Mikey and Leo were in the middle with Raph and Don on the outside, their hands locked together over the middle Turtles. \n\nDonatello opened his eyes and reached behind him to grab his small tablet. He nuzzled Leo’s neck, “It’s getting late.”\n\nWhen they got back to the Foot headquarters in New York, Donatello was delighted to see his friend Honeycutt again. He kept the tablet with him everywhere he went now, so he could have his friend close by. \n\nThe man in the computer has proven himself to be a valuable asset to the Foot Clan. He stayed hidden within the Dragon’s computer systems and kept the Foot apprised on all of their activities. They were getting ready for a final assault and Honeycutt managed to get them the schematics of the Dragon’s compound. \n\nDonatello turned on the tablet and waited for it to load while the others started to wake. Once the tablet was warmed up, Honeycutt’s voice greeted him, “Good morning Donatello.”\n\n“Good morning Professor,” Donnie replied as he stood from the bed. \n\n“I see you were all in the same bed again last night,” Honeycutt observed. \n\nDonnie nodded, “But that was only after we had paired off. We don’t have group sex.”\n\n“I believe you,” Honeycutt replied. “If you did, I wouldn’t judge.”\n\nDonnie smiled, “Thank you.”\n\nThe four Turtles got dressed then joined Yoshi and Shen for breakfast before heading down to the dojo to train. \n\nYoshi left them with Nagi, to run through their katas, and headed to meet with the Turtles’ therapists, Doctor Gibbs. The boys have been going through weeks of therapy and he wanted to know if there was any progress. \n\n“They have suffered a great trauma,” Doctor Gibbs started. “They are coping with it by relying heavily on each other. I do not think that they would have opened their relationships up if they hadn’t gone through their enslavement.” Gibbs sighed, “And poor Donatello. The experience has deteriorated his condition even more. Another major shock and I fear the worst for him. He may not slip into fits anymore, but his mind is still on overdrive and there is still a chance that depression could have him withdraw in to his own mind. Keep him occupied and give him something positive to focus on. \n\n“What of, Raphael and Leonardo,” Yoshi asked. “I have a feeling that they have been affected greater than they outwardly show.”\n\nGibbs nodded, “Leonardo has always been a master of his emotions, more or less. He is hiding his trauma and shame. The reason he is okay with the way they are conducting themselves is because he has given up, in a way. He is torn between his love for Donatello and his new aversion of being dominated.” When Yoshi raised an eyebrow Doctor Gibbs chuckled, “Yes Donatello is the dominant one in the group. Where Raphael has suddenly become very submissive, his self-worth has plummeted and he is seething under the surface.” He sighed again, “They all want the open relationship. The best you can do for them is give them your support and understanding. If you need me to, I will explain the new situation to Shen and Raphael’s family. They should not be made to feel ashamed. That will only damage them more.”\n\nYoshi nodded, “I will have Shen come to you after lunch and when the Jones family returns to New York I will have you speak with key members then.”\n\nLater that evening he comforted Shen while she processed the information given to her by the therapist. She cried, it was expected, and sat in Yoshi’s lap, “My poor babies.”\n\n“They’ll be okay, so long as we give them time to work this out,” Yoshi kissed her head. \n\nThey were interrupted by a knock on the door and Yoshi got up to see who it was. Sean and Scott stood there with matching grins on their faces. “We’ve got the D.A.,” Scott smiled. \n\n“With the help of Professor Honeycutt,” Sean added. “We wouldn’t have been able to connect the dots without him.”\n\n“The point is,” Scott hit his twin, “we now have one less official in the pocket of the Dragons.”\n\nSean ticked his tongue, “And the added bonus….” He gestured for his brother to finish. \n\nScott rubbed the back of his head and blushed a little, “The added bonus is that you are looking at the new D.A.”\n\n“And I’ve been promoted too,” Sean announced. “You can now call me Commissioner Jones.”\n\n“Congratulations to the both of you,” Yoshi smiled. “Maybe now we can start to clean up this city after we put an end to Saki.”\n\nScott and Sean exchanged sideways glances. “We didn’t hear that last part,” Sean shook his head. \n\n\n**\n\n\nRaph took aim and let his sai fly, hitting his mark dead center. Nagi nodded his head, “Impressive, Raphael.”\n\nRaph shrugged, “Thanks.”\n\nLeo backhanded Raph’s arm and growled, “Show some respect.”\n\nRaph pushed Leo away then turned to Nagi and bowed, “Thank you, Master.” Then he turned back to Leo, “Better?”