He is more than ready to fight him and anything that stands in his way. He then noticed the dead body of a Breloom nearby, it seems like that one died not too long ago...all the more reason to kill this Raichu. \n\"Wait, weren't you trying to capture him or something?!\" The Builzel said as he pointed at the Lucario and the human. \n\"That doesn't concern you.\" Luca scoffed at Zel. \"You won't live long enough to make good on the knowledge anyways.\"\n\n\"Let's just say he's switched sides, and leave it at that.\" \nLoona says in response to him. Loona looks at the situation before her, at Shia and Veera. \n\"Oh no... you tried to save him too... didn't you Veera?\" She says to herself as her eyes lay upon the body of Brene. She only assumes this is the help Veera tried to hire to do the job. It seems she has failed. \"I knew we should have tried to find you sooner. Dammit!\" \nEilumi reaches to comfort her, but she shakes her head. She had to think in the here and now, not on what might have been.\nHer eyes snap to Zel. \"So this is where you ran off to. Back to your shitty friend, for protection, eh? It won't help you.\" \nEilumi whispers to her. \n\"We'll secure the hostages. You take the Buizel. Leave the Raichu for our new friend here.\" \nRai draws his blade. \"Like hell you will.\" His cheeks charge, as does his hands. So the bitch has a spear, a noobies weapon, and this walk-in has two swords? \nThis... might be challenging. At least others don't have- \nHe watches as the birds both draw shortblades, and the dog takes out a hammer that he twirls around like a baton. \"... Well.... Well shit.\"\n\nJoshua trusts that the Lucario is going to live up to his rank of Ace, and the Raichu seems to be the only one with iron so he just stands 'in reserve' for now. \"I suppose you won't need any help, Luca?\" \n\"No, not at all...\" The Lucario calmly steps forward, getting his swords ready in his paws. \"I'm here to confiscate your badge.\" \n\"D-damn it...\" Zel can see that this situation is really bad, he pulls Shia's leash to get him close...and begins placing the Shinx in front of himself like some sort of shield in case they come attack him. \nThe Shinx has some idea of what his intention is, but he doesn't fight it. His leash got pulled so roughly it gave him a little choke though.\n\n\"My... badge?\" Rai chuckles. \"And I suppose you'll be confiscating my sword as well?\" He mocks. \"Can I get you anything else while you're here? A cup of coffee? A fresh use on one of my slaves, perhaps? Or are you one of those goodie goodies, like the one over there?\" He nods towards the fallen brene. He holds the blade out in front of him. \"Okay, cut the crap. I can tell you're not really in with these guys. So what are you [i]Really[/i] here for?\" \n\"Trying to use my friend as a shield?\" Loona growls. \"You really are a worm, you know that?\" Her eyes remain glued to her opponent. \nWhile Loona is dealing with the Bwo-eez-ill, and Luca dealing with the Rat Raider, Khaun quickly makes his way over to Veera, picking her up. \"Don't worry, mam. We're here to help. Lets get you to safety.\"\n\n\"I'm here to pay back a favor for them, for starters...and the payment I will give them is your life.\" He points his swords at Rai. \"I don't know who that is, but if she fell that easily to the likes of you, iron or not, then i don't have much to care about her. Do not assume I'm weak like her just because I am a guild member too.\"\n\"Don't even try to come close, you came to save him too huh?! Well can strangle with this collar he has around his neck!\" The Buizel angrily shouted at her. \"I knew that stupid fire-type would tell you where to find us!\" \nThe Jolteon looks at this strange creature that is holding her, she never saw the likes of it before, she never saw the likes of it before so naturally she is scared of him.\n\n\"Hmph, so be it.\" Rai growls, charging his electrical powers during this whole conversation. He decides to open with a thunder punch, but it's comboed with his sword instead of a punch. He hopes that if the Lucario tries to block it, he might get paralyzed for an easy win. \n\"You think you've got it all figured out, don't you?\" Loona growls as she holds her spear at the ready. \"You think you can just hide behind Shia and stop me from killing you? Well, you're forgetting something...\" She grins maliciously. \n\"Don't worry, mam, we're almost there.\" He carries/drags her under the dropship. Before Veera has a chance to respond, the two of them are no longer in the deserts, but now inside the dropship. \n\"Don't worry, you're safe now.\"\n\nLuca knows better than to just open with an attack against an electric type, if he isn't careful he knows he can be out sped. So first he decides to be defensive and use Detect to, well, detect what Rai is trying to do dodge his sword attack at last moment before retaliating by swinging the sword on his right hand toward the rat's side. \n\"What...the fuck are you talking about?!\" Zel...doesn't quite know what Loona is on about, and that's making him very nervous. the way she is holding her spear too...is she saying she is going just pierce right through the Shinx to get to him?! \nSafe? in here? what happened? what place is this? where did everyone else go? Veera is getting more and more agitated as the confusion makes her more fearful.\n\nRai barely manages to leap to the side as the sword comes to the side, he counters with his own overhead swing. Looks like this wasn't going to be as easy as he was hoping. \n\"You forget... there's one of you.... And three of us.