"writing": "The damp, dark nightmare that was Mouldwood Depths took considerably more effort for Ori to trek his way through than the rest of Niwen, but saving Mora and her many, [i]many [/i]children made his presence in this horrible place well worth it. Even if the entire sequence of events had drained him.\n\nMora was a formidable opponent. Fighting her had been among the most difficult, grueling challenges of his life, and it left him craving nothing more than the bed provided to him by the Moki. \n\nStill deep in one of Mouldwood Depths numerous passageways, Ori closed his eyes and leaned against the oddly soft, organic wall. He imagined the cushy bed, moss-weaved covers wrapped around him in a cozy hug, falling into a deep—\n\n“Hiya!”\n\nOri reeled back with a start, eyes wide open and ready for another fight, only to find himself face-to-face with a small spider. Small compared to Mora at least, as it was still larger than him, its head reaching his chin. He wasn’t scared, though. And if he was, he wouldn’t show it. Showing fear was the quickest way to be taken advantage of by the enemy, and it was frankly distracting. \n\nHe looked around to see if there were any more spiders, but the murky tunnel they were in seemed vacant. And thankfully lacking any bug bits in the walls. \n\n“Hello,” he replied gently, smiling at the young spider. Probably younger even than Ku. His heart clenched at the thought of the baby owl, nearly causing him to stumble. He ignored the feeling best he could. “What’s your name?”\n\n“Nina!” she—maybe, it was difficult to tell—chirped. “Thank you so much for saving Mommy!”\n\nHis smile grew more genuine. “You’re very welcome, Nina. You and your siblings take good care of her, okay?”\n\n“Okay!” \n\nFiguringthat was the end of the conversation, Ori started walking away, only for Nina to bump into his left leg. He glanced down with a raised eyebrow. “Um?” \n\nShe hesitated, scratching at the ground with two of her front right legs. “I… I want to give you a reward…” She trailed off, but continued to stare up at him with her many eyes. Despite his best efforts, he couldn’t stop ashiver from traveling down his spine. As friendly as they were now, they [i]had[/i] been trying to kill him only a few hours ago. “Can I give you a reward? Please? I feel really bad for how mean me and my siblings were to you, when all you wanted to do was help Mommy!”\n\nHe relaxed at her words. She sounded genuine. Cute, too. \n\nMildly curious as to what, exactly, a baby giant spider could possibly give him as a reward, he decided to humor her. “Sure? But really, it’s fine, I don’t need a reward. The Wisp and saving your mother was reward enough.”\n\nShe dug into the ground faster, the three claws at the tips of her legs trembling a little. Even with how different her species was, \n\nWithout warning, the spider rolled onto her back, exposing her vulnerable underbelly to him while also spreading all eight of her legs as wide as they could go.\n\n“...Um, are you okay?” he said, not sure what he was seeing. For lack of a better place to look, he found himself staring at the spider’s plump abdomen. He wondered if that meant she’d eaten recently, the thought of which had him squirming in place.\n\nHe was fine with the spiders [i]now[/i], but, again, they had been trying to eat him earlier.\n\n“Th-this is your reward,” she said, her fangs quivering. Whatever this was already sounded bizarre coming from a spider. But not as strange as the elaboration that followed. “I saw two moki m-mating,” she babbled, “and it looks super fun! I wanted to try it with a moki, but you saved Mommy so I want to do it with you instead! I know I look different from girl moki, but you have a thingy like moki boys have, and I looked and I have two holes like moki girls, just in different spots! [i]Pleeeease[/i]?”\n\nAt first, Ori’s brain tried and failed to process what Nina was saying, and when he did finally process it, his only thought was, [i]Am I being seduced by a spider? [/i]\n\nAside from being seduced by a spider in the first place, the strangest part was that he considered her offer. He really, really did. This hole here though,” she pointed at the sideways slit with what was becoming clear to him was her dominant right leg, “this is where Mommy says I’ll lay eggs when I’m all grown up. I think it’s where you can put your penis. I’ve already tested myself with a leg earlier: you’ll fit!”\n\nFascinated and perturbed in equal measure, Ori crouched to get a better look at the spider’s underbelly, particularly her newly revealed vagina—or whatever it was.
