing furniture from the camp's cabins, she confronts the two pups about what they're up to - and is astonished at their find. To find such a site at all, much less in such a remarkable condition with ancient paintings still adorning the rocks, was rare. What saved it was likely its original purpose to begin with - the isolation and magic of the deep woods kept it untouched and its magic strong though all the intervening years.\n\nThough she encouraged the two pups to keep building their fort there (if it had been safe enough for direwolves in the past, it would be safe enough for her pups), Makwa made several stipulations for it.