\" She grins. Before Zel can even ask what she means by that, or remember the fact that there were two unaccounted for 'mon's that accompanied her, he feels a foot slam right into the side of his face, kicking him off to the side. Before he can retaliate, a large paw grabs him from behind, picking him up like a ragdoll. Zel is made to look into the visor of the massive protogen, who's visor is now almost all red, save for some black 'eyes' and a black, crookedly grimmacing 'mouth'. \n\"You must have many questions, mam. But suffice it to say we mean you no harm.\" Khaun says calmly as he takes off his trenchcoat, and puts it around Veera.\n\nLuca has a sword on his other paw that comes in handy for this, he swings it at Rai's sword to divert it's course so it doesn't hit him. Then he gets the idea of doing this even more, if he keeps this up surely he can disarm this Raichu. But for now he backs off a little, though the human getting between just now was a little unexpected. \n\"I understand that you got this, Luca. But i don't want to miss my chance too, do you mind if I fight him a little?\" Joshua asked as he takes out the Avali sword he got for himself back then. \"And as for you.\" He begins addressing the Raichu now, and he sounds like he his barely containing his anger. \"You won't live to see the end of this day, i am already feeling quite stressed knowing that someone died just now because i kept everyone from getting here faster.\" Yes, he blames himself for that dead Breloom too, one way or another. \"I will show you that even iron can break.\" \nSo he intends to switch things up now huh? The Lucario wishes he didn't, the human sounds like he is just going to take his time with Rai, but if anything happens he is here. \n\"Argh!\" The Buizel's vision was left blurry for a moment due to how hard to blow to his head was. Then he got picked up by Protogen, Zel begins screaming in fear and tries to shake himself off of his grip. \nShia coughed a little as he feel to the ground, Zel was pressing the collar around his neck a little too hard there... \nWhat Khaun did calmed the Jolteon a bit. \"W....wh...o?\" She asked him.\n\n\"What the heck is this now?\" Rai growls at this newcomer, his cheeks sparkle with electricity. \"More strange mons?\" \nOnce he hears about the dead breloom, he chuckles a bit. \n\"Yeah, real sad that. Truth is, I had planned on having my way with her, but hey, an opportunity is an opportunity, besides, I have my-\" He looks over to Shia and Veera briefly, seeing the latter missing and Zel on the verge of losing control of the other one. And his life. \n\"Why you little bastards!\" Rai growls. He uses Agility to increase his speed, and goes after Joshua with his Iron. Eilumi wraps his arms around Shia, dragging him from the fight. \"Don't worry little buddy, we're here for you.\" \nNine screams at him, and then throws him aside, right at Loona's feet. \n\"Any last words, you little shit?\" Loona growls menacingly as she points the spear right at him. \"And keep it brief. Your other buddy is waiting for you to suck his cock in hell.\" \n\"My name is Khaun. AEF 21st Highwind Regiment, Ghost Bear pack. But you can just call me Khaun, mam. And... you are?\"\n\nJoshua doesn't show much impressive swordsmanship with what he does. Growling, he thrusted his word into the sand and performed an upwards slash with it towards the incoming Raichu, but this was more to raise a cloud of sand on his face to distract. And then now that he is holding it right above his head he does a follow up that is an actual attack, bringing his weapon down with a strong overhead slash.\n\"N-No! i don't want to die!\" Zel fearfully blurted, now he is scrambling to get back on his feet to get away from the Linoone.\n\"I...i...\" Veera takes in a few breaths. \"I'm...Veera...\"\n\nRai leaps backwards, being no stranger to this technique himself. He's used it on many overconfident mons that thought they were all that, so he's not about to fall for it himself. \n\"You should have thought about that before raping other mons in the dungeon. Now, it's too late.\" She stabs the spear straight into Zel, without a shred of mercy or remorse. \"Give your buddy my regards in hell, you son of a bitch.\" \nHe gives Veera a small hug, before letting go. \"You must have been through a lot, huh?\" He says. He does hope to talk to her more later, but for now, he realizes that this might not be the best time for conversation.\nEilumi continues to hold Shia with him, protecting him from the violence around them.\n\nJoshua ended up striking the ground hard enough to made the blade of his sword crack. Regardless he doesn't relent on his attack, from the current position he is right now he lunges forward and thrusts his sword towards Rai in an attempt to pierce him all the way through with it.\n\"GAAAAHHHH!!\" Loona's spear pierced right through his chest and got to his heart. Zel still had a bit of life in him to hear the Linoone's lasts words for him before he expired and fell down on the sand.\n\"What's...going on?! what are you guys?!\" Shia said, scared of these pokémon that he never saw before, that one fighting against the Raichu right now looks particularly vicious to him.\n\nRai's Agility allows him to leap over the sword, and step on it, forcing the blade to the ground with his own weight.\n\"Heh, rookie.\" Rai sneers as he counters with his own sword stab.\nLoona withdraws her spear from the fallen Buizel's chest, She looks upon the two fighting, surprised to see Josh fighting him now instead. She turns to Shia, and her expression turns soft. She runs up to him, and hugs him, tightly, Eilumi letting go just before she does.\n\"Shia!!\" She cries as she embraces her old friend. \"I've missed you so much. Thank The Maze you're alright! I-\"\nHer attention once again turns to the fight between Josh and Rai, she sees him step on the sword and stab forward. \n\"-I'm sorry, Shia. But... I think I still have a fight to finish.