\n\nLeo rolled his eyes, “Brute.”\n\n“Teacher’s pet,” Raph grumbled back.\n\nNagi sighed, shaking his head and wondered how they managed to be lovers. He turned to watch Donatello as he ran through an obstacle course with great speed and efficiency. Michelangelo was nearby working though a new combination on his nunchakus. Nagi turned back to Leo and Raph, “I want you two to spar.”\n\nLeo spun and swiped his practice katana through the air while Raph picked up his pair of practice sai. They faced each other ready to spar and Nagi stood back, just outside the practice circle. \n\nRaph lunged at Leo who managed to simply step out of the way, bringing the butt of his handle down on Raph’s carapace as he passed. Spinning, Raph attacked bringing his sai through the air, but Leo caught it with his katana. \n\nLeo smiled, “I am way above your level, Raph.”\n\n“I’ve done more real fighting,” Raph snapped back. “It’s different then playing in the dojo.”\n\nLeo pushed Raph away, breaking their weapons apart. Raph spun his sai, repositioning them. He glanced at Nagi while he circled with Leo, “So when are we gonna attack your brother?”\n\n“In time,” Nagi answered.\n\nLeo moved to strike, “You must learn patience, Raphael.”\n\nRaph stepped out of the way and managed to punch Leo’s arm, “We’ve been sitting on our asses waiting long enough. I want to get this fucker already.”\n\nLeo spun to face Raph, “Language!”\n\n“Was that not plain English,” Raph hissed. \n\n“Masters Nagi and Master Yoshi will decide when the time is right to strike,” Leo attacked again.\n\nRaph caught Leo’s katana in his sai, “The time to strike is now, before he discovers that we are no longer out in space.”\n\n“You have a valid point, Raphael,” Nagi interjected. “However, if we were to strike now we will miss Saki. We do not know where he is at the moment. As soon as Honeycutt is certain that my brother is in the Dragon compound, then we will strike.”\n\nRaph spat, “He’s there. You’re just too scared to face him.” He kicked Leo back then threw his sai down on the mats, “I done for today.”\n\n“Raph,” Leo growled after him.\n\nNagi held up his hand, “Let him go.”\n\nLeo turned to face Nagi, “I’m sorry that he’s so… crude, Master. I am trying, but he’s just so hard headed.”\n\n“It will take time,” Nagi smiled. “Yoshi was the same at his age.”\n\nLeo’s eyes shot up in surprise, “He was?”\n\nNagi nodded, “He was a hard head too. Shen’s love made him the man he is today. Give Raphael time.”\n\n\n**\n\n\nRaphael stood in front of the mirror looking at all the scars that littered his body. His hand reached down to feel the scars of his former tail. Shredder is the reason he has suffered. The reason that he could not enjoy his happiness once he finally found it. The reason he had nightmares. \n\nHe remembered the searing pain of each cut he suffered, all because Saki was told ‘No’ by Nagi all those years ago. The mad man was so bent on revenge that he killed his Uncle Arnold. He remembered Casey’s pain when he learned that his father was dead. The sorrow of his whole family could still be felt today. \n\nAll that pain, all the suffering, all because Saki didn’t get his way. \n\nRaph wanted to rip the guy’s heart out and he was tired of waiting. \n\nHe slipped into the dojo after everyone was done with their training for the day and collected his sai. He stripped off all of his restrictive clothes and put on simple gear. A belt to hold his sai, pads to protect his joints and a red mask to keep the sweat from his eyes. \n\nHe fought many a seasoned warrior and won, what was one more. He made his way to the underground garage and opened the manhole cover to drop down into the sewers. \n\n\n**\n\n\nYoshi knocked on the boys’ bedroom door and shouted through it, “Raphael has just left the compound.”\n\nMikey threw the door open, “What?”\n\n“That impetuous boy has slipped into the sewers and is on his way to the Dragons’ stronghold now. Get your gear, we’re going after him.” Yoshi stepped away from the door as the three Turtles rushed out. \n\nThey all geared up quickly and along with Karai, Nagi and Yoshi slipped into the sewers to follow after Raph. They didn’t run very far before Donatello slowed down. He was looking at the tracker in his hand, “Either Raph is waiting for us to join him, or he took of his tracker.” He held up the devise, “The signal is not moving.”\n\nWhen they got to Raph’s location, the emerald Turtle was lying in wait. “What took ya?” he smiled from the shadows.\n\n“You knew we would come after you,” Nagi looked down at Raph. “You little….” He gritted his teeth, “We are going home. Now.”\n\n“Like hell,” Raph growled. “I’m here to get my pound of flesh.”