I rubbed the gunk out of my eyes and swayed outside, tired from the restless sleep.\n\n'Morning..' I yawned.\n\n'Well, you sound awake.' Tashee said and giggled.\n\n'I feel like I haven't slept at all..' I muttered.\n\n'But one part very awake now.' giggled Naylee.\n\nI tried to clear my mind and looked puzzled at her.\n\n'He always like that in morning?' she asked Wendy, who barked to affirm it.\n\nI looked at Tashee, who held back a laugh as she pointed at my feet. I looked down at them and saw their view was blocked by the tent in my shorts.\n\n'Oh crap!' I said and hurried down to the beach followed by laughs and barks. 'I'm just going for a morning run!'\n\nBy the time I had returned I was back to a more decent appearance. I even brought some fruit with me. Of course they smirked when they saw me.\n\n'Even you?' I asked Wendy as I could just see it on her canine face, then sat down to eat the rest of the fruit Naylee had peeled for me the night before. 'I think I liked it better when I was hated..'\n\nTashee moved closer and leaned against me. 'Your fault for spoiling us.'\n\nI noticed neither her nor Naylee were wearing their usual military outfit, and only the bras and shorts.\n\nShe saw my eyes glance quickly at her and Naylee's curves. 'You sure you like it better when we hate you?' she whispered in my ear and I cursed my second head trying to do the thinking for me.\n\nI dropped my forehead on the low table. '..no..' I said meekly, experiencing the biggest defeat in my life, and it wasn't even in combat.\n\nThe mood had really turned around from before and Tashee and Naylee had really warmed up to me. I guess when they were able to let it all out it lifted a big burden off their shoulders. I wasn't used to getting flirted with and tried not to think of it as too serious. I didn't know if they could really get into me, but it was sometimes damned hard to restrain myself when I felt their soft tails moving against the back of my legs as we stood side by side, or along my lower back when we sat. At least Wendy joined me when I went to sleep and ensured I slept peacefully again.\n\n***\n\nThings stayed quiet for some days again and I was hard at work with fishing. Okay, maybe just holding the pole while a thread with bait and hook hung in the water. I had caught four fish so far and was ahead of the daily quota but I wanted one more since the others looked smaller than usual. I scooted over to make room for Naylee when she joined me and leaned against me. One more similarity with house cats when they like you. I wondered if I was saddled with two oversized cats who would be just as bad as normal cats.\n\nI discarded the thought and enjoyed the sun and breeze together with her.\n\n'What's that?' she said, squinting her eyes and looking into the distance.\n\nI followed her gaze but didn't see anything.\n\n'I see faint spot moving up and down.'\n\n'Too far for me to see.' I said. 'Maybe a bird?'\n\n'Looks erratic.' she said, then got up. 'Hang on.'\n\nI heard her rummage through the bag with supplies they had salvaged from their craft before it crashed on the island. She came back with a small pair of binoculars and peered at the horizon.\n\n'Anything?' I asked.\n\n'I not think I like it..' she said, then handed me the binoculars.\n\nI tried to find what she was looking at and found it, making my heart sink. It was a search drone from our military.\n\n'Shit!' I said, not happy with the turn of events just when things began to feel good. 'One of our search drones. Probably found my pod. It'll be coming here soon.'\n\n'What will be coming?' asked Tashee who came back with Wendy from collecting roots.\n\n'Trouble.' I said, giving her the binoculars.\n\n'One of yours?' she asked when she saw it.\n\n'Yeah.'\n\nShe gave the binoculars to Naylee to keep an eye on it. 'Your chance to go home..' she said and smiled at me.\n\nI knew her enough to hear the sadness in her voice and see it in her eyes. I felt absolutely the same.\n\n'It'll probably fly back to a secure space before sending information about the find to central command, then wait for the next orders. I estimate we have a day to make ourselves scarce before it comes here to find our hut.' I said and racked my brain for the options we had.\n\n'You don't want to find you?'\n\n'Are you crazy?' I said, upending my backpack. 'Like hell am I going to leave you.' I looked up at her with a sudden feeling of insecurity. 'Or would you like me to leave..?'\n\nShe smiled at me and went down on her knees to hug me tight. 'Never..' she whispered and it got my heart racing.\n\nI looked up at Naylee standing next to me. 'You made me believe you, you not getting away.'\n\nI held up my hand and she held it tight while I smiled deviously at her. 'I'll use those words against you, you know?'\n\nShe nodded, smiled back at me and Wendy put her paws on my shoulders from behind and licked my cheek.\n\n'This is my home and you're my family. I'm not going to let anything come in between.' I said and would never again have insecure feelings about them anymore.\n\n'Can we destroy probe?' asked Tashee.\n\n'Not without it seeing us, if we even can. It's extremely tough and can self destruct.' I said.\n\n'And it attract even more attention.' said Naylee.\n\nI nodded. 'Best chance is to make it think there are no survivors and keep hidden.'\n\n'But then this makes evidence.' she said, pointing up at the roof.\n\n'Exactly.'\n\n'We have to make it think we died.' Tashee said.\n\n'We?' I asked.\n\nShe nodded firmly. 'We. If it sees our crashed pod it looks for us too. So we show all of us died. Silth spies will probably hear and call off any search.'\n\nI smiled at her. 'Then we all die together.'\n\n'Together.' said Naylee.\n\n'Together.' said Tashee and I promised myself I would court them seriously after this was over.\n\n'We need good hiding place first.' Tashee said. 'And am afraid only one best option.'\n\n'The bunker.' I said and she nodded.\n\n'But have to deal with monster there.' Naylee said. 'How?'\n\n'I thought about trapping it, then killing it with fire.' I said. 'But then I'd need something fast to set on fire. Rubbing sticks or a flint stone with kindling are no options.'\n\nTashee moved away to her bag with supplies. 'This?' she asked, holding up a short tube.\n\n'Is that what I think it is?'\n\nShe nodded. 'Fire grenade. Will set anything on fire.'\n\nA nasty grin grew on my face. 'Perfect.'\n\n***\n\n'It has found hut.' Naylee said, observing the drone flying to the island.\n\nTashee and I could see the tiny black shape flying low over the water, then rise up when it came close to the hut. It circled the hut several times, then got closer again.\n\n'It is inside.'\n\n'It should find our uniforms now.' Tashee said.\n\nWe had left their uniforms and the remains of mine for the probe to find, plus fresh fish to make them think there were both Silth and humans working together there and who would be back soon. The cooperation would have them puzzled about what to do next for a while.\n\n'Hope it convinces them. Not much more we could leave there.' said Naylee.\n\nI glanced at Naylee's curves from behind and at Tashee next to me, wearing only their bras and shorts. 'Yeah, any more left there would have complicated things.'\n\nTashee looked at me and raised her eyebrow. 'Maybe not everything.' she said and gave me a devilish grin.\n\n\"Rafe, you are definitely going to court them and provide them happiness in any way you can.\" I thought and blushed, which made her give me a purr. Like cats, they had found a plaything and loved to tease. And I loved it.\n\n'It is leaving.' Naylee said, seeing the probe return to sea.\n\n'That will give us another day to figure out what to do with this unexpected information. And hopefully they'll search along the coast first.'\n\nWe picked up our bags and headed further into the jungle.\n\n***\n\nWe had walked up the stream again, then cautiously moved toward the bunker and climbed up a tall tree near it. Well, the women climbed since they had the equipment for it, then lowered a rope ladder I had constructed the day before to get me to the lower branches with Wendy strapped to my back. Up there we had a good overview of the bunker and should be able to spot the monster going in and out.