\" She says, her determination on her face. \"You were brave for us in the past, now it's my turn to be brave for you and Veera.\" She turns to Nine. \"Take him back to the dropship. I've got unfinished business here.\"\n\"But-\"\n\"Do it.\" Eilumi cuts Nine's protests off. Nine nods and takes shia by the shoulders and lifts him onto his two feet.\n\"Don't worry kid.\" Eilumi says reassuringly. \"We're friends of Loona. You'll be fine.\"\nNine leads him out of the battle, while Loona twirls her spear in her paws, getting ready to enter the fray herself.\nEilumi sees Luca sitting there. He takes out one of his flashbangs, and tosses it to the Lucario. \n\"I trust you know how these work. Pull the pin and throw it, if you weren't paying attention the last time.\"\n\nRai's sword was able to pierce the human's flesh, going right through a gap between his ribs and managing to stab something in there...\nThe Lucario takes the object the Avali tossed to him. \"I'm a quick learner...\" He then looked at Joshua and noticed what just happened, at first he though he was doing alright, he didn't even heard a scream from the human! regardless the situation is looking critical, he begins going over to help but Loona is way ahead of him.\n\"Wipe that smile off your face...\" Joshua indeed did not made a noise of pain, instead he still look way more determined to hurt Rai as ever, if not more now. He firmly grasped the Raichu's wrist, the same one that he is using to wold his iron sword, and begins pulling it, making Rai's blade go even deeper and get even more stuck in his chest, he has no intention of letting go either. He is doing this so that he can keep Rai in place so the others can get a chance to finally hit him while he is vulnerable. \"It's...OVER!\"\n\n\"Heh, not bad, but you forgot one thing.\"Rai taunts as his cheeks charge up. \"I'm an electric type, and Iron conducts electricity! SAY GOODBYE!\" \nHe is about to let off a powerful thunderbolt attack, at point blank range, when suddenly - \n[i]Slish[/i] \nHe sees part of a spear jutting out of his chest. \n\"Not on my watch, you son of a bitch!\" Loona hisses from behind him, holding the spear straight into him. The spear is just barely through enough not to stab Josh in the process.\n\nJoshua's eyes gazed down at the spear tip almost stabbing him as well, then he gaze up at Rai once more.\nHe still holding his wrist until he is sure he is dead. When Luca saw that she managed to pierce the Raichu he stopped on his tracks and held his breath as he expected the rat to finally die.\n\nRai's eyes shift to Josh, to Shia, to Luca. And then, they closed. \nThere were no words. No final taunt. No pleas for mercy. No apologies. Nothing. He just fell to his knees, and then, face first onto the sands, dead. There are no words from Loona, none from Eilumi, and none from the others. \nThe only words are, ironically from Khaun, still on the ship from Veera, but watching it from the windows. They aren't much, but they are words. \n\"Rai is dead. As is the Buizel. It's over.\"\n\nWatching Rai fall, Luca expected the human to do the same shortly afterwards, but... \nJoshua began letting out shallow breaths, at first it looked like his grip on his sword would fail him but he held it firmly and stabbed it into the sand to support himself. \"Finally...we got him.\" Some blood dripped from his mouth when he spoke, he brought a hand to his mouth to wipe it off. He sees how everyone is looking at him, and he gotta admit the situation is bad but. \"He managed to hit a heart...I should be conscious for a few hours from now.\" \nLuca is...surprised, did he said 'a heart'? as in imply he's got more than one? \"Then?\" He can't help but sound a little worried for him. \n\"We got more than enough time to get to the biolab in the ship to fix this but I don't want to push it further if i'm being honest.\" Joshua does look like he wants to be careful moving his torso now, even his speech sounds like he is trying to use it sparingly. Rai's sword is still stuck in his torso too, but he would rather not take it off now as he knows he is going to paint a lot of the sand red if he messes with it.\n\n\"Oh... good.\" Eilumi sighs with relief. \"I thought we'd lost you there for a moment.\" \nLoona pulls the spear from Rai's body. She walks over to Nine, and hands him the spear, while she kneels down, and takes Shia by the hand. \"It's gonna be okay, Shia.\" She says calmly. \"It's over now.\"\n\"One more thing before we go.\" Eilumi says as he walks over to the fallen Brene. \n\"What should we do with her? I... Don't think we should just leave her there like that.\" \n\"Was that dead person a friend of yours?\" Khaun asks Veera. \"They're discussing what to do with her now.\"\n\nJoshua walks over to everyone. He looks down at Shia, so this is the one they came to rescue huh? it's good to see that at least he is still alright. \nLuca went over to Rai to take his badge like he said he would, looting it from a dead corpse was pretty easy. After doing that he goes back to everyone. \"So, what are you going to do now?\" \n\"What about the Breloom, Lucas?\" Joshua asked, seeing as the Lucario seemingly forgot to take her badge too. \n\"She is a guild member, and her badge belongs to her, it's in it's rightful place.\" \nShia can't believe it, Rai is dead? really dead? That is a big relief for him but...he still remembers what he did to Veera. \"It's...it's not gonna be o-okay, Loona...\" \nThe Jolteon gives a shakey nod. \"Yes, s-she was a friend of mine.\" She looks down, feeling some heavy guilt for how pointless Brene's dead was in the end of things. \"Just...just please don't leave her there...\"\n\n\"Shia... Act 7: Showdown

