Sexy Salazzle and Chari both bopped tails as he finished saying, marking their team signature.\n\n“Is it really alright to be rewarded this much?” She said, still being unsure if taking all this food would be alright.\n\nThe amount was huge for what they needed: they were given three baskets filled with a variety of berries, although the majority were Oran, Pecha and Nanab berries. While for some pokemon it may not be much, Salazzle still felt like she should be a little bit less greedy, for all she feared.\n\nHer being kicked out of Pheramar left her one heck of a scar – she did not want to have another one for taking advantage of this elderly Infernape.\n\n“Relax, young Salazzle, we as a clan cultivate these berries, and even get a few rare ones from the trees themselves, so take it as a gift of nature and do as you wish with them” Infren smiled warmly and sat on his throne laxly.\nChari bowed his head and Sexy Salazzle repeated the same action as well, somewhat scared and confused, yet trying to act as natural as she could to trust Infren’s word. Both bid farewell to Infren and the clan and began their trek back home to their cave.\n\nWhich was quite decorated, Sexy Salazzle noticed as they returned back. There wasn’t much of a variety of decorations to choose from, but they actually planted a bit of cave bells and some torchics and combuskens in the sides that could easily root on the rock and grow with no problems, despite the lack of sunlight. With the combination the cave bells would add a white and purpley coloring to the rock walls while the ground would have gentle crown sprouts on the sides of the cave to help give some green and reddish coloring to the ground\n\nSince both Chari and Sexy Salazzle are both capable of controlling their fire, flammability isn’t a problem until another fire-type incapable of keeping their fires unable to burn objects comes around.\n\nChari and Sexy Salazzle were also able to carve some niches on the rock to place a torch or two and light up the end of the cave, which also showed another place that allowed them to place the baskets and store them safely.\n\n“Wow, Chari, our home is sure looking quite nice” Sexy Salazzle said, admiring the view from within the cave to the outside. The light gently faded into the depths of the cavern as firelight was the substitute for the missing illumination for the cave.\n\n“I don’t think I’d ever do this without you” Chari replied and nuzzled Salazzle gently. Soon, Chari was grabbing Salazzle and holding her tightly while the two exchanged caring glances.\n\nMeanwhile outside, a new exploring pokemon approaches their cavern with a map on his tiny hands. He was a ashen black color with an orangish underbelly and had eyes the same color. He had three toed feet with one bigger red toe in the middle of each, and had a tail flame on the tip of his tail. He also had red armadillo-like padding on his head and back that would serve to protect him from damage.\n\nAs he walked through the sparsely vegetated badlands, he muttered to himself where he was going “okay, so the cavern should be somewhere around here” he said, not yet looking up as he guided his direction with a mildly detailed map.\n\nSoon enough, the cave was right at his right while he traveled from the north, and it took him some time to notice it in his peripheral vision. As he looked inside, he felt somewhat perplexed as to why would the cavern inside be slightly lit, but he traveled inside curiously. \n\nHe folded his map as a precaution as his eyes adjust to the creeping darkness, slowly seeing the cuddling shapes of Chari and Sexy Salazzle.\n\nChari growled and let go of Sexy Salazzle as soon as he saw the new pokemon. Being unsure of the traveler's intentions, he was ready to spring into action.\n\n\"What do you want?\" Chari snarled, keeping his front body low as he attempted to look threatening. He also spread his wings and left Sexy Salazzle somewhat perplexed, yet more worried about the hellfire that might start here.