\n\nTashee and Naylee fastened nets between the branches upon which we could camp, hopefully out of reach of whatever lived in that bunker. The hides we'd been saving would shelter us from anything falling from above, like creepy-crawlies, and would keep our own things from falling through the holes below, like food. An extra net below us was for safety and I imagined the tree looked like it had been invaded by a gigantic spider.\n\nBy the time we had finished setting up it was getting dark. There had been no sign of the creature so far, and even throwing stones at the entrance did nothing. It probably wasn't there so we had to wait.\n\nWe had fruit and cold roasted fish for our meal, which we had taken along with dried and already roasted meat since we wouldn't be able to cook up here. For our personal needs we'd have to use a special bag tied to the other side of the tree to prevent quick discovery if the thing passed underneath. Luckily any smell would fade soon in this climate. It was no problem for Wendy since the smell of cags wasn't new.\n\nI would take first watch again, then Tashee and finally Naylee. I laid flat on my stomach at the edge of the hide we sat on to keep an eye on the bunker when Tashee and Naylee snuggled up on both sides of me.\n\n'You're going to sleep here?' I asked, expecting them to use the other net to sleep on.\n\n'Will it bother you?' purred Naylee, settling in tightly to my right. 'Will make easier to wake us silently if you see thing coming.'\n\n'Besides,' whispered Tashee in my left ear. 'sleeping with you going to happen anyway, so might as well start with that now.'\n\n\"Rafe, if you ever dare not to satisfy the needs of these two, I'm going to personally smash your head in with a rock.\" I thought to myself as a wave of goosebumps crossed my skin and Wendy gave me a soft whine. \"Of course I'll spoil you too, unfortunately you'll have to settle on snacks and cuddles.\" A soft but happy bark told me she'd settle for that.\n\n'I really don't get what the men on your world are thinking, but they're nuts for not worshipping you women all the time.' I whispered.\n\n'Maybe time our world got conquered by humans and teach our males something.' Naylee purred in my ear.\n\n'If the females knew males like you existed, they would help with invasion.' purred Tashee in my other and I got a nuzzle against my cheeks from both at the same time.\n\n'Good night.' purred Tashee.\n\n'Good night.' purred Naylee.\n\nWendy murmured soft.\n\n'Sweet dreams, my special ladies.' I whispered happily.\n\n***\n\nNothing happened all evening and by the looks of the two moons it was time to wake Tashee and let her keep watch. I didn't like to have them do these things and rather let them sleep peacefully as I watched over them, but if I did that they'd give me hell because they're not just soldiers like me, but they also want to share in the burdens with me. I still couldn't believe how lucky I was to have crashed here with them.\n\n'Tashee.' I whispered. She didn't react and I whispered her name again, nudging gently with my upper arm, which she held on tightly. When she still didn't react I went for the bold approach since she herself said things would happen sooner or later anyway.\n\nI caressed her cheek with my nose, then used my lips to worship her soft fur and stretched my neck so I could reach just underneath the back of her ear. Then I moved back along her cheek and caressed her muzzle with my lips. I could feel her smile growing and moved my lips along the corner of hers.\n\nShe kept her eyes closed and only turned her head towards me so I could caress her lips with mine while she purred softly. We kissed slowly for a while, just playing together with our lips and she opened her eyes like two small moons that gazed upon me in the dark.\n\n'Wake me up like this from now on?' she whispered against my lips.\n\n'It will be my pleasure.' I whispered back.\n\nShe moved her fingers through my hair and we kissed for a little while more before she hesitantly pulled back.\n\n'Time for you to sleep.' she purred.\n\n'Yeah, although I'd have liked to stay awake.' I whispered.\n\n'I think we woke someone up.' she whispered.\n\nI looked to my right and saw Naylee giving me a sleepy grin. 'If you not wake me up like that for my watch, I will stay asleep.'\n\nI chuckled and turned to Tashee. 'Well, you heard her. You have to wake me up first.'\n\n'But you need sleep.'\n\n'I won't be able to sleep if I disappoint her.'\n\n'Okay, but if monster not come tonight, I will keep you busy all day.'\n\n'Not without me.' purred Naylee.\n\n'Girls, girls.' I whispered. 'Let's get through tonight first.'\n\nI wouldn't be able to sleep on my stomach, so Tashee had me turn on my side and snuggled up to my back while Naylee snuggled with her back against me. The warm sensation and the pressure of two lumps against my back combined with the soft pressure against my hips and the two soft hills my arm was locked between in front of me melted any resistance I had.\n\nNaylee rubbed her tight buns against my bulge once. 'Someone already awake before morning.' she purred.\n\n'Someone is easily kept awake by certain beauties.' I chuckled.\n\n'Then someone better sleep before morning happens and you too tired.' purred Tashee in my ear.\n\n'Yes ma'am.' I whispered and relished in the perfect comfort provided by these wonderful creatures.\n\n***\n\nSoft kisses in my neck woke me up and I turned my head to kiss Tashee softly. 'Time for the switch?' I whispered.\n\n'Yes.' she whispered, caressing my cheek with her muzzle.\n\nI gave her one more kiss, then caressed the back of Naylee's ear with my lips before moving to her cheek. I couldn't move any further so I went down and nuzzled her neck slowly while I moved my fingers gently through the fur at the top of her chest.\n\nSoon enough she purred and turned her head to me so I could caress the side of her muzzle with my lips while she moved her tight behind against the bulge in my shorts. After a few moments she turned around and we kissed until she pulled back and smiled at me.\n\n'I agree with woken up like this from now on.' she purred.\n\n'You created two demanding females.' Tashee whispered in my ear.\n\n'I don't mind demands like that.' I chuckled.\n\n'Good.' Naylee said and turned me around towards Tashee. 'I demand wake up at end of watch. Even if I'm not asleep.'\n\nI turned my head and kissed her one more time. 'You got it.' I whispered.\n\nTashee rubbed her behind against my still bulging shorts. 'This one had no sleep yet, I think.' she purred.\n\n'That one rather stay awake than sleep.' Naylee chuckled.\n\n'Then I will keep him comfortably awake.' Tashee purred and snuggled tight against my front and pulled my other arm around her chest.\n\n'Go sleep.' whispered Naylee.\n\n'Good night.' I whispered. 'Wake me as soon as you suspect something.'\n\n'I will.' she purred. 'Sleep well.'\n\n'Good night, and sleep well.' purred Tashee.\n\n***\n\nGentle but urgent shaking awoke me and I knew something was going on from the silence around us. I turned my head and Naylee pointed into the direction faint shuffling sounds were coming from. My heart began to beat faster in anticipation. I shook Tashee and she woke up at once. We rolled onto our stomachs to observe the sounds coming closer and after a short while we could see bushes moving in the moonlight at the other side of the bunker. Tashee and Naylee took my hands and I could feel their nervousness in their grip. We were about to see what was terrorising the island.\n\nThe rustling and shaking neared the edge of the bushes at the entrance. I thought I saw a snout coming out from between the leaves and heard faint sniffing. Movement next to me startled me. I saw Wendy look at the creature, her fangs bared but she kept silent. Good girl.\n\nThe snout disappeared in the bushes, then the creature shot out of them into the entrance in a dark green flash, startling all of us.\n\n'Did you see?' whispered Tashee after a while of silence.\n\nI shook my head. 'Too fast, all I saw was something that resembled a dinosaur.'\n\n'Dinosaur?'\n\n'It's the name for really big lizard-like animals that lived on my planet millions of years ago. They were terrible monsters, which is what the name means. This one reminded me of those at once, it only seems to have bigger arms.'