\n\n“You’re here for petty revenge,” Nagi pointed out. “If that is all you want, Raphael, then maybe I was mistaken about you.”\n\n“Yeah I’m here for revenge,” Raph shouted. “But I’m also here to protect my family. I don’t want to give that fuck a chance to decide to go after them. He knows your ties to them now since your fucking my cousin. What’s to stop him from attacking My Uncle Albert? Do you really want to explain to Parker why his father is dead when you could have done something to stop it? I will not let that guy kill another member of my family.”\n\n“That is pure speculation,” Nagi argued. \n\n“Do you really want to risk it?” Raph pleaded. “Let’s finish this.”\n\nLeo nodded, “I agree with Raph.”\n\n“Me too,” Donnie added.\n\nMikey looked down at the nunchakus that Raph had bought for him and sighed, “I’m ready to put these to the test.”\n\nYoshi sighed, “Let’s do it.”\n\nNagi looked at Karai who nodded her agreement. “Okay,” he yielded. “Let’s take on my brother.”\n\nDonnie pulled up the schematics on his tablet and took the lead on where to go. “According to Honeycutt, Shredder has built a tunnel network to points all over the city with its center in a gutted, false front building called Hudson Block. If Saki’s anywhere it would be there. We will be able to access the building through the drainage systems and have plenty of cover in the process.”\n\nWhen they go there they set up a diversion in hopes to draw the Purple Dragons from the complex. They got to the desired point and Donnie pulled out a laser to cut through the roof above them. Raph and Leo held the slab up as Donnie made his way around them. \n\n“If the schematics Honeycutt had provided for us are correct, we should come up in the vault,” Donnie informed them as he finished cutting. \n\nWith a heaving grunt, Leo and Raph dropped the slab to the ground. “Okay, everyone up,” Raph cupped his hands to help the others up. One by one they slipped into the vault and Donnie prepared to cut through a wall. \n\n“So far so good,” Donnie whispered. “This cut should lead us to a storage room.” \n\nRaph used his sai to pry the cut wall away and with Leo’s help moved it to the ground. Raph looked around, “You’re two and O Donnie-boy.” He stepped through the hole and inspected the area. He turned to the others, “We have Dragons close by.”\n\nThey slipped past the working Dragons and got to a door undetected. “This should lead us to a main access corridor…. Watch for guards.” He pushed the door open and immediately regretted it, “Big mistake.” \n\nThey walked into a room where several Dragons were training. “Don’t let any of them get out,” Nagi ordered. “Cover all the exits.”\n\nThe ill trained Dragons proved to be short work for the four Turtles and the ninja masters. Mikey looked down at his nunchakus, “There’s blood all over them now.”\n\n“Come on,” Leo pulled him along. \n\n“Sorry about that,” Donnie panted. “We should have gone through an eastern door. Follow me.” He led them through yet another door then stopped. “Another guard,” he moaned gripping his bo, ready to fight. \n\nThey took out the few Dragons in the area with little trouble. “This looks to be a loading dock,” Yoshi stated running up to Donnie. \n\nDonnie pointed, “That tunnel should lead us to a main operations area.” \n\nKarai pointed to a truck, “It will be faster if we use a transport.”\n\n“Agreed,” Nagi nodded. “Everyone in.” Nagi sat in the driver’s seat with Yoshi on the passenger’s side and the others in the back. “Hold on,” Nagi steered the truck into the tunnel. \n\n“So far so good,” Raph breathed. \n\nDonnie looked up at the walls as they sped by, “I don’t see any cameras. Shredder must not think anyone would come at him this way.”\n\n“We’ve been lucky so far,” Karai frowned. “But Saki will not be taken easily.”\n\nThe lights suddenly shut off and Mikey whimpered, “Their on to us.”\n\nRed lights started to flash as an alarm began to blare. Nagi could see that the tunnel opened up ahead and as they got closer, the Dragons waiting for them came into view. “Hold on tight,” he yelled and pushed down on the accelerator. \n\nIt was a good thing that the cab was open so that when the truck crashed Yoshi and Nagi could jump out. Karai and the Turtles also jumped from the back of the truck and hit the ground ready to fight. They fought their way through the goons and to an open door. \n\nThey all came to a halt when they came face to face with three deformed looking men. “They wear the same armor as Shredder,” Karai gasped. \n\n“What are they?” Donnie breathed. One was large with four arms. Another was tall and slender with a club for a hand. The third was short and had blades protruding from his knuckles. “They cannot be human.”\n\n“I had heard that he was experimenting with his own blood and the mutagen,” Karai informed them. “They must be the result.”