He's one of the few in the land capable of cockvore. Because of this many clients with special... tastes wish for him to procure their intended targets in this fashion. Because of how popular it is, Rai tends to eliminate targets in this fashion if no other method is addressed, usually selling what's left to one of the underground buyers or keeping some for himself :9\n\n Adults or children, doesn't matter to him. Even clients. He could be working for you one day, then get paid better and start working you down his cock the next ;3\n\nBecause of this he's not above or bellow or... whatever direction when it comes to kidnapping. It's his own policy as well, to never outright harm a child. He may be ordered to \"dispose of them\" but he will not do so in any painful way.