\n\nShe nodded. 'There were those on our planet too, but we made them extinct.'\n\n'Now we need to know if it'll rest during the day and hunt during the night.'\n\n'It nearly day, so looks like it.' whispered Naylee, gesturing at the blue streak growing on the horizon.\n\nI nodded. 'Now we'll only need to endure boredom while we wait for evening.'\n\n'You think you have time for boredom with two Silth females?' asked Tashee and I saw that teasing sparkle in her eyes warning me to prepare for torture.\n\nIt was torture indeed, but a nice one. After breakfast Tashee took something out of her bag and hid it behind her.\n\n'Why you say we're beautiful?' she asked seductively.\n\nI blushed and knew I had to confess one day. 'I love the colour of your eyes, your cute noses and big ears, your soft cheeks and sexy curves, how you sway your fluffy tail and how your claws and dark fur remind me how dangerous you can be.' I said and saw her and Naylee smile. 'Then there's the love and care you have for each other, thinking of the other before yourself. The strength to go on despite what misery life has thrown at you. And how you accepted me despite being the last thing you wanted to have around you.'\n\nTashee and Naylee looked at each other for a moment, then leaned over to me and gave me a soft kiss each. When they sat back and smiled I found a brush in my hand.\n\n'Think you can stay busy with that?' Tashee purred.\n\nI gave them a big smile. 'Hell, yes.'\n\nI swallowed as Tashee and Naylee took off their bras and shorts, giving me a good view of their beautiful breasts and the cute pink nipples sticking out of the short fur. They gave me a smile as they moved one hand along my thighs and laid down on their stomachs next to me.\n\n'Naylee first while I watch bunker.' Tashee whispered.\n\nI made myself as comfortable as I could with that pressure in my shorts and traced Naylee's back with my fingers, then followed gently with the brush. She purred louder while I went from her neck to her lower back bit by bit, brushing gently to get her fur untangled in some places and remove loose hair.\n\nIt was a delight to feel that softness under my fingers. I'd definitely do this more often.\n\nWendy whined softly and I smiled at her. 'Yes, I'd think you'd love this too, so how about I make a brush for you and treat you like this every day?'\n\nWendy whined again and Tashee chuckled. 'Don't make her wait that long. You can use brush for her. She family after all.'\n\nWendy's tail wagged in understanding. 'Well, then I'll do you after Tashee, okay?' I said to her.\n\nShe crawled closer and gave me a lick.\n\n'You have way with animals.' purred Naylee.\n\n'Think so?'\n\n'Could say you have three predators keeping you in heart.'\n\nI watched the pleased faces of the three cuties around me and had to agree. 'I do have those three predators in my heart too.' I whispered, thinking how I had changed in the short time on the island. And I had these girls to thank for it, starting with Wendy.\n\nI decided to make another bold move and ran my fingers with the brush along her butt cheeks.\n\nNaylee's purr went up, she had waited in anticipation for my touch, hoping I dared to brush her there too.\n\nShe wiggled her soft furry tush while my fingers traced her curves and the brush followed. I didn't want to risk putting too much force on the nets and knots, and I guessed they didn't either, otherwise I'd expect we'd be giving into our deepest desires right now. This was our foreplay, and we were going to build up until the moment we were free to release.\n\nI went lower with my fingers and brush, caressing her legs from top to bottom and her purring turned sensual. She spread them a little to give me full access to the insides and I smiled at the moist fur and slightly sweet scent coming from between the top of her thighs. If brushing had this effect I'd be brushing them all day long.\n\nShe looked at me with a little guilt and pleading in her eyes and her ears flattened, but I held fast and only brushed her legs.\n\nWhen I had finished with those I turned to her tail, holding it gently in my hand while I brushed slowly from the base to the fluffy tip. I felt her tail twitching as I caressed it and she kept on rubbing it against me. I held it close and when I was done I pushed my face into the soft end and kissed the tip, sending a shiver through her tail and up her spine which ended up as a loud purr in her chest.\n\nShe looked longingly at me and reached out her hand to me. I took it and she pulled me gently closer, rolling on her side and taking my cheek in her hand to pull my face closer and kiss me softly.\n\nAfter a while she pulled back and sighed. 'This predator all yours to tame.' she purred softly.\n\nI caressed her cheek and ear. 'I don't think I want to tame you. There belongs wild in you.' I whispered.\n\nShe smiled dreamily at me. 'Then you have to give reason to be wild sometimes.' she purred, then rolled on her stomach. 'Now, one more predator to please. And she more cunning.' she purred in pleasure.\n\nI looked at Tashee, who had a little mischievous smile on her face. 'You ready to take me on?' she purred.\n\nI grinned. 'This brush and I will take any challenge.' I said and winked at Wendy. 'As long as it's one of my favourite predators.'\n\nTashee chuckled and stretched before closing her eyes. 'Then let big hunter tame this predator..' she purred.\n\nWith Tashee I started at her lower back, then moved up slowly and I could see her back tense and her fur stick up the higher I got until she pushed her neck into my fingers when I reached it. I moved my fingers and the brush in long strokes down her back up to the base of her tail and she shuddered and purred in pleasure. Then she relaxed a little when I caressed her tush and was treated by the same scent and sight of moist fur when she spread her legs to let me brush the inside of her thighs.\n\nOnce more I had to hold back from kissing a different kind of lips and focused on giving her the best brushing of her life. She purred in satisfaction when I went down her lovely legs, and reacted in the same way as Naylee when I showed her tail my affection. I gave her a kiss above the base of her tail instead and was also rewarded with a loud purr.\n\nTashee rolled on her side to grab my wrist and pull me alongside her and kiss me.\n\nAfter she pulled back she looked deviously at me. 'I'll be happy to give you the love of a lifetime.'\n\nI felt soft bumps and two hard pricks against my back while a warm arm embraced my chest. 'Need extra love too..' Naylee's voice pleaded in my ears.\n\nI took her hand in mine. 'Then I'll continue loving you until you're satisfied, and then even more.' I whispered and she nuzzled my cheek.\n\nA whine from Wendy made us chuckle and I held out my hand to her. 'Come here girl. You didn't think there'd be no love for you left, did you?'\n\nTashee moved a little back so Wendy could lay down between us and I brushed her fur with as much love as I did the other two. She shivered as usual when I ran the brush from her neck to her tail and she rewarded me with her kisses.\n\nAfter I was done brushing Wendy we all snuggled together, Tashee and Naylee purring in pleasure.\n\n***\n\nI woke up with a start, having realised I had fallen asleep. Tashee and Naylee were snuggled up to me and Wendy and sleeping peacefully.\n\nI looked at Wendy who was awake. 'Has anything happened?' I asked.\n\nShe gave me a reassuring soft bark and I relaxed. If the thing had come out she would have woken us anyway. I smiled at her and scratched her head and neck.\n\nI kept watch until I felt Naylee stirring against my back and holding me tighter, nuzzling my neck to give me pleasant shivers along my spine.\n\n'Fell asleep..' she whispered. 'Brushing too good to stay awake..'\n\n'That boring, eh?' I asked in mock disappointment.\n\n'No..' she chuckled and hit me playfully. 'Said it was good.'\n\n'Just kidding.' I whispered and turned my head to kiss her until we heard a soft moan from my left.\n\n'Another victim from the mighty brush has woken up.' I chuckled.\n\n'You give me more reason to make you very, very tired.' Tashee purred with a grin.\n\n'I can't wait..' I whispered and she leaned closer to kiss me.