The noise began scaring Zel, and when they showed up, he got scared even more, he thought they could set up an ambush for them but they just...appeared out thin her from that flying thing? "Y-Yes! it's them! it's them!"
"W-what's going on?!" Shia is outright panicking, looking at all these strange individuals that appear and.... "L...Loona?!"
Veera didn't react much when the ship appeared, she was in an almost catatonic state, but when she saw Loona she let out a gasp.
"You...there you are." Joshua said when he saw the Raichu. He is more than ready to fight him and anything that stands in his way. He then noticed the dead body of a Breloom nearby, it seems like that one died not too long ago...all the more reason to kill this Raichu.
"Wait, weren't you trying to capture him or something?!" The Builzel said as he pointed at the Lucario and the human.
"That doesn't concern you." Luca scoffed at Zel. "You won't live long enough to make good on the knowledge anyways."

"Let's just say he's switched sides, and leave it at that."
Loona says in response to him. Loona looks at the situation before her, at Shia and Veera.
"Oh no... you tried to save him too... didn't you Veera?" She says to herself as her eyes lay upon the body of Brene. She only assumes this is the help Veera tried to hire to do the job. It seems she has failed. "I knew we should have tried to find you sooner. Dammit!"
Eilumi reaches to comfort her, but she shakes her head. She had to think in the here and now, not on what might have been.
Her eyes snap to Zel. "So this is where you ran off to. Back to your shitty friend, for protection, eh? It won't help you."
Eilumi whispers to her.
"We'll secure the hostages. You take the Buizel. Leave the Raichu for our new friend here."
Rai draws his blade. "Like hell you will." His cheeks charge, as does his hands. So the bitch has a spear, a noobies weapon, and this walk-in has two swords?
This... might be challenging. At least others don't have-
He watches as the birds both draw shortblades, and the dog takes out a hammer that he twirls around like a baton. "... Well.... Well shit."

