At the beginning Zander saw that a bit worrying, later a bit funny, and at the end a bit upset. So one day, while the mysterious animal was hiding, Zander did what he is the best doing at, disappearing. The mysterious big eared animal put his ears up trying to figure out where did he went.\n\n“Are you trying to find where am I?” Said the raccoon behind him, that scared the animal. “Gosh! Don’t do that again!” Exclaimed the poor animal. “So, are you going to tell me who you are and what you want? It’s not normal what you are doing” replied Zander. The animal was a bit shy and intimidated, so started to talk slowly, with low voice and stuttering a bit between sentences. “First of all, my name is Kovu” said, a white and black rabbit, with large ears and paws. The ears were a bit bigger than usual for a rabbit, and continued “I’m living here since… let me count… since ever, and it wasn’t since the last three years that I found other animals living around here, apart of snakes”. The story was not clear for Zander, he always doubts about everything “So, you are telling me you always lived here? Have you got parents?” Asked the raccoon. “Well I used to have, but at the age of five they let me here, alone. Until now, that I found someone else” replied the rabbit.\n\nZander took him from the wrist and went towards Cody. The chipmunk was sitting on a rock waiting for Zander, and saw him coming with a rabbit. Kovu always tried to joke on Zander, making sometimes getting him a bit mad, and Cody always laughed at those jokes. The rabbit was a joker always he could, but he knew when to stop. He quickly got Zander's temperament, and he knew he could hurt him, in physical and emotional ways.\n\nSome months after, it was Kovu’s birthday. He let them know a few weeks earlier, so they could make something for him, he asked for it since he always passed his own birthday alone, and they said they would, so he didn’t have to worry about that.\n\nSo, Kovu prepared his house to the arrival of his new friends. There was something like a cake of carrots, a lot of different kind of fruits, water in many bowls if they get thirsty and not much more. Actually he didn’t know what else he could prepare for his guests, so he hoped that was okay.\n\n“So, he lives here…” said Cody. Looking at the base of a huge tree. There was something that looks like a door, and they step towards it and knocked. Kovu quickly went to open the door and invite them to enter. It was a bit tiny for Zander, but the raccoon could bear the situation, actually, he had to be on his four paws as long he was inside.\n“Oh, sorry, it’s a bit little for someone of your size” said the rabbit, and Zander answered it was okay. The chipmunk walked around his house, it had all kind of things in every room: shelves, books, boxes with family photographs and other papers that neither of those three could know, house papers. It was two figures, made out of mud, from Zander and Cody, or they pretend to make them look like them. Kovu couldn’t do anything but laugh and thank them for it. It was the first time that someone gave him anything, and he appreciate it, and so he made it notice it by giving them a huge hug. They accepted it with a smile and let the party start.\n\nThey had a great time playing together outside, a thing that Zander thanked because his legs started to get tired being inside that little house. They put all the food outside into a wooden table he got. The ate and drank all day while playing hide and seek, running to get each other and other stuff. And Cody realized that they didn’t know the age of Kovu at all.\n“So, how many years are you doing today?” Asked. “True, we don’t know your age at all” continued Zander. Kovu realized that he putted his hand on top of Zander's one, and how they were watching each other and how they complemented with sentences each other on the story while being told.\n“Oh, I see, you two escaped together, like Romeo and Juliet would had done if they didn't die” said the bunny giggling. “Who and who?” Asked the chipmunk “It’s a tragic love story, you should start reading a bit” replied Zander “But it's boring reading, perhaps, we don’t have any books here” continued Cody “Alright, as you want. By the way, why are you saying that, Kovu?” Asked the raccoon a bit mad. “Oh, for nothing, I didn’t get it until now that you two… you know” apologized the rabbit. “It’s okay. Mmph, it’s getting dark, we should go home now Cody” said the raccoon, and they stood up, all of them, saying good bye and waving their hands as long they were walking away.\n\nThat night, Kovu, while cleaning his house he started to think more often on those two, specially on the raccoon. He shaked his head, he was feeling tired and he decided to go to bed and tomorrow would be another day, thinking that those thoughts would get away, that they are a product of his tired brain that wasn’t working at it’s best.\n\nThe next morning Kovu woke up with such a boner as never before. “My my, you are happy early” thought while looking at it a bit confused. He got up to have some breakfast, a bowl of milk and some chocolate cereals was the usual for him since he was little. After eating, he decided to finish the cleaning he left the night before.
