Yes, he's still around, currently being a trophy boi to some undisclosed billionaire somewhere east of Kalos. Several millennia old (if not even older), he hasn't aged a single day past his eternally teenage-ish twinky prime. Like many lapcats, sometimes when left alone he gets the zoomies... although in his case it's more like he balloons bigger than an entire house before gently resetting nearby reality back to normal once he's burned off the excess energy. Right now he seems to be using his tailtip as a throat swab... I can't imagine it's the first time, either, judging by how eagerly he's going to town on it. Gosh, even his butt is blowing up with sub-lust! You really can't leave him alone for too long, poor guy.
Oh, his balls? Yeah. You might've noticed his ball tattoos. He's very, very proud of them. Originally one of his pharaoh boyfriends gave him the idea of recording some of his incredible feats on his own body, the one truly permanent medium due to his supposed(?) godhood, but of course at that point Adam was already so perverted that he went and asked the scribe to do it on his own balls. And wouldn't you know it, but over time while he added more and more to it, since his life story is obviously ongoing, somehow his psychic powers must have gotten into the ink at some point because some of the hieroglyphs began to move and change color with his emotions...
Well, either way, if you do make the mistake of asking him to tell some of the stories from it he will absolutely proceed to talk you to sleep for ten to twelve hours, going into lavish and self-absorbed detail about how delightful it was to watch so-and-so dynasty rise and fall and how spectacular the buttsex with this emperor and that sultan and King Whatsisname XII was! He's still so fond of reminiscing.
Good luck paying attention even without distractions, but while that's going on you can't help but notice some of the hieroglyphs in your peripheral vision are pantomiming the sexual acts they speak of, his balls are slowly surging bigger with huge, rubbery creaks and the text is gradually unfurling into a library's worth of history the size of two barns snuggled together...

Um, I could definitely keep talking about his balls if you wanted. They're perhaps his most amazing feature, although Adam might dither about whether they're his best since he feels that all of him is equally attractive. But maybe you should ask him yourself! He always welcomes one-night stands with open arms. Size is no matter because he can always grow you bigger for the occasion - and in fact loves to, because seeing the look on your face as your mind melts under the pleasure never gets old. Just look into his glowing pink eyes and let him caress your cheeks...
Actually, it might be a lot easier to listen to his self-narrated saga when your mind's an empty container for it unable to think about anything else. :>