\n\nIt's not like they're going to get burned, but the decorations would likely burn up and end up being a symbol of how quickly their hard work can be done. She was also very sure the berries they recently received from Infernape would be turned to ashes if Chari doesn't control himself.\n\n\"Chari, calm down!\" Sexy Salazzle shouted as soon as she realized how horribly this might turn down.\n\nThe other pokemon close to the start of the cave was already intimidated and wanting to bolt out. \"D-dad?\" He said while he trembled in his feet and even dropped his map.\n\n\"I'm not your father, I don't even look like you\" Chari growled and took two more steps closer to the smaller pokemon, making him whimper in discomfort and fear.\n\n\"No, wait, please calm down! Let me explain\" The pokemon rushed through his words as he continued backing away.\n\n\"I don't need an explanation, you're not my son, and you're not taking away my-\" Chari sentenced, yet was interrupted by Sexy Salazzle.\n\n\"Stop! Chari! Please!\" Sexy Salazzle begged in despair, grabbing Chari's arm desperately in an attempt to stop the potential fire fight.\n\n\"Why?\" He snarled back and suddenly realized something.\n\nLooking at the walls covered in plants, he knew that if he engaged the pokemon with his fire, he'd likely burn up the decorations they worked so hard together to plant in the rocks.\n\nHe calmed down a little, yet, kept his guard up. He stood more casually than aggressively and scoped the pokemon in order to detect any sort of hostility.\n\nThe pokemon was breathing heavily in fear from the event that happened. He wanted to cry right now from the relief he feels that he might not get crushed under for doing nothing. Yet, knowing a possibility, he tried to form words out of his quivering maw.\n\n\"You mated an Archilles some cycles before, right?\" The pokemon crouched under and braced himself for any hostile attack. Keeping his flame close, he trembled fearfully still as he avoided any possibility of seeing any attacks.\n\nChari grew wide-eyed at the pokemon's question. He backed some and tried to mentally hear again what the pokemon said.\n\n\"Who are you?\" Sexy Salazzle said, looking at Chari somewhat worryfully, yet was directing her question at the new pokemon.\n\n\"My name's Torchy\" he slowly opened his eyes and looked at them pleadingly, hoping that he wouldn't get clawed and burnt \"I'm a Raptorch, I\" he stuttered and panted a little in panic \"my mom is an Archilles named Arcanda\" he said.\n\nChari looked at Torchy in disbelief. He recalled something along the lines of that being done, but he thought that it was a joke or a trick.\n\n\"Prove it\" Chari growled. He received a gaze of disbelief from Sexy Salazzle as the Chari gave a fierce glance at the pokemon, staying wary of what would happen.\n\n\"I know a move\" Torchy stood up nervously. He collapsed forwards on his knees as he tried to get up after the near heart attack inducing spectacle that he had to live through. \"Let come out, I'll show you\"\n\n'Move?' Chari wondered while Sexy Salazzle also showed some doubts to that. Yet, while both consulted through their own gazes, both somehow agreed to let Torchy show what he means, even though there is a likely chance both did for different reasons.\n\n\"Alright, show me\" Chari said as he walked forwards with Sexy Salazzle. Torchy struggled to get up, and walked clumsily outside. His tail tip left an ember or two behind as it swayed like a klutz from side to side.\n\nOnce everyone was out, Torchy took a while to regain his normal posture after being scared to near death. Sexy Salazzle did help comfort him, yet Chari sat coldly and warily in wait of reveal.\n\n\"I'm ready.\" Torchy said and pushed past to face Charizard. \"Do you know Ancient Power, by any chance?\" He said nervously, yet tried to stay strong to not fall down again. He already accepted the fact that it might be possible that he might need to battle it out.\n\n\"I do…\" Charizard looked out, showing slowly a much deeper kind of frown as he stared blankly at the sky. \"My mega stone is one thing, but Ancient Power… I'll never forget that move to as long as I live\" he said somewhat fiercely as he kept looking out deeply.\n\n\"You alright, Chari?