Joshua trusts that the Lucario is going to live up to his rank of Ace, and the Raichu seems to be the only one with iron so he just stands 'in reserve' for now. "I suppose you won't need any help, Luca?"
"No, not at all..." The Lucario calmly steps forward, getting his swords ready in his paws. "I'm here to confiscate your badge."
"D-damn it..." Zel can see that this situation is really bad, he pulls Shia's leash to get him close...and begins placing the Shinx in front of himself like some sort of shield in case they come attack him.
The Shinx has some idea of what his intention is, but he doesn't fight it. His leash got pulled so roughly it gave him a little choke though.

"My... badge?" Rai chuckles. "And I suppose you'll be confiscating my sword as well?" He mocks. "Can I get you anything else while you're here? A cup of coffee? A fresh use on one of my slaves, perhaps? Or are you one of those goodie goodies, like the one over there?" He nods towards the fallen brene. He holds the blade out in front of him. "Okay, cut the crap. I can tell you're not really in with these guys. So what are you Really here for?"
"Trying to use my friend as a shield?" Loona growls. "You really are a worm, you know that?" Her eyes remain glued to her opponent.
While Loona is dealing with the Bwo-eez-ill, and Luca dealing with the Rat Raider, Khaun quickly makes his way over to Veera, picking her up. "Don't worry, mam. We're here to help. Lets get you to safety."

"I'm here to pay back a favor for them, for starters...and the payment I will give them is your life." He points his swords at Rai. "I don't know who that is, but if she fell that easily to the likes of you, iron or not, then i don't have much to care about her. Do not assume I'm weak like her just because I am a guild member too."
"Don't even try to come close, you came to save him too huh?! Well can strangle with this collar he has around his neck!" The Buizel angrily shouted at her. "I knew that stupid fire-type would tell you where to find us!"
The Jolteon looks at this strange creature that is holding her, she never saw the likes of it before, she never saw the likes of it before so naturally she is scared of him.

