The original concept shows how the Umbrella removing his intestines and stomach through his small anus. Aside the fictional character around is that technique a real method to butcher a Frilledneck lizard in Australia, Aborinals do this since they exists, they use a stick for it, and terrible the lizard survive that guts remove.
Out of his cloaca came bladder, stomach, intestines and the reproduction organs.
A second technique created by me shows how the bladder was removed through the penis glance with a small modified bar.
Both scenes are to hard for Joe, as alternate I create a little soft method with realism factor.
The guts rotate inside Chertok torso, the liquids made it even worse for him. Cramps, burning and the extract remove his digest tract without open the chest as ~normal~ in gore.
