During his stay in Dawn, we meet his 'groupies,' Sunshine's childhood friend Shadow and his boyfriend, Shred, a Strabimon. This quickly turns into an attempted-murder-mystery, as the group meets Mooch because The Devil wants him dead after Mooch finds out his terrible secret-- The Devil is a lipsyncer. Shadow, being a fairly decent guy and having left his assassin upbringing behind him, only chases Mooch out of the city during their visit instead of killing him.\n\nAfter the evening's concert and a few good persuasion rolls, Shadow and Shred explain the whole situation. The Devil isn't taking advantage of them, he's actually their bodyguard. Shred, the real singer and writer of all of the music, used to travel with Shadow and perform until a pack of Ogremon beat the two rookies bloody and took all their profits. The Devil, an Ultimate level Digimon, agreed to be their bodyguard in exchange for getting to be the face of the 'band,' an arrangement that worked out for all of them due to his undeniable stage presence. He's a bit of a diva, but that's to be expected with any good performer...\n\nThe party was livid that The Devil was a faker, but Gleam, raised as a politician from hatching, still doesn't get why that was a bad thing...\n\nLater on we found that The Devil was using his position of fame to search out other Digimon with the X Antibody, since his saturation was running low and he feared reverting to his previous state, and he wanted to get a fresh infusion from a natural producer of the antibodies.\n\n[q]The devil lifts you up like fucking Rafiki for a moment to stare into your eyes under the moonlight. He then slowly leaned you toward him until he actually draped your chest across his face.\nAnd you heard him inhale very deeply.\n\nRose is kind of blushing as she looks at Folio and a text box appears. 'What is going on???'\n\nFolio's brain is working on overdrive, before she says and her eyebrows raise up. \"Oh my gosh.