\n\n“Well let’s take these fuckers out so we can get to the real deal,” Raph growled and charged the strange men. \n\nThe three mutant Shredders knew how to fight, but the seven Foot soldiers had them out numbered. Raph saw movement out of the corner of his eye and turned to see Stockman running up a flight of stairs. “You guys can handle this,” he grunted and ran after him. \n\n“Raphael,” Nagi yelled after him. “Stay with the group.” When Raph didn’t listen Nagi turned to Leonardo, “Follow him.”\n\n“Yes Master,” Leo bowed then headed to the stairs. \n\nObsession drove Raph to follow the scientist, but when he came to the top of the stairs he came face to face with four of Shredder’s Elite. Stockman hid behind them, “Don’t let him get me.”\n\nRaph knew he was out matched, but attacked anyway only to be over powered in seconds. One of the Elite brought his dagger down towards Raph’s head. And in the span of a heartbeat, Raph thought himself to be over and closed his eyes ready for the final blow. \n\nHis eyes shot open when he heard the thudding sound of a sword piercing a body. Leo pulled his blade free of the dead man and turned to face the others. Raph sat and watched in amazement as Leo made quick work of the three ninja. \n\nLeo spun to face Raph, “Fool!”\n\n“I know,” Raph breathed. “I thought I was dead. I’m sorry. I lost it. I had to get Stockman.”\n\nLeo pointed with his blade, “He went in there.”\n\nRaph looked to the door then back at Leo. \n\n“Get him,” Leo growled. \n\nRaph stood and together they broke down the door. Stockman held a gun at them, “Stay back.”\n\n“Coward,” Raph sneered. “Ain’t so smug when I ain’t tied down.”\n\n“I’ll shoot,” Stockman’s hand shook.\n\nIn one fluid movement, Raph flipped his blade in the air, catching the tip then sent it flying into the man’s chest with a thud. A small grunt escaped Stockman’s lips before he fell to the ground.\n\nRaph turned to Leo, “Let’s go back to the others.”\n\n“You ain’t going nowhere,” Bebop said stepping through the door. “I have a score of my own to settle.”\n\nA smile spread across Raph’s beak, “And here I didn’t think you could get any uglier.”\n\n“You ain’t so pretty yourself, turtle.” Bebop snorted, “I’ll rip out your throat.”\n\nRocksteady joined him, “You can take the nearly naked one. I’ll take the one with the swords.”\n\n“Deal,” Bebop sneered then rushed Raph. \n\n“I’ve fought bigger and uglier than you,” Raph growled rushing to meet him. \n\nRocksteady twirled a chain over his head, “I’m gonna give you as a gift to my boss.”\n\nLeo just stood his ground, ready to fight. \n\nRocksteady sent the chain flying towards Leo, but the Turtle managed to catch it with his sword then yanked it free from the rhino’s hands. In a rage, Rocksteady rushed Leo, but Raph sent Bebop flying into him. The two fell to the floor in a heap. “Let’s get outa here,” Raph yelled. \n\nLeo nodded and they rushed from the room closing the door behind them then barred it with one of the fallen Elite’s weapons. They both jumped when they turned and found themselves face to face with Shredder.\n\n\n**\n\n\nNagi turned to Yoshi, “I do not know if my brother will stay and wait or run like a coward.”\n\n“Go,” Yoshi yelled over the noise of the fight. “We’ll be fine”\n\n“Thank you my friend,” Nagi rushed off to find Saki. \n\nHe bound up the stairs taking two at a time. He rounded a corner to see Raphael lying on the floor with one of his own sai stuck in his shoulder and Leonardo doing his best to fight the ninja master. Nagi could tell that Saki was toying with the young Turtle. Leo’s body was covered in small cuts.\n\n“Brother!” Nagi yelled. “Your fight is with me.”\n\nSaki kicked out, sending Leo into Raph. They both grunted in pain, but at least they were alive. Saki turned to his brother and drove his twin katana into the ground. “I have been waiting, brother.” He removed his helmet, revealing his no longer human face. Nagi wasn’t sure what to call him and decided to agree with Karai, he looked like a monster. \n\n“What have you done to yourself?” Nagi shook his head. “Have you lost your mind?”\n\nSaki threw his helmet to the side then removed the rest of his armor, dropping each article to the floor, “I made myself better.” His lips curled in a sneer, “I don’t need armor to beat you.” He stood without armor and pulled his katana from the ground, facing his brother. \n\nNagi raised his own katana, ready to fight, “Leonardo?”\n\n“Yes, Master,” Leo’s reply was weak.\n\n“Take Raphael and get out of here. Yoshi left them with Nagi, to run through their katas, and headed to meet with the Turtles’ therapists, Doctor Gibbs. The boys have been going through weeks of therapy and he wanted to know if there was any progress.