\" Sexy Salazzle asked, arching a brow as she looked at Chari somewhat concerned.\n\n\"Somewhat\" he said but then turned his attention again to Torchy \"So you really know Ancient Power?\" He asked skeptically.\n\n\"I don't know how\" he asked somewhat confused \"they said that pokemon can pass down their moves to their eggs, but nobody in my village has ever heard of a Raptorch knowing my move\" he said in an explaining manner.\n\n\"That's how you found us?\" Sexy Salazzle replied and quickly corrected herself \"well, Chari?\"\n\nTorchy nodded at her and turned his gaze again towards Chari. He looked stronger now, feeling like this was exactly why he went through all this trouble for \"you must have been with mom enough for her to know that\" he said somewhat strongly \"nobody else is known to know Ancient Power, but the two of us\" he said somewhat intensely, with eyes that show more courage than he's ever shown so far.\n\n\"Then prove you know the move\" he said with arms crossed.\n\nTorchy looked at a pile of rocks and quickly closed his eyes as he focused on himself for a little. Soon enough rocks started floating around him as they were glazed with a mystical energy. \"Ancient Power!\" He shouted and used the move against the pile of rocks he looked at earlier.\n\nThe rocks exploded a little, releasing the mystical energy that was stored within them. What was left was a pile of smaller rocks and a few that came from the move itself.\n\nChari and Sexy Salazzle both looked in awe as Torchy showed his display of skill in the move. Not even Salazzle knew about the move since she doesn't recall having battles with Chari, nor seeing Chari use the move when they had to defend themselves from hostile outsiders.\n\nChari was much more convinced now of what he had seen. Recalling the way he used the move, he repeated the same action Torchy executed and used it at the pile of smaller rocks, making the rocks in it much smaller now as they cracked from the power of the attack.\n\nTorchy looked at Chari with beaming eyes. He instinctively said \"you are my dad!\" And went to hug Chari quickly, although his head was pushed off by his father's clawed hand as he thought for a minute.\n\n\"You are my son, but I don't exactly feel like you are somehow… you really are Arcanda's only son?\" He said, looking at Torchy somewhat doubtfully, and with a hint of apathy and disconnect from how the Raptorch feels.\n\n\"Yes, she really is nice, even let me go out to find you even though she said she doesn't like you anymore\" he said somewhat carelessly, as Chari winced from the last few words that came out of Torchy.\n\n\"Okay\" he said and quickly took off, flying off into the distance with a hurt expression.\n\nTorchy sat there in disappointment from what just happened. He looked down somewhat confused and curled up in his dispair.\n\nSexy Salazzle in the meantime, stayed up and looked at Chari as his shaped disappeared in the mountain above the cave. She thought briefly what must have gotten into Chari and why he hasn’t told her anything Torchy claims that is true.\n\nThen her inner conscious started yelling at her to pay attention to Torchy as soon as she caught ear of Torchy’s sniffling. She then switch to a more quadrupedal stance and approached Torchy, seeing the tears that gently flow down Torchy’s face.\n\nShe slowly felt sorry for what Torchy was going through, as she kept hearing Torchy keep sniffling as he shed tears in silence. Sexy Salazzle thought about what to do for a minute here and slowly figured out a path to take - more or less.\n\n“Torchy?” She said calmly to the raptor-like pokemon. It was curious for Sexy Salazzle how did these not catch fire or even give in and let the berries turn to ash.\n\n\"Oh, I'm sorry, Salazzle, I didn't mean to, my tail flame just doesn't know how to stop spewing embers like it does\" Torchy said guiltily and apologetically, yet Sexy Salazzle only replied with an exasperated tone.\n\n\"Well, I'll forgive you, Torchy\" she said and looked sideways towards the destruction that existed. “Is it really alright to be rewarded this much?” She said, still being unsure if taking all this food would be alright.