"Hmph, so be it." Rai growls, charging his electrical powers during this whole conversation. He decides to open with a thunder punch, but it's comboed with his sword instead of a punch. He hopes that if the Lucario tries to block it, he might get paralyzed for an easy win.
"You think you've got it all figured out, don't you?" Loona growls as she holds her spear at the ready. "You think you can just hide behind Shia and stop me from killing you? Well, you're forgetting something..." She grins maliciously.
"Don't worry, mam, we're almost there." He carries/drags her under the dropship. Before Veera has a chance to respond, the two of them are no longer in the deserts, but now inside the dropship.
"Don't worry, you're safe now."

Luca knows better than to just open with an attack against an electric type, if he isn't careful he knows he can be out sped. So first he decides to be defensive and use Detect to, well, detect what Rai is trying to do dodge his sword attack at last moment before retaliating by swinging the sword on his right hand toward the rat's side.
"What...the fuck are you talking about?!" Zel...doesn't quite know what Loona is on about, and that's making him very nervous. the way she is holding her spear too...is she saying she is going just pierce right through the Shinx to get to him?!
Safe? in here? what happened? what place is this? where did everyone else go? Veera is getting more and more agitated as the confusion makes her more fearful.

Rai barely manages to leap to the side as the sword comes to the side, he counters with his own overhead swing. Looks like this wasn't going to be as easy as he was hoping.
"You forget... there's one of you.... And three of us." She grins. Before Zel can even ask what she means by that, or remember the fact that there were two unaccounted for 'mon's that accompanied her, he feels a foot slam right into the side of his face, kicking him off to the side. Before he can retaliate, a large paw grabs him from behind, picking him up like a ragdoll. Zel is made to look into the visor of the massive protogen, who's visor is now almost all red, save for some black 'eyes' and a black, crookedly grimmacing 'mouth'.
"You must have many questions, mam. But suffice it to say we mean you no harm." Khaun says calmly as he takes off his trenchcoat, and puts it around Veera.

Luca has a sword on his other paw that comes in handy for this, he swings it at Rai's sword to divert it's course so it doesn't hit him. Then he gets the idea of doing this even more, if he keeps this up surely he can disarm this Raichu. But for now he backs off a little, though the human getting between just now was a little unexpected.
"I understand that you got this, Luca. But i don't want to miss my chance too, do you mind if I fight him a little?" Joshua asked as he takes out the Avali sword he got for himself back then. "And as for you." He begins addressing the Raichu now, and he sounds like he his barely containing his anger. "You won't live to see the end of this day, i am already feeling quite stressed knowing that someone died just now because i kept everyone from getting here faster." Yes, he blames himself for that dead Breloom too, one way or another. "I will show you that even iron can break."
So he intends to switch things up now huh? The Lucario wishes he didn't, the human sounds like he is just going to take his time with Rai, but if anything happens he is here.
"Argh!" The Buizel's vision was left blurry for a moment due to how hard to blow to his head was. Then he got picked up by Protogen, Zel begins screaming in fear and tries to shake himself off of his grip.
Shia coughed a little as he feel to the ground, Zel was pressing the collar around his neck a little too hard there...
What Khaun did calmed the Jolteon a bit. "W....wh...o?" She asked him.

"What the heck is this now?" Rai growls at this newcomer, his cheeks sparkle with electricity. "More strange mons?"
Once he hears about the dead breloom, he chuckles a bit.
"Yeah, real sad that. Truth is, I had planned on having my way with her, but hey, an opportunity is an opportunity, besides, I have my-" He looks over to Shia and Veera briefly, seeing the latter missing and Zel on the verge of losing control of the other one. And his life.
"Why you little bastards!" Rai growls. He uses Agility to increase his speed, and goes after Joshua with his Iron. Eilumi wraps his arms around Shia, dragging him from the fight. "Don't worry little buddy, we're here for you."
Nine screams at him, and then throws him aside, right at Loona's feet.
"Any last words, you little shit?" Loona growls menacingly as she points the spear right at him. "And keep it brief. Your other buddy is waiting for you to suck his cock in hell."
"My name is Khaun. AEF 21st Highwind Regiment, Ghost Bear pack. But you can just call me Khaun, mam. And... you are?"