\n\n'Monster still in there?' she asked.\n\nI nodded. 'Wendy hasn't seen anything strange.'\n\nTashee scratched Wendy's head. 'Thank you for keeping watch when we should.'\n\nWendy gave her a soft bark and a lick.\n\nWe ate as it had been some time since we did, then checked the knots and nets for any sign of failure. Everything was good and we could feel proud about our crafting skills. We went over the basics of our plan to gather fuel like wood into the bunker, then lock the thing inside after throwing in the grenade. It should explode into a fireball and set the whole place on fire from the inside until nothing but ashes was left. After that we could clean it up and use it for our new hidden home.\n\nBut first we had to take a better look at the bunker to see if that plan was feasible. While we waited for the rest of the day we snuggled together and I had three furry girls to attend to with my caressing hands until Wendy warned us with a soft growl.\n\nWe crawled to the edge of the net and kept our eyes on the bunker entrances, our hearts beating faster in anticipation of another and hopefully better look at the monster.\n\nIt growled low, then startled us by shooting out the entrance, right into the bushes in front of it.\n\n'Damn.' I whispered. 'Still no good look at it.'\n\nA loud roar came from under our tree and we peered carefully down. It was sniffing and searching, moving around the tree just out of sight under the cover of the lower branches and we were terrified it had discovered us.\n\nI cursed myself for whispering, thinking that might have betrayed our presence, but then we saw a furry creature darting across the grass away from our tree and the monster chased it at full speed.\n\nWhen we heard it rush through the trees further away we let out a collective sigh in relief.\n\n'It was chasing prey.' I whispered.\n\nAnother roar even further away told us it was moving away from us. I took a deep breath. 'Okay, I'll go down and check out the bunker.' I said.\n\n'Not without me.' Tashee said.\n\n'Or me.' said Naylee.\n\n'No.' said Tashee. 'You stay here.'\n\n'I go.'\n\n'Stay.' said Tashee more firmly. 'Watch for monster.'\n\n'I will not stay alone here.'\n\n'I will not have you in danger when no need for it.' growled Tashee softly.\n\n'Girls, girls.' I said and took their hands in mine. They looked at me in frustration. 'I think I understand. Tashee, you don't want your daughter in any unnecessary danger.' I said to Tashee, then turned to Naylee. 'And you don't want to see your mother going into danger without being at her side.'\n\nThey both nodded, looking sadder.\n\n'Well, I don't want either of you even within a kilometre of that thing and if it were up to me you both stay here where you're safe.' I said and squeezed their hands, seeing the determination in their eyes. 'But then you'd probably hate me for not trusting in your experience as fighters and only make you worry for me, right?'\n\nThey nodded again.\n\n'So,' I sighed. 'I have to swallow my pride and fear of anything happening to you and rely on your help, even if I hate myself for it. And you'll have to trust each other as well, okay?'\n\nTashee sighed. 'It true. Would hate to see you get hurt.' she said softly to Naylee.\n\nNaylee nodded. 'Only want to protect you..'\n\nThey hugged and it felt good to see them like that. 'Well, now that that's settled, let's get to work.'\n\n'But who keeps watch?' Naylee asked.\n\nWendy gave a quick bark.\n\n'You keep?'\n\nWendy barked again in confirmation.\n\n'She does have excellent senses and could spot it when we didn't.' I said and scratched her head.\n\nThe girls agreed and we made our way down the tree.\n\nNaylee looked at me for a moment, then kissed me softly. 'For caring so much..' she whispered.\n\nBefore I could say anything I got a kiss from Tashee as well. 'No say anything.' she said and smiled at me.\n\nI smiled and gave her a nod, then we hurried into the side entrance of the bunker.\n\nInside we lit torches we had made before with twigs soaked in sticky tree saps and I kneeled down to Wendy. 'All right girl, you stand watch outside for us.' I said and got a confident bark. She looked at me for a moment, I gave her a big kiss and she happily hurried outside.\n\n'We demand reward for good job as well later.' Naylee said with a smirk.\n\n'All the reward I can give are yours.' I grinned and we went into the bunker, exploring every room.\n\nWe learned the layout, essentially a sectioned hallway in the shape of a square with rooms all around it and double sized observation rooms in the middle of each side with two doors each. Inside the square were four more rooms, but also stairs going down into a sub floor with four bigger rooms. We guessed there had been a decent sized unit living here, but for what purpose we'd probably never know.\n\nAll that was there was piles of dirt, a lost patch of moss or grass here and there where light was available. Nothing, not even a scrap of paper was to be found of the former occupants.\n\nWendy ran inside to us and gave a couple of soft barks.\n\n'It's coming back.' I said and we hurried out of there and back up our tree.\n\nWe waited silently and the thing appeared later, keeping itself hidden from view and rushing into the bunker with something in its jaws. Its prey most likely.\n\nI laid down on my back. 'I think what we had in mind might work. There are ducts to provide enough oxygen to keep the fire going. Silently getting enough fuel in there will be the hardest part.'\n\nTashee lifted up my arm and snuggled up beside me, running her soft fingertips along my chest. She made my heart beat faster and I moved my fingers through the fur on her back.\n\n'We think about it later. Sleep first.'\n\nNaylee yawned and snuggled up under my arm as well. 'Agree. First sleep.' she purred and kissed me.\n\n'Sleep.' I whispered and kissed Tashee before I chuckled when Wendy settled herself on my stomach and demanded her good night kiss.\n\nDespite the difficulties ahead, we were a happy family.\n\n***\n\nTashee and Naylee refused to let me go when we woke up and fed me instead, giggling and teasing me by feeding me mouth to mouth. Even Wendy picked up on it and held out a piece of dried meat in her mouth for me to take amongst stifled laughter next to me.\n\nWe looked at our options to gather anything easily burnable and get it in the bunker without getting caught. We had to make do with bark and bushes full of leaves and any sap we could harvest from the trees. Anything else was probably too wet.\n\n'Think we should start now?' I asked, looking at the sun.\n\n'Yes, have some time before dark. We collect near bunker, then take inside when thing is gone.' Tashee said.\n\nI agreed and we went to work, gathering bark and cutting thin branches with lots of small leaves as silently as possible. Wendy stood guard again but if the thing came out of the bunker we wouldn't have much time to get into the tree, or we'd have to sneak inside and barricade ourselves into one of the rooms.\n\nWe stopped well before dark and climbed back up, eating and waiting for the thing to go hunting again. I leaned back against the tree with a view at the bunker beneath and the girls sat back into my arms. We were too tense about the coming night to fool around, but not to enjoy each others company.\n\nWhen Wendy pricked up her ears we knew it was time. Nervous about the thing finding out what was going on we kept our eyes on the entrance and soon after it did the usual sprint into the bushes and move to what probably was its favourite hunting ground.\n\nWe waited until Wendy couldn't spot it anymore and scrambled down the tree, dragging the branches and pieces of bark inside to the room close to the nest. When we had the first pile inside we started cutting more and piling it up outside until it was enough for Naylee to take inside. Working in the dark with just a few torches slowed things down and by the time Wendy warned us we only had about a quarter of the room filled.\n\nWhen we were safe up the tree we just collapsed into each other from exhaustion and fell asleep just as the thing arrived.", "writing_bbcode_parsed": "When I woke up it was already light and all three women in my current world were sitting outside. 'Well, you sound awake.' Tashee said and giggled.