The amount was huge for what they needed: they were given three baskets filled with a variety of berries, although the majority were Oran, Pecha and Nanab berries. While for some pokemon it may not be much, Salazzle still felt like she should be a little bit less greedy, for all she feared.

Her being kicked out of Pheramar left her one heck of a scar – she did not want to have another one for taking advantage of this elderly Infernape.

“Relax, young Salazzle, we as a clan cultivate these berries, and even get a few rare ones from the trees themselves, so take it as a gift of nature and do as you wish with them” Infren smiled warmly and sat on his throne laxly.
Chari bowed his head and Sexy Salazzle repeated the same action as well, somewhat scared and confused, yet trying to act as natural as she could to trust Infren’s word. Both bid farewell to Infren and the clan and began their trek back home to their cave.

Which was quite decorated, Sexy Salazzle noticed as they returned back. There wasn’t much of a variety of decorations to choose from, but they actually planted a bit of cave bells and some torchics and combuskens in the sides that could easily root on the rock and grow with no problems, despite the lack of sunlight. With the combination the cave bells would add a white and purpley coloring to the rock walls while the ground would have gentle crown sprouts on the sides of the cave to help give some green and reddish coloring to the ground

Since both Chari and Sexy Salazzle are both capable of controlling their fire, flammability isn’t a problem until another fire-type incapable of keeping their fires unable to burn objects comes around.

Chari and Sexy Salazzle were also able to carve some niches on the rock to place a torch or two and light up the end of the cave, which also showed another place that allowed them to place the baskets and store them safely.

“Wow, Chari, our home is sure looking quite nice” Sexy Salazzle said, admiring the view from within the cave to the outside. The light gently faded into the depths of the cavern as firelight was the substitute for the missing illumination for the cave.

“I don’t think I’d ever do this without you” Chari replied and nuzzled Salazzle gently. Soon, Chari was grabbing Salazzle and holding her tightly while the two exchanged caring glances.

Meanwhile outside, a new exploring pokemon approaches their cavern with a map on his tiny hands. He was a ashen black color with an orangish underbelly and had eyes the same color. He had three toed feet with one bigger red toe in the middle of each, and had a tail flame on the tip of his tail. He also had red armadillo-like padding on his head and back that would serve to protect him from damage.

As he walked through the sparsely vegetated badlands, he muttered to himself where he was going “okay, so the cavern should be somewhere around here” he said, not yet looking up as he guided his direction with a mildly detailed map.

Soon enough, the cave was right at his right while he traveled from the north, and it took him some time to notice it in his peripheral vision. As he looked inside, he felt somewhat perplexed as to why would the cavern inside be slightly lit, but he traveled inside curiously.

He folded his map as a precaution as his eyes adjust to the creeping darkness, slowly seeing the cuddling shapes of Chari and Sexy Salazzle.

Chari growled and let go of Sexy Salazzle as soon as he saw the new pokemon. Being unsure of the traveler's intentions, he was ready to spring into action.

"What do you want?" Chari snarled, keeping his front body low as he attempted to look threatening. He also spread his wings and left Sexy Salazzle somewhat perplexed, yet more worried about the hellfire that might start here.

It's not like they're going to get burned, but the decorations would likely burn up and end up being a symbol of how quickly their hard work can be done. She was also very sure the berries they recently received from Infernape would be turned to ashes if Chari doesn't control himself.

"Chari, calm down!" Sexy Salazzle shouted as soon as she realized how horribly this might turn down.

The other pokemon close to the start of the cave was already intimidated and wanting to bolt out. "D-dad?" He said while he trembled in his feet and even dropped his map.

"I'm not your father, I don't even look like you" Chari growled and took two more steps closer to the smaller pokemon, making him whimper in discomfort and fear.

"No, wait, please calm down! Let me explain" The pokemon rushed through his words as he continued backing away.

"I don't need an explanation, you're not my son, and you're not taking away my-" Chari sentenced, yet was interrupted by Sexy Salazzle.

"Stop! Chari! Please!" Sexy Salazzle begged in despair, grabbing Chari's arm desperately in an attempt to stop the potential fire fight.

"Why?" He snarled back and suddenly realized something.