“They have suffered a great trauma,” Doctor Gibbs started. “They are coping with it by relying heavily on each other. I do not think that they would have opened their relationships up if they hadn’t gone through their enslavement.” Gibbs sighed, “And poor Donatello. The experience has deteriorated his condition even more. Another major shock and I fear the worst for him. He may not slip into fits anymore, but his mind is still on overdrive and there is still a chance that depression could have him withdraw in to his own mind. Keep him occupied and give him something positive to focus on.

“What of, Raphael and Leonardo,” Yoshi asked. “I have a feeling that they have been affected greater than they outwardly show.”

Gibbs nodded, “Leonardo has always been a master of his emotions, more or less. He is hiding his trauma and shame. The reason he is okay with the way they are conducting themselves is because he has given up, in a way. He is torn between his love for Donatello and his new aversion of being dominated.” When Yoshi raised an eyebrow Doctor Gibbs chuckled, “Yes Donatello is the dominant one in the group. Where Raphael has suddenly become very submissive, his self-worth has plummeted and he is seething under the surface.” He sighed again, “They all want the open relationship. The best you can do for them is give them your support and understanding. If you need me to, I will explain the new situation to Shen and Raphael’s family. They should not be made to feel ashamed. That will only damage them more.”

Yoshi nodded, “I will have Shen come to you after lunch and when the Jones family returns to New York I will have you speak with key members then.”

Later that evening he comforted Shen while she processed the information given to her by the therapist. She cried, it was expected, and sat in Yoshi’s lap, “My poor babies.”

“They’ll be okay, so long as we give them time to work this out,” Yoshi kissed her head.

They were interrupted by a knock on the door and Yoshi got up to see who it was. Sean and Scott stood there with matching grins on their faces. “We’ve got the D.A.,” Scott smiled.

“With the help of Professor Honeycutt,” Sean added. “We wouldn’t have been able to connect the dots without him.”

“The point is,” Scott hit his twin, “we now have one less official in the pocket of the Dragons.”

Sean ticked his tongue, “And the added bonus….” He gestured for his brother to finish.

Scott rubbed the back of his head and blushed a little, “The added bonus is that you are looking at the new D.A.”

“And I’ve been promoted too,” Sean announced. “You can now call me Commissioner Jones.”

“Congratulations to the both of you,” Yoshi smiled. “Maybe now we can start to clean up this city after we put an end to Saki.”

Scott and Sean exchanged sideways glances. “We didn’t hear that last part,” Sean shook his head.

Raph took aim and let his sai fly, hitting his mark dead center. Nagi nodded his head, “Impressive, Raphael.”

Raph shrugged, “Thanks.”

Leo backhanded Raph’s arm and growled, “Show some respect.”

Raph pushed Leo away then turned to Nagi and bowed, “Thank you, Master.” Then he turned back to Leo, “Better?”

Leo rolled his eyes, “Brute.”

“Teacher’s pet,” Raph grumbled back.