'But one part very awake now.' giggled Naylee.

I tried to clear my mind and looked puzzled at her.

'He always like that in morning?' she asked Wendy, who barked to affirm it.

I looked at Tashee, who held back a laugh as she pointed at my feet. I looked down at them and saw their view was blocked by the tent in my shorts.

'Oh crap!' I said and hurried down to the beach followed by laughs and barks. 'I'm just going for a morning run!'

By the time I had returned I was back to a more decent appearance. I even brought some fruit with me. Of course they smirked when they saw me.

'Even you?' I asked Wendy as I could just see it on her canine face, then sat down to eat the rest of the fruit Naylee had peeled for me the night before. 'I think I liked it better when I was hated..'

Tashee moved closer and leaned against me. 'Your fault for spoiling us.'

I noticed neither her nor Naylee were wearing their usual military outfit, and only the bras and shorts.

She saw my eyes glance quickly at her and Naylee's curves. 'You sure you like it better when we hate you?' she whispered in my ear and I cursed my second head trying to do the thinking for me.

I dropped my forehead on the low table. '..no..' I said meekly, experiencing the biggest defeat in my life, and it wasn't even in combat.

The mood had really turned around from before and Tashee and Naylee had really warmed up to me. I guess when they were able to let it all out it lifted a big burden off their shoulders. I wasn't used to getting flirted with and tried not to think of it as too serious. I didn't know if they could really get into me, but it was sometimes damned hard to restrain myself when I felt their soft tails moving against the back of my legs as we stood side by side, or along my lower back when we sat. At least Wendy joined me when I went to sleep and ensured I slept peacefully again.

Things stayed quiet for some days again and I was hard at work with fishing. Okay, maybe just holding the pole while a thread with bait and hook hung in the water. I had caught four fish so far and was ahead of the daily quota but I wanted one more since the others looked smaller than usual. I scooted over to make room for Naylee when she joined me and leaned against me. One more similarity with house cats when they like you. I wondered if I was saddled with two oversized cats who would be just as bad as normal cats.

I discarded the thought and enjoyed the sun and breeze together with her.

'What's that?' she said, squinting her eyes and looking into the distance.

I followed her gaze but didn't see anything.

'I see faint spot moving up and down.'

'Too far for me to see.' I said. 'Maybe a bird?'

'Looks erratic.' she said, then got up. 'Hang on.'

I heard her rummage through the bag with supplies they had salvaged from their craft before it crashed on the island. She came back with a small pair of binoculars and peered at the horizon.

'Anything?' I asked.

'I not think I like it..' she said, then handed me the binoculars.

I tried to find what she was looking at and found it, making my heart sink. It was a search drone from our military.

'Shit!' I said, not happy with the turn of events just when things began to feel good. 'One of our search drones. Probably found my pod. It'll be coming here soon.'

'What will be coming?' asked Tashee who came back with Wendy from collecting roots.

'Trouble.' I said, giving her the binoculars.

'One of yours?' she asked when she saw it.

'Yeah.'

She gave the binoculars to Naylee to keep an eye on it. 'Your chance to go home..' she said and smiled at me.

I knew her enough to hear the sadness in her voice and see it in her eyes. I felt absolutely the same.

'It'll probably fly back to a secure space before sending information about the find to central command, then wait for the next orders. I estimate we have a day to make ourselves scarce before it comes here to find our hut.' I said and racked my brain for the options we had.

'You don't want to find you?'

'Are you crazy?' I said, upending my backpack. 'Like hell am I going to leave you.' I looked up at her with a sudden feeling of insecurity. 'Or would you like me to leave..?'

She smiled at me and went down on her knees to hug me tight. 'Never..' she whispered and it got my heart racing.

I looked up at Naylee standing next to me. 'You made me believe you, you not getting away.'

I held up my hand and she held it tight while I smiled deviously at her. 'I'll use those words against you, you know?'

She nodded, smiled back at me and Wendy put her paws on my shoulders from behind and licked my cheek.

'This is my home and you're my family. I'm not going to let anything come in between.' I said and would never again have insecure feelings about them anymore.

'Can we destroy probe?' asked Tashee.

'Not without it seeing us, if we even can. It's extremely tough and can self destruct.' I said.

'And it attract even more attention.' said Naylee.

I nodded. 'Best chance is to make it think there are no survivors and keep hidden.'

'But then this makes evidence.' she said, pointing up at the roof.

'Exactly.'

'We have to make it think we died.' Tashee said.

'We?' I asked.

She nodded firmly. 'We. If it sees our crashed pod it looks for us too. So we show all of us died. Silth spies will probably hear and call off any search.'

I smiled at her. 'Then we all die together.'

'Together.' said Naylee.

'Together.' said Tashee and I promised myself I would court them seriously after this was over.

'We need good hiding place first.' Tashee said. 'And am afraid only one best option.'

'The bunker.' I said and she nodded.

'But have to deal with monster there.' Naylee said. 'How?'

'I thought about trapping it, then killing it with fire.' I said. 'But then I'd need something fast to set on fire. Rubbing sticks or a flint stone with kindling are no options.'

Tashee moved away to her bag with supplies. 'This?' she asked, holding up a short tube.

'Is that what I think it is?'

She nodded. 'Fire grenade. Will set anything on fire.'

A nasty grin grew on my face. 'Perfect.'

'It has found hut.' Naylee said, observing the drone flying to the island.

Tashee and I could see the tiny black shape flying low over the water, then rise up when it came close to the hut. It circled the hut several times, then got closer again.

'It is inside.'

'It should find our uniforms now.' Tashee said.

We had left their uniforms and the remains of mine for the probe to find, plus fresh fish to make them think there were both Silth and humans working together there and who would be back soon. The cooperation would have them puzzled about what to do next for a while.

'Hope it convinces them. Not much more we could leave there.' said Naylee.

I glanced at Naylee's curves from behind and at Tashee next to me, wearing only their bras and shorts. 'Yeah, any more left there would have complicated things.'