Joshua doesn't show much impressive swordsmanship with what he does. Growling, he thrusted his word into the sand and performed an upwards slash with it towards the incoming Raichu, but this was more to raise a cloud of sand on his face to distract. And then now that he is holding it right above his head he does a follow up that is an actual attack, bringing his weapon down with a strong overhead slash.
"N-No! i don't want to die!" Zel fearfully blurted, now he is scrambling to get back on his feet to get away from the Linoone.
"I...i..." Veera takes in a few breaths. "I'm...Veera..."

Rai leaps backwards, being no stranger to this technique himself. He's used it on many overconfident mons that thought they were all that, so he's not about to fall for it himself.
"You should have thought about that before raping other mons in the dungeon. Now, it's too late." She stabs the spear straight into Zel, without a shred of mercy or remorse. "Give your buddy my regards in hell, you son of a bitch."
He gives Veera a small hug, before letting go. "You must have been through a lot, huh?" He says. He does hope to talk to her more later, but for now, he realizes that this might not be the best time for conversation.
Eilumi continues to hold Shia with him, protecting him from the violence around them.

Joshua ended up striking the ground hard enough to made the blade of his sword crack. Regardless he doesn't relent on his attack, from the current position he is right now he lunges forward and thrusts his sword towards Rai in an attempt to pierce him all the way through with it.
"GAAAAHHHH!!" Loona's spear pierced right through his chest and got to his heart. Zel still had a bit of life in him to hear the Linoone's lasts words for him before he expired and fell down on the sand.
"What's...going on?! what are you guys?!" Shia said, scared of these pokémon that he never saw before, that one fighting against the Raichu right now looks particularly vicious to him.

Rai's Agility allows him to leap over the sword, and step on it, forcing the blade to the ground with his own weight.
"Heh, rookie." Rai sneers as he counters with his own sword stab.
Loona withdraws her spear from the fallen Buizel's chest, She looks upon the two fighting, surprised to see Josh fighting him now instead.  She turns to Shia, and her expression turns soft. She runs up to him, and hugs him, tightly, Eilumi letting go just before she does.
"Shia!!" She cries as she embraces her old friend. "I've missed you so much. Thank The Maze you're alright! I-"
Her attention once again turns to the fight between Josh and Rai, she sees him step on the sword and stab forward.
"-I'm sorry, Shia. But... I think I still have a fight to finish." She says, her determination on her face. "You were brave for us in the past, now it's my turn to be brave for you and Veera." She turns to Nine. "Take him back to the dropship. I've got unfinished business here."
"But-"
"Do it." Eilumi cuts Nine's protests off.  Nine nods and takes shia by the shoulders and lifts him onto his two feet.
"Don't worry kid." Eilumi says reassuringly. "We're friends of Loona. You'll be fine."
Nine leads him out of the battle, while Loona twirls her spear in her paws, getting ready to enter the fray herself.
Eilumi sees Luca sitting there. He takes out one of his flashbangs, and tosses it to the Lucario.
"I trust you know how these work. Pull the pin and throw it, if you weren't paying attention the last time."