Nagi sighed, shaking his head and wondered how they managed to be lovers. He turned to watch Donatello as he ran through an obstacle course with great speed and efficiency. Michelangelo was nearby working though a new combination on his nunchakus. Nagi turned back to Leo and Raph, “I want you two to spar.”

Leo spun and swiped his practice katana through the air while Raph picked up his pair of practice sai. They faced each other ready to spar and Nagi stood back, just outside the practice circle.

Raph lunged at Leo who managed to simply step out of the way, bringing the butt of his handle down on Raph’s carapace as he passed. Spinning, Raph attacked bringing his sai through the air, but Leo caught it with his katana.

Leo smiled, “I am way above your level, Raph.”

“I’ve done more real fighting,” Raph snapped back. “It’s different then playing in the dojo.”

Leo pushed Raph away, breaking their weapons apart. Raph spun his sai, repositioning them. He glanced at Nagi while he circled with Leo, “So when are we gonna attack your brother?”

“In time,” Nagi answered.

Leo moved to strike, “You must learn patience, Raphael.”

Raph stepped out of the way and managed to punch Leo’s arm, “We’ve been sitting on our asses waiting long enough. I want to get this fucker already.”

Leo spun to face Raph, “Language!”

“Was that not plain English,” Raph hissed.

“Masters Nagi and Master Yoshi will decide when the time is right to strike,” Leo attacked again.

Raph caught Leo’s katana in his sai, “The time to strike is now, before he discovers that we are no longer out in space.”

“You have a valid point, Raphael,” Nagi interjected. “However, if we were to strike now we will miss Saki. We do not know where he is at the moment. As soon as Honeycutt is certain that my brother is in the Dragon compound, then we will strike.”

Raph spat, “He’s there. You’re just too scared to face him.” He kicked Leo back then threw his sai down on the mats, “I done for today.”

“Raph,” Leo growled after him.

Nagi held up his hand, “Let him go.”

Leo turned to face Nagi, “I’m sorry that he’s so… crude, Master. I am trying, but he’s just so hard headed.”

“It will take time,” Nagi smiled. “Yoshi was the same at his age.”

Leo’s eyes shot up in surprise, “He was?”

Nagi nodded, “He was a hard head too. Shen’s love made him the man he is today. Give Raphael time.”

Raphael stood in front of the mirror looking at all the scars that littered his body. His hand reached down to feel the scars of his former tail. Shredder is the reason he has suffered. The reason that he could not enjoy his happiness once he finally found it. The reason he had nightmares.

He remembered the searing pain of each cut he suffered, all because Saki was told ‘No’ by Nagi all those years ago. The mad man was so bent on revenge that he killed his Uncle Arnold. He remembered Casey’s pain when he learned that his father was dead. The sorrow of his whole family could still be felt today.

All that pain, all the suffering, all because Saki didn’t get his way.

Raph wanted to rip the guy’s heart out and he was tired of waiting.

He slipped into the dojo after everyone was done with their training for the day and collected his sai. He stripped off all of his restrictive clothes and put on simple gear. A belt to hold his sai, pads to protect his joints and a red mask to keep the sweat from his eyes.

He fought many a seasoned warrior and won, what was one more. He made his way to the underground garage and opened the manhole cover to drop down into the sewers.

Yoshi knocked on the boys’ bedroom door and shouted through it, “Raphael has just left the compound.”

Mikey threw the door open, “What?”

“That impetuous boy has slipped into the sewers and is on his way to the Dragons’ stronghold now. Get your gear, we’re going after him.” Yoshi stepped away from the door as the three Turtles rushed out.

They all geared up quickly and along with Karai, Nagi and Yoshi slipped into the sewers to follow after Raph. They didn’t run very far before Donatello slowed down. He was looking at the tracker in his hand, “Either Raph is waiting for us to join him, or he took of his tracker.” He held up the devise, “The signal is not moving.”

When they got to Raph’s location, the emerald Turtle was lying in wait. “What took ya?” he smiled from the shadows.

“You knew we would come after you,” Nagi looked down at Raph. “You little….” He gritted his teeth, “We are going home. Now.”

“Like hell,” Raph growled. “I’m here to get my pound of flesh.”

“You’re here for petty revenge,” Nagi pointed out. “If that is all you want, Raphael, then maybe I was mistaken about you.”