Tashee looked at me and raised her eyebrow. 'Maybe not everything.' she said and gave me a devilish grin.

"Rafe, you are definitely going to court them and provide them happiness in any way you can." I thought and blushed, which made her give me a purr. Like cats, they had found a plaything and loved to tease. And I loved it.

'It is leaving.' Naylee said, seeing the probe return to sea.

'That will give us another day to figure out what to do with this unexpected information. And hopefully they'll search along the coast first.'

We picked up our bags and headed further into the jungle.

We had walked up the stream again, then cautiously moved toward the bunker and climbed up a tall tree near it. Well, the women climbed since they had the equipment for it, then lowered a rope ladder I had constructed the day before to get me to the lower branches with Wendy strapped to my back. Up there we had a good overview of the bunker and should be able to spot the monster going in and out.

Tashee and Naylee fastened nets between the branches upon which we could camp, hopefully out of reach of whatever lived in that bunker. The hides we'd been saving would shelter us from anything falling from above, like creepy-crawlies, and would keep our own things from falling through the holes below, like food. An extra net below us was for safety and I imagined the tree looked like it had been invaded by a gigantic spider.

By the time we had finished setting up it was getting dark. There had been no sign of the creature so far, and even throwing stones at the entrance did nothing. It probably wasn't there so we had to wait.

We had fruit and cold roasted fish for our meal, which we had taken along with dried and already roasted meat since we wouldn't be able to cook up here. For our personal needs we'd have to use a special bag tied to the other side of the tree to prevent quick discovery if the thing passed underneath. Luckily any smell would fade soon in this climate. It was no problem for Wendy since the smell of cags wasn't new.

I would take first watch again, then Tashee and finally Naylee. I laid flat on my stomach at the edge of the hide we sat on to keep an eye on the bunker when Tashee and Naylee snuggled up on both sides of me.

'You're going to sleep here?' I asked, expecting them to use the other net to sleep on.

'Will it bother you?' purred Naylee, settling in tightly to my right. 'Will make easier to wake us silently if you see thing coming.'

'Besides,' whispered Tashee in my left ear. 'sleeping with you going to happen anyway, so might as well start with that now.'

"Rafe, if you ever dare not to satisfy the needs of these two, I'm going to personally smash your head in with a rock." I thought to myself as a wave of goosebumps crossed my skin and Wendy gave me a soft whine. "Of course I'll spoil you too, unfortunately you'll have to settle on snacks and cuddles." A soft but happy bark told me she'd settle for that.

'I really don't get what the men on your world are thinking, but they're nuts for not worshipping you women all the time.' I whispered.

'Maybe time our world got conquered by humans and teach our males something.' Naylee purred in my ear.

'If the females knew males like you existed, they would help with invasion.' purred Tashee in my other and I got a nuzzle against my cheeks from both at the same time.

'Good night.' purred Tashee.

'Good night.' purred Naylee.

Wendy murmured soft.

'Sweet dreams, my special ladies.' I whispered happily.

Nothing happened all evening and by the looks of the two moons it was time to wake Tashee and let her keep watch. I didn't like to have them do these things and rather let them sleep peacefully as I watched over them, but if I did that they'd give me hell because they're not just soldiers like me, but they also want to share in the burdens with me. I still couldn't believe how lucky I was to have crashed here with them.

'Tashee.' I whispered. She didn't react and I whispered her name again, nudging gently with my upper arm, which she held on tightly. When she still didn't react I went for the bold approach since she herself said things would happen sooner or later anyway.

I caressed her cheek with my nose, then used my lips to worship her soft fur and stretched my neck so I could reach just underneath the back of her ear. Then I moved back along her cheek and caressed her muzzle with my lips. I could feel her smile growing and moved my lips along the corner of hers.

She kept her eyes closed and only turned her head towards me so I could caress her lips with mine while she purred softly. We kissed slowly for a while, just playing together with our lips and she opened her eyes like two small moons that gazed upon me in the dark.

'Wake me up like this from now on?' she whispered against my lips.

'It will be my pleasure.' I whispered back.

She moved her fingers through my hair and we kissed for a little while more before she hesitantly pulled back.

'Time for you to sleep.' she purred.

'Yeah, although I'd have liked to stay awake.' I whispered.

'I think we woke someone up.' she whispered.

I looked to my right and saw Naylee giving me a sleepy grin. 'If you not wake me up like that for my watch, I will stay asleep.'

I chuckled and turned to Tashee. 'Well, you heard her. You have to wake me up first.'

'But you need sleep.'

'I won't be able to sleep if I disappoint her.'

'Okay, but if monster not come tonight, I will keep you busy all day.'

'Not without me.' purred Naylee.

'Girls, girls.' I whispered. 'Let's get through tonight first.'

I wouldn't be able to sleep on my stomach, so Tashee had me turn on my side and snuggled up to my back while Naylee snuggled with her back against me. The warm sensation and the pressure of two lumps against my back combined with the soft pressure against my hips and the two soft hills my arm was locked between in front of me melted any resistance I had.

Naylee rubbed her tight buns against my bulge once. 'Someone already awake before morning.' she purred.

'Someone is easily kept awake by certain beauties.' I chuckled.

'Then someone better sleep before morning happens and you too tired.' purred Tashee in my ear.

'Yes ma'am.' I whispered and relished in the perfect comfort provided by these wonderful creatures.

Soft kisses in my neck woke me up and I turned my head to kiss Tashee softly. 'Time for the switch?' I whispered.

'Yes.' she whispered, caressing my cheek with her muzzle.

I gave her one more kiss, then caressed the back of Naylee's ear with my lips before moving to her cheek. I couldn't move any further so I went down and nuzzled her neck slowly while I moved my fingers gently through the fur at the top of her chest.

Soon enough she purred and turned her head to me so I could caress the side of her muzzle with my lips while she moved her tight behind against the bulge in my shorts. After a few moments she turned around and we kissed until she pulled back and smiled at me.

'I agree with woken up like this from now on.' she purred.

'You created two demanding females.' Tashee whispered in my ear.

'I don't mind demands like that.' I chuckled.

'Good.' Naylee said and turned me around towards Tashee. 'I demand wake up at end of watch. Even if I'm not asleep.'

I turned my head and kissed her one more time. 'You got it.' I whispered.

Tashee rubbed her behind against my still bulging shorts. 'This one had no sleep yet, I think.' she purred.

'That one rather stay awake than sleep.' Naylee chuckled.

'Then I will keep him comfortably awake.' Tashee purred and snuggled tight against my front and pulled my other arm around her chest.

'Go sleep.' whispered Naylee.

'Good night.' I whispered. 'Wake me as soon as you suspect something.'

'I will.' she purred. 'Sleep well.'

'Good night, and sleep well.' purred Tashee.

Gentle but urgent shaking awoke me and I knew something was going on from the silence around us. I turned my head and Naylee pointed into the direction faint shuffling sounds were coming from. My heart began to beat faster in anticipation. I shook Tashee and she woke up at once. We rolled onto our stomachs to observe the sounds coming closer and after a short while we could see bushes moving in the moonlight at the other side of the bunker. Tashee and Naylee took my hands and I could feel their nervousness in their grip. We were about to see what was terrorising the island.

