The subject ███████ ████,a male of 32 years of age, had been dealing with a lot of stress until his eruption. He is 5'9“, weight 240lbs, making him overweight. He appears to look 18 with straw colored hair. While he does not need to wear correctional lenses, he seems to wear them anyway, as a part of his image. The subject is also homosexual, and falls on the Kinsey Scale as a 7. Quite often, the subject is mistaken for the wrong gender, as he prefers to wear loose clothing and possesses a feminine shiloutte.  His relationship of roughly 10 years ended and he was made to live with family in ██████, Indiana. Originally being turned out of one house and welcomed by another. Then one of the dogs in his possession died. It is commendable that the subject had not erupted sooner.
	However, his eruption did happen. Apparently one of the residents of his last home was an elderly woman the subject had identified as his grandmother, ██████ ███. At this point the subject’s ability to hinder his evolution was shattered, but after the subject’s grandmother was struck by a delivery truck while she was in the midst of an Alzhiemer’s syndrome induced dementia episode. It seems that the subject was exposed to his family, whom caused him great stress.
	At a gathering after ██████’s funeral, the subject was confronted by immediate family, identified as the father, ███ ████ age 56, the mother ████ ████ age 50, and a biological brother █████ ████ age 31. The aforementioned family members confronted the subject, who erupted in a ‘fight of flight’ situation induced by conversation and body language. The subject then morphed into a Panthera tigris tigris and experienced a psychotic episode in which he mauled his family members and allegedly a sizable quantity of them.
	The subject then attempted to escape west out of ██████, Indiana. Luckily in the United States, a Panthera tigris tigris is not common. The subject was apprehended and admitted to the intake ward to begin the process of acclimation as a Homo sapiens nova.
	The subject is high functioning and possesses above average intelligence. Tests indicate that the subject scores ███ as an average. Weaknesses seem to be in mathematics and numeric memorization.  Subject is diagnosed with Dyscalculia. As well as potentially being clinically depressed, the subject has borderline personality. Subject has mentioned Hedgehog’s Dilemma. Subject is awkward in social situations, which may be problematic in the future. Additional therapy may need to be conductive to determine any other possible issues that could prove to be catalystic of another psychotic episode. The subject is also suspected of having avoidant personality disorder as well as dependent personality disorder.
	The subject’s abilities are metamorphic to animals. The morphed form allows the subject to converse with other animals within the species. At the time of this report, the subject seems only to be able to morph into generic high mammals. With additional experience and education the subject should be able to move with the same grace of the animals he morphs into and with higher realistic details.
	The subject retains all his humanity as the creature he changes into, but seems clumsy in new forms. It is suggested that the subject is given additional practice to better utilize his abilities. However, as the subject becomes more adept at his abilities, he should be considered for enrollment in programs that could benefit from the subject’s abilities. Additional caution must be taken if the subject decides to become Terat.
	
	The subject relocated to ███████, Illinois where he interacted with additional novas, ███████ █████ and █████ ██████. The subject took a position with █████ ████████ and serves as an animal consultant. The subject seems to have come across money, potentially given to him from ███████ █████. He has also taken the assumed name of SylvaniusÒ while he is employed with █████ ████████. Through █████ ████████, the subject is working towards his doctorate. In the meantime, he seems to prefer the prefix ‘Professor.’ Outside of his employ, the subject goes by his given name, ███████████ ████ or a pseudonym, S██████ I████ when writing.