“Yeah I’m here for revenge,” Raph shouted. “But I’m also here to protect my family. I don’t want to give that fuck a chance to decide to go after them. He knows your ties to them now since your fucking my cousin. What’s to stop him from attacking My Uncle Albert? Do you really want to explain to Parker why his father is dead when you could have done something to stop it? I will not let that guy kill another member of my family.”

“That is pure speculation,” Nagi argued.

“Do you really want to risk it?” Raph pleaded. “Let’s finish this.”

Leo nodded, “I agree with Raph.”

“Me too,” Donnie added.

Mikey looked down at the nunchakus that Raph had bought for him and sighed, “I’m ready to put these to the test.”

Yoshi sighed, “Let’s do it.”

Nagi looked at Karai who nodded her agreement. “Okay,” he yielded. “Let’s take on my brother.”

Donnie pulled up the schematics on his tablet and took the lead on where to go. “According to Honeycutt, Shredder has built a tunnel network to points all over the city with its center in a gutted, false front building called Hudson Block. If Saki’s anywhere it would be there. We will be able to access the building through the drainage systems and have plenty of cover in the process.”

When they go there they set up a diversion in hopes to draw the Purple Dragons from the complex. They got to the desired point and Donnie pulled out a laser to cut through the roof above them. Raph and Leo held the slab up as Donnie made his way around them.

“If the schematics Honeycutt had provided for us are correct, we should come up in the vault,” Donnie informed them as he finished cutting.

With a heaving grunt, Leo and Raph dropped the slab to the ground. “Okay, everyone up,” Raph cupped his hands to help the others up. One by one they slipped into the vault and Donnie prepared to cut through a wall.

“So far so good,” Donnie whispered. “This cut should lead us to a storage room.”

Raph used his sai to pry the cut wall away and with Leo’s help moved it to the ground. Raph looked around, “You’re two and O Donnie-boy.” He stepped through the hole and inspected the area. He turned to the others, “We have Dragons close by.”

They slipped past the working Dragons and got to a door undetected. “This should lead us to a main access corridor…. Watch for guards.” He pushed the door open and immediately regretted it, “Big mistake.”

They walked into a room where several Dragons were training. “Don’t let any of them get out,” Nagi ordered. “Cover all the exits.”

The ill trained Dragons proved to be short work for the four Turtles and the ninja masters. Mikey looked down at his nunchakus, “There’s blood all over them now.”

“Come on,” Leo pulled him along.

“Sorry about that,” Donnie panted. “We should have gone through an eastern door. Follow me.” He led them through yet another door then stopped. “Another guard,” he moaned gripping his bo, ready to fight.

They took out the few Dragons in the area with little trouble. “This looks to be a loading dock,” Yoshi stated running up to Donnie.

Donnie pointed, “That tunnel should lead us to a main operations area.”

Karai pointed to a truck, “It will be faster if we use a transport.”

“Agreed,” Nagi nodded. “Everyone in.” Nagi sat in the driver’s seat with Yoshi on the passenger’s side and the others in the back. “Hold on,” Nagi steered the truck into the tunnel.

“So far so good,” Raph breathed.

Donnie looked up at the walls as they sped by, “I don’t see any cameras. Shredder must not think anyone would come at him this way.”

“We’ve been lucky so far,” Karai frowned. “But Saki will not be taken easily.”

The lights suddenly shut off and Mikey whimpered, “Their on to us.”

Red lights started to flash as an alarm began to blare. Nagi could see that the tunnel opened up ahead and as they got closer, the Dragons waiting for them came into view. “Hold on tight,” he yelled and pushed down on the accelerator.

It was a good thing that the cab was open so that when the truck crashed Yoshi and Nagi could jump out. Karai and the Turtles also jumped from the back of the truck and hit the ground ready to fight. They fought their way through the goons and to an open door.

They all came to a halt when they came face to face with three deformed looking men. “They wear the same armor as Shredder,” Karai gasped.

“What are they?” Donnie breathed. One was large with four arms. Another was tall and slender with a club for a hand. The third was short and had blades protruding from his knuckles. “They cannot be human.”

“I had heard that he was experimenting with his own blood and the mutagen,” Karai informed them. “They must be the result.”

“Well let’s take these fuckers out so we can get to the real deal,” Raph growled and charged the strange men.

The three mutant Shredders knew how to fight, but the seven Foot soldiers had them out numbered. Raph saw movement out of the corner of his eye and turned to see Stockman running up a flight of stairs. “You guys can handle this,” he grunted and ran after him.