The rustling and shaking neared the edge of the bushes at the entrance. I thought I saw a snout coming out from between the leaves and heard faint sniffing. Movement next to me startled me. I saw Wendy look at the creature, her fangs bared but she kept silent. Good girl.

The snout disappeared in the bushes, then the creature shot out of them into the entrance in a dark green flash, startling all of us.

'Did you see?' whispered Tashee after a while of silence.

I shook my head. 'Too fast, all I saw was something that resembled a dinosaur.'

'Dinosaur?'

'It's the name for really big lizard-like animals that lived on my planet millions of years ago. They were terrible monsters, which is what the name means. This one reminded me of those at once, it only seems to have bigger arms.'

She nodded. 'There were those on our planet too, but we made them extinct.'

'Now we need to know if it'll rest during the day and hunt during the night.'

'It nearly day, so looks like it.' whispered Naylee, gesturing at the blue streak growing on the horizon.

I nodded. 'Now we'll only need to endure boredom while we wait for evening.'

'You think you have time for boredom with two Silth females?' asked Tashee and I saw that teasing sparkle in her eyes warning me to prepare for torture.

It was torture indeed, but a nice one. After breakfast Tashee took something out of her bag and hid it behind her.

'Why you say we're beautiful?' she asked seductively.

I blushed and knew I had to confess one day. 'I love the colour of your eyes, your cute noses and big ears, your soft cheeks and sexy curves, how you sway your fluffy tail and how your claws and dark fur remind me how dangerous you can be.' I said and saw her and Naylee smile. 'Then there's the love and care you have for each other, thinking of the other before yourself. The strength to go on despite what misery life has thrown at you. And how you accepted me despite being the last thing you wanted to have around you.'

Tashee and Naylee looked at each other for a moment, then leaned over to me and gave me a soft kiss each. When they sat back and smiled I found a brush in my hand.

'Think you can stay busy with that?' Tashee purred.

I gave them a big smile. 'Hell, yes.'

I swallowed as Tashee and Naylee took off their bras and shorts, giving me a good view of their beautiful breasts and the cute pink nipples sticking out of the short fur. They gave me a smile as they moved one hand along my thighs and laid down on their stomachs next to me.

'Naylee first while I watch bunker.' Tashee whispered.

I made myself as comfortable as I could with that pressure in my shorts and traced Naylee's back with my fingers, then followed gently with the brush. She purred louder while I went from her neck to her lower back bit by bit, brushing gently to get her fur untangled in some places and remove loose hair.

It was a delight to feel that softness under my fingers. I'd definitely do this more often.

Wendy whined softly and I smiled at her. 'Yes, I'd think you'd love this too, so how about I make a brush for you and treat you like this every day?'

Wendy whined again and Tashee chuckled. 'Don't make her wait that long. You can use brush for her. She family after all.'

Wendy's tail wagged in understanding. 'Well, then I'll do you after Tashee, okay?' I said to her.

She crawled closer and gave me a lick.

'You have way with animals.' purred Naylee.

'Think so?'

'Could say you have three predators keeping you in heart.'

I watched the pleased faces of the three cuties around me and had to agree. 'I do have those three predators in my heart too.' I whispered, thinking how I had changed in the short time on the island. And I had these girls to thank for it, starting with Wendy.

I decided to make another bold move and ran my fingers with the brush along her butt cheeks.

Naylee's purr went up, she had waited in anticipation for my touch, hoping I dared to brush her there too.

She wiggled her soft furry tush while my fingers traced her curves and the brush followed. I didn't want to risk putting too much force on the nets and knots, and I guessed they didn't either, otherwise I'd expect we'd be giving into our deepest desires right now. This was our foreplay, and we were going to build up until the moment we were free to release.

I went lower with my fingers and brush, caressing her legs from top to bottom and her purring turned sensual. She spread them a little to give me full access to the insides and I smiled at the moist fur and slightly sweet scent coming from between the top of her thighs. If brushing had this effect I'd be brushing them all day long.

She looked at me with a little guilt and pleading in her eyes and her ears flattened, but I held fast and only brushed her legs.

When I had finished with those I turned to her tail, holding it gently in my hand while I brushed slowly from the base to the fluffy tip. I felt her tail twitching as I caressed it and she kept on rubbing it against me. I held it close and when I was done I pushed my face into the soft end and kissed the tip, sending a shiver through her tail and up her spine which ended up as a loud purr in her chest.

She looked longingly at me and reached out her hand to me. I took it and she pulled me gently closer, rolling on her side and taking my cheek in her hand to pull my face closer and kiss me softly.

After a while she pulled back and sighed. 'This predator all yours to tame.' she purred softly.

I caressed her cheek and ear. 'I don't think I want to tame you. There belongs wild in you.' I whispered.

She smiled dreamily at me. 'Then you have to give reason to be wild sometimes.' she purred, then rolled on her stomach. 'Now, one more predator to please. And she more cunning.' she purred in pleasure.

I looked at Tashee, who had a little mischievous smile on her face. 'You ready to take me on?' she purred.

I grinned. 'This brush and I will take any challenge.' I said and winked at Wendy. 'As long as it's one of my favourite predators.'

Tashee chuckled and stretched before closing her eyes. 'Then let big hunter tame this predator..' she purred.

With Tashee I started at her lower back, then moved up slowly and I could see her back tense and her fur stick up the higher I got until she pushed her neck into my fingers when I reached it. I moved my fingers and the brush in long strokes down her back up to the base of her tail and she shuddered and purred in pleasure. Then she relaxed a little when I caressed her tush and was treated by the same scent and sight of moist fur when she spread her legs to let me brush the inside of her thighs.

Once more I had to hold back from kissing a different kind of lips and focused on giving her the best brushing of her life. She purred in satisfaction when I went down her lovely legs, and reacted in the same way as Naylee when I showed her tail my affection. I gave her a kiss above the base of her tail instead and was also rewarded with a loud purr.

Tashee rolled on her side to grab my wrist and pull me alongside her and kiss me.

After she pulled back she looked deviously at me. 'When this all over, I make up for all years I live without love from real male.' she purred. 'You are warned.'

I chuckled and smiled with a little pride. 'I'll be happy to give you the love of a lifetime.'

I felt soft bumps and two hard pricks against my back while a warm arm embraced my chest. 'Need extra love too..' Naylee's voice pleaded in my ears.

I took her hand in mine. 'Then I'll continue loving you until you're satisfied, and then even more.' I whispered and she nuzzled my cheek.

A whine from Wendy made us chuckle and I held out my hand to her. 'Come here girl. You didn't think there'd be no love for you left, did you?'

Tashee moved a little back so Wendy could lay down between us and I brushed her fur with as much love as I did the other two. She shivered as usual when I ran the brush from her neck to her tail and she rewarded me with her kisses.

After I was done brushing Wendy we all snuggled together, Tashee and Naylee purring in pleasure.

I woke up with a start, having realised I had fallen asleep. Tashee and Naylee were snuggled up to me and Wendy and sleeping peacefully.

I looked at Wendy who was awake. 'Has anything happened?' I asked.

She gave me a reassuring soft bark and I relaxed. If the thing had come out she would have woken us anyway. I smiled at her and scratched her head and neck.

