"description": "[i]Moby sighed as he headed away from the small village where he lived; he was finally done with his chores, and he now had an appointment to keep. Reaching the edge of a cliff, overlooking the mighty sea, he stopped and put down the duffel bag he was carrying. Realizing he had a few minutes before his... special friend got there, he decided to pass the time with a few yoga stretches. Moby wasn't like most of the pups in his village; he was an avid tinkerer who built all kinds of structures and inventions out of whatever materials he could find. Despite all this, he wasn't the most cheerful of pups; in fact he was rather grouchy most of the time. Because of this, he often isolated himself from the other pups in the village. On rare occasions like this, he was able to show a side of himself that he preferred no on else see.\n\nAfter a good ten minutes of stretching, Moby saw the sign he had been waiting for. A beautiful purple and pink fish tail waving in the water. Realizing his friend was finally here, Moby stripped off his tank top and took a few deep breaths. He was now in just his swimming trunks and ready to go for a swim. Once he had psyched himself up, he took a running start towards the edge of the cliff, and jumped off! Tucking his legs close to his torso, Moby cannonballed into the water with a [b]SPLOOSH!![/b] Moby couldn't help but smile as the water cooled his entire body and leeched the stress out of his arms, legs, and tail. Finally straightening out his legs, Moby came to rest on the bottom, and opened his eyes. There... through the blurriness, he saw her... A beautiful female Cockapoo mer-pup with light tan fur, a white underbelly, and a purple and pink tail. Princess Coral of Puplantis.\n\n\"Hi, Moby!\" Coral said, excitedly, \"I'm so glad to see you!\" Moby wanted to reply, verbally; but doing so would only deplete his air supply. So he simply smiled and nodded. Coral smiled in return; she knew she was one of the only people on earth who could actually make Moby smile. \"My grandma doesn't know I'm out here...\" she said, \"But we should have some time to play together.\" Moby tried not to frown; Coral's grandmother was extremely distrusting of the land-dwellers. Any mer-dog who had any kind of contact with them could expect a swift and decisive punishment. Being the heir to the throne of Puplantis, it was an absolute miracle that Coral could get away from the city at all. But now, here she was; ready to play. \"C'mon!\" said Coral, gesturing behind her, \"I wanna show you this cool cove I found!\" She swam off in one direction, and Moby followed behind. He couldn't help gazing at Coral as she effortlessly wove her body through the water. Moby had to admit he felt a bit more than friendship for her... He was in love. Coral was just one of the very few people who got him, and he really appreciated that. Even so... he wasn't sure how a relationship between a land pup and a mer-pup could work out.