Rai's sword was able to pierce the human's flesh, going right through a gap between his ribs and managing to stab something in there...
The Lucario takes the object the Avali tossed to him. "I'm a quick learner..." He then looked at Joshua and noticed what just happened, at first he though he was doing alright, he didn't even heard a scream from the human! regardless the situation is looking critical, he begins going over to help but Loona is way ahead of him.
"Wipe that smile off your face..." Joshua indeed did not made a noise of pain, instead he still look way more determined to hurt Rai as ever, if not more now. He firmly grasped the Raichu's wrist, the same one that he is using to wold his iron sword, and begins pulling it, making Rai's blade go even deeper and get even more stuck in his chest, he has no intention of letting go either. He is doing this so that he can keep Rai in place so the others can get a chance to finally hit him while he is vulnerable. "It's...OVER!"

"Heh, not bad, but you forgot one thing."Rai taunts as his cheeks charge up. "I'm an electric type, and Iron conducts electricity! SAY GOODBYE!"
He is about to let off a powerful thunderbolt attack, at point blank range, when suddenly -

He sees part of a spear jutting out of his chest.
"Not on my watch, you son of a bitch!" Loona hisses from behind him, holding the spear straight into him. The spear is just barely through enough not to stab Josh in the process.

Joshua's eyes gazed down at the spear tip almost stabbing him as well, then he gaze up at Rai once more.
He still holding his wrist until he is sure he is dead. When Luca saw that she managed to pierce the Raichu he stopped on his tracks and held his breath as he expected the rat to finally die.

Rai's eyes shift to Josh, to Shia, to Luca. And then, they closed.
There were no words. No final taunt. No pleas for mercy. No apologies. Nothing. He just fell to his knees, and then, face first onto the sands, dead. There are no words from Loona, none from Eilumi, and none from the others.
The only words are, ironically from Khaun, still on the ship from Veera, but watching it from the windows. They aren't much, but they are words.
"Rai is dead. As is the Buizel. It's over."

Watching Rai fall, Luca expected the human to do the same shortly afterwards, but...
Joshua began letting out shallow breaths, at first it looked like his grip on his sword would fail him but he held it firmly and stabbed it into the sand to support himself. "Finally...we got him." Some blood dripped from his mouth when he spoke, he brought a hand to his mouth to wipe it off. He sees how everyone is looking at him, and he gotta admit the situation is bad but. "He managed to hit a heart...I should be conscious for a few hours from now."
Luca is...surprised, did he said 'a heart'? as in imply he's got more than one? "Then?" He can't help but sound a little worried for him.
"We got more than enough time to get to the biolab in the ship to fix this but I don't want to push it further if i'm being honest." Joshua does look like he wants to be careful moving his torso now, even his speech sounds like he is trying to use it sparingly. Rai's sword is still stuck in his torso too, but he would rather not take it off now as he knows he is going to paint a lot of the sand red if he messes with it.

"Oh... good." Eilumi sighs with relief. "I thought we'd lost you there for a moment."
Loona pulls the spear from Rai's body. She walks over to Nine, and hands him the spear, while she kneels down, and takes Shia by the hand. "It's gonna be okay, Shia." She says calmly. "It's over now."
"One more thing before we go." Eilumi says as he walks over to the fallen Brene.
"What should we do with her? I... Don't think we should just leave her there like that."
"Was that dead person a friend of yours?" Khaun asks Veera. "They're discussing what to do with her now."

Joshua walks over to everyone. He looks down at Shia, so this is the one they came to rescue huh? it's good to see that at least he is still alright.
Luca went over to Rai to take his badge like he said he would, looting it from a dead corpse was pretty easy. After doing that he goes back to everyone. "So, what are you going to do now?"
"What about the Breloom, Lucas?" Joshua asked, seeing as the Lucario seemingly forgot to take her badge too.
"She is a guild member, and her badge belongs to her, it's in it's rightful place."
Shia can't believe it, Rai is dead? really dead? That is a big relief for him but...he still remembers what he did to Veera. "It's...it's not gonna be o-okay, Loona..."
The Jolteon gives a shakey nod. "Yes, s-she was a friend of mine." She looks down, feeling some heavy guilt for how pointless Brene's dead was in the end of things. "Just...just please don't leave her there..."