Looking at the walls covered in plants, he knew that if he engaged the pokemon with his fire, he'd likely burn up the decorations they worked so hard together to plant in the rocks.

He calmed down a little, yet, kept his guard up. He stood more casually than aggressively and scoped the pokemon in order to detect any sort of hostility.

The pokemon was breathing heavily in fear from the event that happened. He wanted to cry right now from the relief he feels that he might not get crushed under for doing nothing. Yet, knowing a possibility, he tried to form words out of his quivering maw.

"You mated an Archilles some cycles before, right?" The pokemon crouched under and braced himself for any hostile attack. Keeping his flame close, he trembled fearfully still as he avoided any possibility of seeing any attacks.

Chari grew wide-eyed at the pokemon's question. He backed some and tried to mentally hear again what the pokemon said.

"Who are you?" Sexy Salazzle said, looking at Chari somewhat worryfully, yet was directing her question at the new pokemon.

"My name's Torchy" he slowly opened his eyes and looked at them pleadingly, hoping that he wouldn't get clawed and burnt "I'm a Raptorch, I" he stuttered and panted a little in panic "my mom is an Archilles named Arcanda" he said.

Chari looked at Torchy in disbelief. He recalled something along the lines of that being done, but he thought that it was a joke or a trick.

"Prove it" Chari growled. He received a gaze of disbelief from Sexy Salazzle as the Chari gave a fierce glance at the pokemon, staying wary of what would happen.

"I know a move" Torchy stood up nervously. He collapsed forwards on his knees as he tried to get up after the near heart attack inducing spectacle that he had to live through. "Let come out, I'll show you"

'Move?' Chari wondered while Sexy Salazzle also showed some doubts to that. Yet, while both consulted through their own gazes, both somehow agreed to let Torchy show what he means, even though there is a likely chance both did for different reasons.

"Alright, show me" Chari said as he walked forwards with Sexy Salazzle. Torchy struggled to get up, and walked clumsily outside. His tail tip left an ember or two behind as it swayed like a klutz from side to side.

"I do…" Charizard looked out, showing slowly a much deeper kind of frown as he stared blankly at the sky. "My mega stone is one thing, but Ancient Power… I'll never forget that move to as long as I live" he said somewhat fiercely as he kept looking out deeply.

"Somewhat" he said but then turned his attention again to Torchy "So you really know Ancient Power?" He asked skeptically.

"I don't know how" he asked somewhat confused "they said that pokemon can pass down their moves to their eggs, but nobody in my village has ever heard of a Raptorch knowing my move" he said in an explaining manner.

Torchy nodded at her and turned his gaze again towards Chari. He looked stronger now, feeling like this was exactly why he went through all this trouble for "you must have been with mom enough for her to know that" he said somewhat strongly "nobody else is known to know Ancient Power, but the two of us" he said somewhat intensely, with eyes that show more courage than he's ever shown so far.

"Then prove you know the move" he said with arms crossed.

Torchy looked at a pile of rocks and quickly closed his eyes as he focused on himself for a little. Soon enough rocks started floating around him as they were glazed with a mystical energy. "Ancient Power!" He shouted and used the move against the pile of rocks he looked at earlier.

The rocks exploded a little, releasing the mystical energy that was stored within them. What was left was a pile of smaller rocks and a few that came from the move itself.

Chari and Sexy Salazzle both looked in awe as Torchy showed his display of skill in the move. Not even Salazzle knew about the move since she doesn't recall having battles with Chari, nor seeing Chari use the move when they had to defend themselves from hostile outsiders.

Chari was much more convinced now of what he had seen. Recalling the way he used the move, he repeated the same action Torchy executed and used it at the pile of smaller rocks, making the rocks in it much smaller now as they cracked from the power of the attack.

"Okay" he said and quickly took off, flying off into the distance with a hurt expression.

Torchy sat there in disappointment from what just happened. He looked down somewhat confused and curled up in his dispair.