I kept watch until I felt Naylee stirring against my back and holding me tighter, nuzzling my neck to give me pleasant shivers along my spine.

'Fell asleep..' she whispered. 'Brushing too good to stay awake..'

'That boring, eh?' I asked in mock disappointment.

'No..' she chuckled and hit me playfully. 'Said it was good.'

'Just kidding.' I whispered and turned my head to kiss her until we heard a soft moan from my left.

'Another victim from the mighty brush has woken up.' I chuckled.

'You give me more reason to make you very, very tired.' Tashee purred with a grin.

'I can't wait..' I whispered and she leaned closer to kiss me.

'Monster still in there?' she asked.

I nodded. 'Wendy hasn't seen anything strange.'

Tashee scratched Wendy's head. 'Thank you for keeping watch when we should.'

Wendy gave her a soft bark and a lick.

We ate as it had been some time since we did, then checked the knots and nets for any sign of failure. Everything was good and we could feel proud about our crafting skills. We went over the basics of our plan to gather fuel like wood into the bunker, then lock the thing inside after throwing in the grenade. It should explode into a fireball and set the whole place on fire from the inside until nothing but ashes was left. After that we could clean it up and use it for our new hidden home.

But first we had to take a better look at the bunker to see if that plan was feasible. While we waited for the rest of the day we snuggled together and I had three furry girls to attend to with my caressing hands until Wendy warned us with a soft growl.

We crawled to the edge of the net and kept our eyes on the bunker entrances, our hearts beating faster in anticipation of another and hopefully better look at the monster.

It growled low, then startled us by shooting out the entrance, right into the bushes in front of it.

'Damn.' I whispered. 'Still no good look at it.'

A loud roar came from under our tree and we peered carefully down. It was sniffing and searching, moving around the tree just out of sight under the cover of the lower branches and we were terrified it had discovered us.

I cursed myself for whispering, thinking that might have betrayed our presence, but then we saw a furry creature darting across the grass away from our tree and the monster chased it at full speed.

When we heard it rush through the trees further away we let out a collective sigh in relief.

'It was chasing prey.' I whispered.

Another roar even further away told us it was moving away from us. I took a deep breath. 'Okay, I'll go down and check out the bunker.' I said.

'Not without me.' Tashee said.

'Or me.' said Naylee.

'No.' said Tashee. 'You stay here.'

'I go.'

'Stay.' said Tashee more firmly. 'Watch for monster.'

'I will not stay alone here.'

'I will not have you in danger when no need for it.' growled Tashee softly.

'Girls, girls.' I said and took their hands in mine. They looked at me in frustration. 'I think I understand. Tashee, you don't want your daughter in any unnecessary danger.' I said to Tashee, then turned to Naylee. 'And you don't want to see your mother going into danger without being at her side.'

They both nodded, looking sadder.

'Well, I don't want either of you even within a kilometre of that thing and if it were up to me you both stay here where you're safe.' I said and squeezed their hands, seeing the determination in their eyes. 'But then you'd probably hate me for not trusting in your experience as fighters and only make you worry for me, right?'

They nodded again.

'So,' I sighed. 'I have to swallow my pride and fear of anything happening to you and rely on your help, even if I hate myself for it. And you'll have to trust each other as well, okay?'

Tashee sighed. 'It true. Would hate to see you get hurt.' she said softly to Naylee.

Naylee nodded. 'Only want to protect you..'

They hugged and it felt good to see them like that. 'Well, now that that's settled, let's get to work.'

'But who keeps watch?' Naylee asked.

Wendy gave a quick bark.

'You keep?'

Wendy barked again in confirmation.

'She does have excellent senses and could spot it when we didn't.' I said and scratched her head.

The girls agreed and we made our way down the tree.

Naylee looked at me for a moment, then kissed me softly. 'For caring so much..' she whispered.

Before I could say anything I got a kiss from Tashee as well. 'No say anything.' she said and smiled at me.

I smiled and gave her a nod, then we hurried into the side entrance of the bunker.

Inside we lit torches we had made before with twigs soaked in sticky tree saps and I kneeled down to Wendy. 'All right girl, you stand watch outside for us.' I said and got a confident bark. She looked at me for a moment, I gave her a big kiss and she happily hurried outside.

'We demand reward for good job as well later.' Naylee said with a smirk.

'All the reward I can give are yours.' I grinned and we went into the bunker, exploring every room.

We learned the layout, essentially a sectioned hallway in the shape of a square with rooms all around it and double sized observation rooms in the middle of each side with two doors each. Inside the square were four more rooms, but also stairs going down into a sub floor with four bigger rooms. We guessed there had been a decent sized unit living here, but for what purpose we'd probably never know.

All that was there was piles of dirt, a lost patch of moss or grass here and there where light was available. Nothing, not even a scrap of paper was to be found of the former occupants.

Wendy ran inside to us and gave a couple of soft barks.

'It's coming back.' I said and we hurried out of there and back up our tree.

We waited silently and the thing appeared later, keeping itself hidden from view and rushing into the bunker with something in its jaws. Its prey most likely.

I laid down on my back. 'I think what we had in mind might work. There are ducts to provide enough oxygen to keep the fire going. Silently getting enough fuel in there will be the hardest part.'

Tashee lifted up my arm and snuggled up beside me, running her soft fingertips along my chest. She made my heart beat faster and I moved my fingers through the fur on her back.

'We think about it later. Sleep first.'

Naylee yawned and snuggled up under my arm as well. 'Agree. First sleep.' she purred and kissed me.

'Sleep.' I whispered and kissed Tashee before I chuckled when Wendy settled herself on my stomach and demanded her good night kiss.

Despite the difficulties ahead, we were a happy family.

Tashee and Naylee refused to let me go when we woke up and fed me instead, giggling and teasing me by feeding me mouth to mouth. Even Wendy picked up on it and held out a piece of dried meat in her mouth for me to take amongst stifled laughter next to me.

We looked at our options to gather anything easily burnable and get it in the bunker without getting caught. We had to make do with bark and bushes full of leaves and any sap we could harvest from the trees. Anything else was probably too wet.

'Think we should start now?' I asked, looking at the sun.

'Yes, have some time before dark. We collect near bunker, then take inside when thing is gone.' Tashee said.

I agreed and we went to work, gathering bark and cutting thin branches with lots of small leaves as silently as possible. Wendy stood guard again but if the thing came out of the bunker we wouldn't have much time to get into the tree, or we'd have to sneak inside and barricade ourselves into one of the rooms.

We stopped well before dark and climbed back up, eating and waiting for the thing to go hunting again. I leaned back against the tree with a view at the bunker beneath and the girls sat back into my arms. We were too tense about the coming night to fool around, but not to enjoy each others company.

When Wendy pricked up her ears we knew it was time. Nervous about the thing finding out what was going on we kept our eyes on the entrance and soon after it did the usual sprint into the bushes and move to what probably was its favourite hunting ground.

We waited until Wendy couldn't spot it anymore and scrambled down the tree, dragging the branches and pieces of bark inside to the room close to the nest. When we had the first pile inside we started cutting more and piling it up outside until it was enough for Naylee to take inside. Working in the dark with just a few torches slowed things down and by the time Wendy warned us we only had about a quarter of the room filled.