“Raphael,” Nagi yelled after him. “Stay with the group.” When Raph didn’t listen Nagi turned to Leonardo, “Follow him.”

“Yes Master,” Leo bowed then headed to the stairs.

Obsession drove Raph to follow the scientist, but when he came to the top of the stairs he came face to face with four of Shredder’s Elite. Stockman hid behind them, “Don’t let him get me.”

Raph knew he was out matched, but attacked anyway only to be over powered in seconds. One of the Elite brought his dagger down towards Raph’s head. And in the span of a heartbeat, Raph thought himself to be over and closed his eyes ready for the final blow.

His eyes shot open when he heard the thudding sound of a sword piercing a body. Leo pulled his blade free of the dead man and turned to face the others. Raph sat and watched in amazement as Leo made quick work of the three ninja.

Leo spun to face Raph, “Fool!”

“I know,” Raph breathed. “I thought I was dead. I’m sorry. I lost it. I had to get Stockman.”

Leo pointed with his blade, “He went in there.”

Raph looked to the door then back at Leo.

“Get him,” Leo growled.

Raph stood and together they broke down the door. Stockman held a gun at them, “Stay back.”

“Coward,” Raph sneered. “Ain’t so smug when I ain’t tied down.”

“I’ll shoot,” Stockman’s hand shook.

In one fluid movement, Raph flipped his blade in the air, catching the tip then sent it flying into the man’s chest with a thud. A small grunt escaped Stockman’s lips before he fell to the ground.

Raph turned to Leo, “Let’s go back to the others.”

“You ain’t going nowhere,” Bebop said stepping through the door. “I have a score of my own to settle.”

A smile spread across Raph’s beak, “And here I didn’t think you could get any uglier.”

“You ain’t so pretty yourself, turtle.” Bebop snorted, “I’ll rip out your throat.”

Rocksteady joined him, “You can take the nearly naked one. I’ll take the one with the swords.”

“Deal,” Bebop sneered then rushed Raph.

“I’ve fought bigger and uglier than you,” Raph growled rushing to meet him.

Rocksteady twirled a chain over his head, “I’m gonna give you as a gift to my boss.”

Leo just stood his ground, ready to fight.

Rocksteady sent the chain flying towards Leo, but the Turtle managed to catch it with his sword then yanked it free from the rhino’s hands. In a rage, Rocksteady rushed Leo, but Raph sent Bebop flying into him. The two fell to the floor in a heap. “Let’s get outa here,” Raph yelled.

Leo nodded and they rushed from the room closing the door behind them then barred it with one of the fallen Elite’s weapons. They both jumped when they turned and found themselves face to face with Shredder.

Nagi turned to Yoshi, “I do not know if my brother will stay and wait or run like a coward.”

“Go,” Yoshi yelled over the noise of the fight. “We’ll be fine”

“Thank you my friend,” Nagi rushed off to find Saki.

He bound up the stairs taking two at a time. He rounded a corner to see Raphael lying on the floor with one of his own sai stuck in his shoulder and Leonardo doing his best to fight the ninja master. Nagi could tell that Saki was toying with the young Turtle. Leo’s body was covered in small cuts.

“Brother!” Nagi yelled. “Your fight is with me.”

Saki kicked out, sending Leo into Raph. They both grunted in pain, but at least they were alive. Saki turned to his brother and drove his twin katana into the ground. “I have been waiting, brother.” He removed his helmet, revealing his no longer human face. Nagi wasn’t sure what to call him and decided to agree with Karai, he looked like a monster.

“What have you done to yourself?” Nagi shook his head. “Have you lost your mind?”

Saki threw his helmet to the side then removed the rest of his armor, dropping each article to the floor, “I made myself better.” His lips curled in a sneer, “I don’t need armor to beat you.” He stood without armor and pulled his katana from the ground, facing his brother.

Nagi raised his own katana, ready to fight, “Leonardo?”

“Yes, Master,” Leo’s reply was weak.

“Take Raphael and get out of here. Find your father and get back to the Foot compound,” Nagi ordered.

Leo stood, “Yes, Master.” He helped Raph up and they made their way back down the stairs.

As soon as they were out of sight, Nagi glared at his Saki, “Let’s end this.”
